Description
Verfahren zur Auskleidung von Feuerraumwänden mit Kohlenstoffutter, insbesondere für Kohlenstaub-, Öl- und Gasfeuerungen Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Ausfütterung von Feuerraumwänden mit Kohlenstoffutter nach Patent 486 166. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß als Druckmittel zum Aufspritzen der Kohlenmasse gasförmige oder flüssige Kohlenwasserstoffe benutzt werden.Method of lining combustion chamber walls with carbon lining, especially for pulverized coal, oil and gas firing. Hierdurch wird erreicht, daß sich bei der Berührung der Kohlenwasserstoffe mit der stark erhitzten Kohlenstoff in graphitischer Form an die Wand absetzt, was bekanntlich zu den schwer brennbaren und fest an den Wandungen haftenden Graphitausschei= dangen in den Gaserzeugern führt (vgl. auch die Erscheinungen beim Kracken schwerer Kohlenwasserstöffe). Diese bei der Zersetzung der Kohlenwasserstoffe erfolgenden Kohlenstoffausscheidungen wirken offenbar als ausgezeichnetes Bindemittel zwischen den Koksteilchen. Gegebenenfalls kann die Ausfütterung der Verbrennungskammer auch ausschließlich durch ein Kohlenwasserstoffgas oder auch durch Kohlenwasserstoff in flüssiger Form (Gasöl, Teer, Benzol usw.) erfolgen, ebenso -wie auch an Stelle eines verdichteten Kohlenwasserstoffgases ein flüssiger Kohlenwasserstoff als Träger der aufzuspritzenden unvollständig verkokten Kohlenmasse verwendet werden kann.This ensures that when the hydrocarbons are touched with the strongly heated carbon in graphitic form on the wall settles what as is well known, to the hardly combustible graphite debris that adheres firmly to the walls dangen leads in the gas generators (cf. also the phenomena when cracking heavier Hydrocarbons).
