Als Küchengerätgestell dienendes, über dem Kochherd aufzuhängendes
Drahtgestell Beim Kochen muß man öfters den Deckel vomKochtopf abheben und mit einemKüchengerät,
z. B. einem Schöpflöffel, in den Topf greifen. Diese Gegenstände sind dann zeitweise
heiß und triefen von heißer Flüssigkeit. Man hat nun schon Gestelle aus Blech hergestellt,
um Deckel und Geräte zeitweise ablegen zu können. Diese sind aber in der Herstellung
zu teuer, nicht leicht zu reinigen und verhüten auch nicht ein Abtropfen der Flüssigkeit,
sind also nicht über dem Kochherd anbringbar. Man hat auch schon vorgeschlagen,
derartige Gestelle billiger aus Draht herzustellen. Diese lassen sich aber nicht
leicht in einzelne, leicht zu reinigende Teile zerlegen, bieten auch insgesamt nicht

Das Gestell, welches mit einer Schelle i über dem Kochherd an der
Wand befestigt werden kann, hat nahe dem Aufhängepunkte eine aus Draht gebogene
Deckelführung welche so gebogen ist, daß ein Deckel von oben her in dieselbe eingelegt,
in dieser Lage gehalten wird, sich aber auch leicht wieder herausnehmen läßt. Die
Führung 2 ist an einem Haupttragdraht 3, 4, 5 befestigt, der im Teil 4 waagerecht
nach vorn gebogen ist. Das vordere Ende 5 ist nach aufwärts gebogen und läuft in
einen Vierkant 6 aus. Auf dem waagerechten Teil 4 ist eine Stütze 7 befestigt, welche
eine Auffangschale 8 so trägt, daß sie die von dem Deckel heruntertropfende Flüssigkeit
auffängt. Die Auffangschale 8 hat an ihrer hinteren Seite eine Ausbuchtung g, mit
welcher sie den Tragdraht 3 teilweise lose umfaßt und so Halt gewinnt. Hinten an
dem Tragdraht ist noch eine Stützfläche i o befestigt, um dem Gestell einen guten
Sitz an der Wand zu ermöglichen. Auf den aufwärts gebogenen Teil des Haupttragdrahtes
5 ist lose und abhebbar eine Gabel i i aufgesteckt, die oben mit einem Vierkantloch
den Vierkant 6 lose umfaßt. An der Gabel sitzt oben ein Ouerstück 12 fest, das mit
zwei Gabeln 13 den Auflegerechen bildet. Seitlich an der Gabel i i sitzen in verschiedener
Höhe Winkel 14 fest, an welche auswechselbar Auffangschalen 15 und 16 angehängt
sind. Die eine Schale kann als Tropfschale für eine auf den Auflegerechen 12 aufgelegte
Schöpfkelle dienen, die andere zum Ablegen von Streichholzresten u. dgl. Man hat
so alles bei der Hand, und ein Abtropfen kann keine Beschmutzungen hervorrufen.
Alle Teile sind leicht auswechselbar, wodurch das ganze Gestell leicht zu reinigen
