Fried. Krupp Akt.-Ges. in Essen Im Hochschnitt baggerndes Abbaugerät Fried. Krupp Akt.-Ges. in Essen High cut excavator
Patentiert im Deutschen Reiche vom 23. Februar 1933 abPatented in the German Empire on February 23, 1933
The invention relates to a high cut excavation device with one on one Boom-guided digging device that works from bottom to top and is open to the rear, that delivers the dredged material directly to a conveyor.
Bei solchen Geräten soll die Erfindung darin bestehen, daß hinter und parallel zu der als Grabgerät dienenden, mit hinten offenenIn such devices, the invention should be that behind and parallel to the serving as a digging device, with open at the back
Ferner ist es bei Zwischenschichtenbaggern an sich bekannt, hinter dem Ausleger, der das Grabwerkzeug trägt, einen Förderer vorzusehen, der am unteren Ende das Gut an einen im wesentlichen in waagerechter Richtung förderndenίο buckets provided with a chain of buckets after the Buckets too open, the dredged material directly receiving pipe is provided, at the lower end of which a delivery pipe is connected. This device, the same Advantages like the well-known scraper excavator, which the dredged material in uninterrupted Dredging current, but has the advantage that the dredged material is not loosely on the embankment rolls down, but is properly discharged in the pipe. It should be noted that a mining device with an open rear Scraper bucket is known, which can be raised and lowered on a boom in a vertical plane is performed and the dredged material to a conveyor directly connected to it gives away. However, this device is not very efficient because it has only a single grave vessel. Furthermore, it is known per se in interlayer excavators, behind the boom that the Digging tool contributes to provide a conveyor that at the lower end of the material to a conveying essentially in the horizontal direction
zweiten Förderer abgibt.second sponsor gives up.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown, namely shows:

Abb. 2 eine Ansicht des Gerätes nach Abb. 1 quer zur Fahrtrichtung gesehen,Fig. 2 is a view of the device according to Fig. 1 seen across the direction of travel,
ι und ,Fig. 3 shows a cross section through the bucket ladder of the device along the line IH-III of Fig. Ι and,
The excavator frame 1, which can be moved on caterpillars, has a boom 2 on which, by means of de "r Pulleys 3 and 4 the bucket ladder is suspended. The bucket ladder is as well on the excavator frame ι by an inclined support and a horizontal leveler 6 supported. The bucket ladder consists essentially of two U-shaped rails 8 standing opposite one another with their open sides, which serve to guide the bucket chain 9. Behind the U-shaped rails 8 there is one that is too open after the chain of buckets 9 U-shaped tube 7, the free flanges of which to the U-shaped rails 8 of the bucket ladder are connected. The bucket chain 9, which is at the top of the bucket ladder via a pulley 10 and at the lower end of the bucket ladder over pulleys 11 and 12 is filled with buckets 13, the back of which
Those Schakenglieder that do not carry buckets are provided with cover plates 15 so that the pipe 7 is closed against the slope to wesentliehen. The cover plates 15 have a bend 16 at the edge located at the front in the sense of the circumferential movement of the chain, so that the cover plates 15 slightly overlap one another and with the rear wall 14 of the buckets 15. At the lower end of the bucket ladder, next to the bucket chain 9, a belt conveyor is provided, the conveyor belt of which is denoted by 17 and the reversing rollers by 18 and 19. The belt conveyor is intended to transport the material obtained with the buckets 13, which initially falls into the tube 7 and through a funnel 20 attached to the lower end of the tube 7 onto the conveyor belt 17, via a funnel 21 attached below the reversing roller 19 into the trolley 22 to pass on. The belt conveyor is hinged with its one end 18 to the lower, lattice-like part 23 of the bucket ladder, while its other end JQ is mounted longitudinally displaceably on the rails 24 arranged in the excavator house 1. So that the material obtained from the buckets 13 below the point where the pipe 7 is bent to the funnel 20 can be fed to the conveyor belt 17, the truss-like part 23 of the bucket ladder is covered by a solid cover plate 25 directly behind the bucket chain 9 , which prevents the goods from sliding out of the buckets 13 and only allows this at the upper end of the fixed cover plate 25, that is to say into the funnel 20.
It is within the scope of the Ecfindung, the bucket ladder 8 opposite the one carrying it To give excavator frame 1 greater mobility, in particular the bucket ladder 8 a horizontal or only slightly inclined boom in vertical and to be arranged displaceably in the horizontal direction or to hang up and the excavated material from the conveyor designated 17 in the described embodiment by means of
Another conveyor past the front end of the boom into trolley 50 submit.
