Description
Transformator mit Blechkern Bei Transformatoren, insbesondere kleinen Transformatoren, wie sie für Rundfunk, Verstärker und Beleuchtungszwecke verwendet werden, wird nach der vorliegenden Erfindung eine wesentliche Vereinfachung, Verbesserung und auch Verbilligung dadurch erzielt, daß die Blechkerne nicht durch Preßplatten und Bolzen, deren Anordnung die Herstellungsweise erschwert, zusammengefügt und gepreßt werden, sondern die Blechpakete in eine im -Arbeitszustand des Transformators starre und feste Masse eingebettet werden, so daß alle Vibrationen der Bleche beim Arbeiten des Transformators unmöglich sind. Die Massen werden dadurch widerstandsfähig und stabil gegen die Kraftwirkung des Eisenkerns, daß man ihnen festes Material in Pulvetform zusetzt, am besten Quarz, Quarzsand oder Asbest.
