Vorrichtung für Spann- und Trockenmaschinen zum Einführen schwer zu
behandelnder Ware Wirkware, insbesondere kunstseidene Atlasware, mußte man bisher
von Hand aufnadeln, ehe sie in die Spann- und Trockenmaschine gelangen konnte. Man
hat schon vorgeschlagen, innerhalb des Einlaßfeldes einen Tisch zur Erleichterung
der Arbeit anzuordnen, man hat aber noch keine Möglichkeit gehabt, das Handaufnadeln
zu beseitigen. Die Erfindung betrifft eine diesen Übelstand beseitigende Vorrichtung
an Spann- und Trockenmaschinen, die vor dem Einlaßfelde der Maschine liegt. Diese
Vorrichtung besteht aus einer vor dem Einlaßfelde der Spann- und Trockenmaschine
liegenden Breitstreckvorrichtung und einem vor dieser befindlichen und die Ware
im wesentlichen in der Mitte berührenden Reibwiderstand. Es gelangt also die Ware
erst über diesen und dann über die Breitstreckvorrichtung und somit ausgebreitet
auf die Förderketten im Einlaßfelde, wo sie sich aufnadelt. Der die Ware im wesentlichen
nur in der Mitte berührende Reibwiderstand liegt in solchem Abstande vor der Breitstreckvorrichtung
und in solcher Lage zu ihr, daß auf dieser Zwischenstrecke die Ware von Hand geradegerichtetwerden

Abb. 4). Die Ware liegt in ihrer Mitte auf, an ihren beiden Seiten jedoch nicht.
Hier kann nute ihr Geradelauf durch eine dabeistehende Bedienungskraft genau geregelt
werden, so daß sie in völligem Geradelauf zu der Breitstreckeinr ichtung kommt,
die dem Einlauf in die Spann- und Trockenmaschine vorgeschaltet ist. Die Breitstreckvorrichtung
besteht in an sich bekannter Weise aus mehreren hintereinandergeschalteten Lattenbreitstreckwalzen
a, b und c. Diese breiten die Ware von der Mitte her gut aus, so daß die
vorher geradegerichtete Ware ohne Schwierigkeiten von den Förderketten g der Spannmaschine
h, erfaßt werden kann. Der Antrieb der Breitstreckwalzen a, b und c geht zweckmäßig
von der Maschine h aus und ist etwa durch einen Stufenräderkasten regelbar, um je
nach Wunsch das Gewebe straff oder locker den Förderketten g zuzuführen.The goods f first goes over tensioning tubes e and then over a resistor d essentially in contact with them in the middle.
