Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Flurförderzeug mit einer Speicherbremse. Bei Flurförderzeugen beispielsweise Elektro-Hubwagen, dient die Speicherbremse in Verbindung mit einem sogenannten Totmannschalter als Sicherheitsbremse, die dann wirksam wird (gegebenenfalls erst nach Ablauf einer bestimmten Verzögerungszeit), wenn der Totmannschalter nicht mehr betätigt ist, wobei dann schlagartig das von der Speicherbremse erzeugbare Bremsmoment aktiviert wird. Die Speicherbremse ist so ausgelegt, daß auch bei maximaler Beladung des Flurförderzeugs noch ein ausreichendes Bremsmoment erzeugt wird. Im Betrieb ohne Last oder mit Teillast erfolgt das Abbremsen infolge dieser Auslegung meist ruckartig.The invention relates to an industrial truck with a storage brake. Dadurch kann nach dem Loslassen des Totmannschalters das Bremsmoment mit einem bestimmten zeitlichen Verlauf aufgebaut und/oder begrenzt werden. Es wird ein ruckfreies Bremsen auch mit Teillast oder ohne Last ermöglicht. Das Kippmoment eines erfindungsgemäß ausgestalteten Flurförderzeugs wird reduziert und dadurch die Standsicherheit erhöht. Hierbei ist es möglich, das die Steuer- und oder Regeleinrichtung 7 das wirksame Bremsmoment begrenzt.
