Description
Bomb-repellent protective roof with layered one on top of the other, Spring-supported protective plates For protective roofs for buildings against bombs is .the layered arrangement of protective plates and the attachment of elastic resilient supports for the same known from patent 619377. Subject .the present invention is the special design of these supports and their support, in which the supports always start from the underside of one layer of the plate, the free space between this and the underlying plate layer completely to complete. With these resilient supports, on the one hand, the elastic, resilient, bomb-repellent resistance. of the upper layer across its entire width : Transfer the support plates to the plates below and thus strengthen them, on the other hand, wind and rain are also kept away by the cover.
It shows: Fig. I Arrangements according to the invention in an elastic Roof, seen obliquely from the front, Fig. 2 a vertical cross-section through a Roof skin according to the invention, Fig. 3 is a vertical cross-section through a piece a roof cladding consisting of two protective panels with a small space between them consists.
The roof battens b, which run transversely to the rafters a, are made according to Fig. z and 2 from two, according to Fig.3 from three parts. Between these are the metallic, elastic roof panels c placed and together with the roof batten parts fastened to the rafter by screw bolts. The lower part of the batten is designed more or less wedge-shaped, so that the between the roof batten parts Roof panels can be given a more or less large angle of inclination to the vertical, whereby .the well-known pitch of the roof is achieved. The distance between the battens is dimensioned in such a way that the roof slabs partially overlap like scales. The metallic plates e are brick-like, shaped (Fig. I), so that they with take hold of their longitudinal edges above or below each other and not rain between them let through.
According to the invention, each roof panel c is provided with an equally wide, elastically resilient, straight or curved connecting gap f supported from below. This support f is held at one end between two Da.chlattenteilen and stretches either upwards or, as shown in Fig. 2, afterwards down towards the protective plate c. The type of bend in the support plate can vary be. Fig. I and 3 show a wave-shaped type, Fig. 2 below shows the support plate than easy. bent. It can also consist of the supports f and plates c together one piece, where c must be made longer and in the upper Part must be bent to a support for the plate above.
According to another feature of the invention, the other end is the Support plate f bent back downwards outwards to a hook-shaped projection, the from above to a horizontal strip attached to the bottom of plate c which is also bent over like a hook in the corresponding direction. the Hooks g and lt interlock without holding onto each other.
The support f closes the entire free space according to the invention between two superimposed: the protective plates completely off, so: that one special protective roof skin is unnecessary.
If a bomb presses a protective plate c down, it will, until the Deflection of the bomb sideways towards sliding occurs, including the resilient one Support f pressed down; the hook-shaped extension g of the support slides in the process along the lower surface of the protective plate in the area of the hook h of the protective plate.
If the wind presses the protective plates e down, they collapse with their supports f, but go back into their position, whereby they are in their hook-shaped approaches g and h, which also cause the plate to tear off prevent by the wind.
The arrangement of two (Fig.3) or more plate layers on top of each other with; smaller clearance also allows it to be without sacrificing the overall resistance of the To reduce the protective roof, to achieve a firm cover against bombs, whereby the additional arrangement of the support plates connected the slip is increased with a multiple resistance. According to another feature of the Invention, the top panels of such protective roofs are hook-shaped at their free end bent over, with the hooks h reaching under the bottom plates c. In this way prevents wind or rain from entering the cavity between the panels.
