Vibrating machine The invention relates to vibrating machines
which the compression of the material to be molded is brought about that
the table top -of the molding table including the molding box on it periodically
is lifted, then falls freely and caught elastically by suitable means
will. A compression of the molding material takes place in that during the downward movement
the table top, at the moment of elastic catching, as a result of the
Delay in the falling movement, a pressing of the particles of the molding material against the
Bottom of the molding box takes place.
möglichst starker Anfangsbeschleunigung, also ruckweise erfolgt, da in diesem Falle
The invention is based on the knowledge that the operation of a
such a vibratory molding machine without a significant increase in operating costs
can be increased significantly, albeit with the upward movement of the forming table
is used to compress the material to be deformed. This goal can
can only be achieved when lifting the forming table from the rest position below
The strongest possible initial acceleration, i.e. it takes place jerkily, as in this case
the individual particles of the molding material due to their inertia against the
The bottom of the molding box to be lifted together with the molding table is pressed and thus in a similar manner
Compressed in a manner similar to catching the freely falling mold table.
Here the particles of the molding material are in the falling motion and search
to maintain the same because of its inertia until as a result of the sudden catch
the pressing of the moving particles against the floor
of the molding box takes place, wherein the compression pressure is higher, the greater
is the final retardation of the particles of the molding material. To the crowd at the beginning
the upward movement has a sufficiently large initial acceleration, i.e. one for compression
to give the required jerk of the molding material, the previous range for lifting the
Molding table means used, for example cam disks or the like, not from,
since the transition in the rising part of the work cam to avoid vibrations of the
Avoid driving mechanism can only take place gradually. According to the invention
the jerky lifting of the molding table is now achieved in that at the bottom
same there are several, for example four, movable roles -being, which
opposite a corresponding number of counter rollers stored in the frame of the machine
is, and that between the individual pairs of rollers an endless one with cams
Traction means, e.g. B. rope, steel band, chain or the like. At the required speed
is pulled through. Each time a cam passes through the traction mechanism
between the pairs of rollers is the jerky lifting of the forming table, whereupon
the latter sinks down again in free fall and is supported by rubber buffers and suspensions
as smoothly as possible
is caught. The distance of each
Cam from each other is selected here in such a way that the molding table despite faster
Movement of the cam belt between every lifting and lowering movement as long as it is in the rest position
persists that the molding material can settle. By changing the speed
of the pulling element, which is completely protected against side impacts and therefore free of vibrations
works, the change in the number of strokes of the facility is carried out in the simplest way
Way. It is true that an institution has already become known where in place
of cam disks or the like. Pulling elements are used. But here are above
special guide rails pairs of chains arranged one above the other, which at the contact surfaces
are provided with hump-like elevations, so that a mounted on the upper chain
Mold holder with the opposite movement of the two chains in a shaking one
Movement is displaced. Since here, however, the mold carrier is lifted relatively gently
and is lowered, the molding material can be shaken up in this way,
but not be condensed in the sense of the invention.
To change the lifting height of the molding table are according to the invention
Rollers attached to the machine frame are mounted on an eccentric shaft, the opposite
the distance between the rollers located above and attached to the molding table
can be. Although it has already become known, the lifting height of the molding table
to change at similar facilities. So you have, for example, on the vertical
Tenon of a round forming machine two locknuts attached, which in their height
can be adjusted on this pin. This is the case with this institution
Novelty of the invention is that in the latter, the change in lifting height also during
the operation of the machine can be made, so that this makes the possibility
is given, the shaking of the machine to the respective need and the progress
adapt to the work. In another known device, the size of the
Stroke of the forming table by horizontally adjusting a shaft by means of a screw spindle
can be regulated, whereby this regulation may also apply during operation
can be done.
Da alle Formtische so angeordnet
The device can be implemented in various ways, and
either in the manner of the known devices with a single molding table,
which in this case is expediently chosen so that larger ones also need to be shaped
Pieces can be jogged on the same, or with several single mold tables,
whereby the underframe of the machine must be extended accordingly. These form tables
are each equipped with pairs of rollers and spring catching devices.
But they offer the advantage that on one and the same machine the most diverse
Operations can be carried out simultaneously. Because all molding tables are arranged that way
are that when they are put into operation, all the molding tables work in unison
takes place, d. H. the lifting and lowering movement of the same occurs at the same time, can
By connecting several tables in any number, even the largest fittings
be shaken. On the other hand, however, each individual form table can be as desired
put into operation or shut down. This is how it is for example
possible that the shaking movement is made on the first mold table while
the second mold table for screwing on a new mold was stopped while
the third table, which, for example, has just finished its shaking work,
can be stopped for the acceptance of the finished form. After the completion of the
Each table can be put into operation for the necessary work
so that the device, although it is only a single machine,
works exactly as if several completely independent machines are present
would be, but there is the advantage that these machines in any number
used for joint work in the manufacture of larger or largest fittings
can be.

anheben.

I bis III weggelassen.)

The endless traction means i driving the vibrator, e.g. B. rope,

3 attached. Between them and. the counter rollers 4, which are on the fixed shaft
5 run, the traction device is pulled through, its wedge members so the upper rollers
raise. The adjustment of the lifting height is achieved in that the shaft 5 is eccentric
rotated pin in the bearings 6 rests. The pair of worm gears actuated by the handwheel 13
i i, T2 rotates the shaft 5 around the eccentric end pin and thus changes the
Center distance of the rollers 3, 4 and thereby the vibration stroke and also enables
to switch off the table completely with the engine running and to put it to rest.
(This adjusting device Fig.IV and V is omitted in Fig. I to III.) The motor
To drives the pair of wheels 8 via a speed-regulating gear, whereby
the minute number of strokes of the vibrating table is also regulated. The pair of wheels 9
causes the endless traction mechanism to be deflected. The table is appropriately cushioned
and is guided by short stub shafts in the bearings 7, which are rubber or felt
containing for sound absorption, absorb the shock.
