Description

  • Pessar: Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Pessar aus Schwammgummi in Verbindung mit Weichgummiteilen nach Patent 443 417. Die Verbesserung besteht darin, daß auf der Außenfläche des Gummikörpers Saugringe angeordnet sind und im Bedarfsfalle auch an der Innenwandung der zur Einführung des Uterus dienenden Vertiefung.
  • Auf der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstanct dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Abb. - einen Längsschnitt, Abb. a eine Ansicht, Abb. 3 das Pessar mit Einführungswerkzeug, teilweise im Längsschnitt.
  • Um einen guten Sitz des Schwammkörpers zu ermöglichen, hat derselbe an der seitlichen Außenwand sowie an der Innenwand der Vertiefung a je einen Saugring b, c aus Weichgununi. Zur Einführung des Pessars dienen drei bis vier Einführungsmuifeni d aus Weichgummi, -welche an der Außenseite des Pessars regelmäßig verteilt sind. Diese Muffen d werden zwecks Einführung des Pessars in die Scheide über die schaufelartigen Endeng einer drei- oder vierzinkigen Gabel aus elastischem Material gestülpt.

  1. PATENTANSPRUCH: Pessar nach Patent 443 417, gekennzeichnet durch die Anordnung von Saugringen auf der Außenfläche des Gummikörpers und im Bedarfsfall auch an der Innenwandung der zur Einführung des Uterus dienenden Vertiefung.
