Description

Zum Beschneiden von Papier dienende Vorrichtung Die Erfindung betrifft eine zum Beschneiden von Papier, Karton, Bildern usw. dienende Vorrichtung, bei der vor einer Pultauflage mit Schneidewiderlager ein schraubenförmiges Messer um seine Schraubenachse drehbar angeordnet ist und durch eine Handhabe an dem Gegenmesser vorbeigedreht wird. Derartige Vorrichtungen sind bekannt. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß die Vorrichtung doppelseitig in der Weise ausgebildet ist, daß der drehbare Messerträger ein zweites schraubenförmiges Messer trägt, welches mit einem zweiten festen Gegenmesser zusammenarbeitet. Hierbei sind die Abstände der zusammenarbeitenden Messerpaare entweder verschieden groß eingestellt, oder die Messerpaare werden mit verschiedenartigen Schneiden versehen. Durch die Einstellung verschieden großer Abstände wird erreicht, daß verschiedenartige Materialien mit derselben Vorrichtung ohne Änderung der Einstellung oder Auswechselung der Messer geschnitten werden können. Es ist z. B. möglich, das eine Messerpaar mit einem sehr geringen Abstande zum Schneiden von Seidenpapier und das andere Messerpaar mit größerem Abstande zum Schneiden von Karton oder anderen festen Materialien einzustellen. Wie bereits oben erwähnt, können die Messerpaare verschiedenartige Schneiden erhalten. Dies kann in der Weise geschehen, daß das eine Messerpaar glatte Schneiden und das andere Messerpaar an sich bekannte gewellte oder gezackte Schneiden erhält. Dann kann mit dem einen Messerpaar eine glatte Schnittkante und mit dem anderen Messerpaar eine büttenpapierartig gewellte oder gezackte Schnittkante hergestellt werden.
