Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Biegewange für Abkantmaschinen, die in den beiden Biegewangenhebeln in der Höhenrichtung verstellbar und zur vertikalen Achse abdrehbar befestigt ist. Durch diese Anordnung der Biegewange wird der Arbeitsbereich der Abkantmaschinen bedeutend erweitert. So können z. B. langschenklige Bleche mit niedrigen Stufen ohne besondere Vorrichtungen gebogen werden. Bei ähnlichen Konstruktionen ist dies zwar auch möglich, doch ist hier die Biegewange in waagerechter Richtung verschiebbar angeordnet. Dies hat den Nachteil, daß die Biegewange wesentlich langer gebaut ts werden muß als bei normalen Maschinen. Ferner werden die Druck- und Drehmomente von den Biegewangenhebeln viel ungünstiger aufgenommen, als dies bei normalen Abkantmaschinen der Fall ist. Die Biegewange A ist in den beiden Biegewangenhebeln B T-förmig geführt. Die Verstellung der Biegewange in der Höhenrichtung erfolgt in bekannter Weise durch die Spindeln C und die Muttern D. Die Muttern D sind zylindrisch ausgeführt und prismatisch in den Biegewangenhebeln B geführt, so daß beim Drehen der Biegewange die Spindeln entlastet sind. Die Biegewange A kann um die Muttern D gedreht werden. Der Drehung entsprechend sind die Führungen abgeschrägt. Der Grad der Abschrägung begrenzt die Abdrehbewegung. Die Abdrehung der Biegewange erfolgt durch die Spindeln E und die ebenfalls zylindrisch ausgebildeten Muttern F. Durch die Muttern G wird die Biegewange A festgestellt. Bei jeder Verstellung müssen vorher die Mutter G gelöst werden. Für die Höhenverstellung sind in den Biegewangenhebeln B entsprechende Langlöcher H vorgesehen.
