Description

Diese bekannten Siebe arbeiten mit großen Hüben und kleinen Drehzahlen.W _ _ __ Circular oscillations due to two synchronized crankshafts high speed excited sieve with circular vibrations executing sieve devices two exciter crankshafts that are coupled to one another by belts or chains: and rotated in unison, are known as so-called double crank screens. Due to the inevitability of the circular movement along the entire screen surface, they are Insensitive to interfering forces, they are characterized by a special quality of screening and through vibration-free running, since the circular motion of the sieve is perfect Mass balancing made possible by rotating counterweights. These well-known screens work with large strokes and low speeds.

In the endeavor in sieving technology, the efficiency of the sieve surfaces To increase the speed by increasing the speed, one has because of its good properties also used the double cranked sieve. The known types: remove However, it differs from that of the tried and tested double-cranked sieve in that it was believed the synchronism of the at the high speeds and correspondingly smaller strokes Both exciter shafts can only be achieved by rigidly coupling the shafts to one another to be able to. On the one hand, the two axles were coupled by bevel gears, the at the high speed, however, have the disadvantage of considerable noise, but are also uneconomical in terms of maintenance and purchase. On the other hand has already been proposed to have a separate drive for each axis Arrange synchronous motors that are precisely matched to one another in terms of their speed must, with the phase shifts of the two shafts on the screen box and similar strains and strains of the material that are supposed to have an effect still to be canceled by mounting the shafts in rubber.

The invention differs from these known high-speed double crank screens by the type of coupling element between the two oscillating axes, for which the much simpler coupling belt is used. The advantages of a belt are undoubtedly its cheapness and easy purchase, so that the spare parts inventory only plays a subordinate role, its insensitivity to dust. Fluctuations in heat and humidity, while the chain and gear train in particular require intricate encapsulation, as they absolutely need oil lubrication at the high rotational speeds of the axles. However, through the experiments on which the invention is based, it was recognized that the prejudice expressed in the professional world against the coupling of both shafts by belts, expressed in the known types of high-speed double cranks, is completely unfounded. It could be proven, even with a significant reduction in the crank stroke. each shaft compared to the slow-running double crank sieves that feared: Destruction of the sieve box or its gear parts does not occur. Rather, far too great an importance has been attached to the type of coupling element by the fact that it was believed that rigid couplings had to be used. In reality, however, the situation is such that the coupling element between the two shafts can be missing during operation, provided that the masses are balanced to some extent. This is because the sieve box, which acts as a handlebar between the two crankshafts, which are mounted at a fixed distance from one another, automatically ensures synchronous operation. The coupling belt therefore essentially only serves to accelerate the dragged shaft in the same direction of rotation as the driven shaft when it starts up. Accordingly, the invention consists in the fact that, in the case of high-speed screens in the manner of double crank screens, the two shafts are coupled to one another by a belt and thus rotated in unison with one another. High-speed sieves are to be understood here as those whose speed is about 300 per minute, in contrast to. the well-known sieves with speeds of around 15o to 170 per minute. The invention is shown in the drawing in an exemplary embodiment.

Der Motor i treibt mittels des Riemens in eine der beiden Wellen an.The sieve consists of the vibrating sieve box a with a sieve surface b, in whose side wall c the disc cranks d of the shafts e are shifted. The two crankshafts carry the entire box weight and guide it via the support bearings f into the base frame ä. On the crankshafts e there are flywheels lt on both sides of the screen box, in which flyweights i, offset by 180 ° with respect to the disk crank d, balance the mass of the Effect box statically and dynamically. Two opposing disks k of the shafts e are coupled to one another by the belt k in order to ensure the synchronism of the two shafts when starting up. The motor i drives one of the two shafts by means of the belt.
