Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method and a Vorrich device for creating deposits on the teeth of internally toothed workpieces according to the generic term of Main claim or the subordinate device an saying.
Such a method or device is known from the European patent application 0 550 877. There is a rotating single tooth tool provided, which on a hypo- or epicycloid in the gearing to be machined is pushed.
The invention has for its object a genus method and a device for carrying it out the method in a use-advantageous manner form.
The task is solved by the in the claims given invention.
The subclaims each represent advantageous further formations of the invention.
As a result of the configuration according to the invention, there is a method in which only minimal or virtually no burr formation occurs. The tool is designed like a ring gear. The axis of rotation of the tool is at an angle to the axis of rotation of the workpiece. During machining, the tool is moved in the direction of the axis of rotation of the workpiece. A radial displacement or a vertical movement perpendicular to the axial displacement can be superimposed on this axial displacement. The tool can both be fed to the workpiece and pushed forward via these two right-angled displacement directions. The feed preferably takes place in the direction of the axis of the workpiece and out of the tooth flanks. During this feed, both the workpiece and the tool are driven in rotation. The toothed ring-shaped cutting edges of the tool engage in the toothing of the workpiece in the sense of a tooth engagement. Due to the inclination of the tool axis by the angle alpha relative to the workpiece axis, the cutting tools rub in the tooth flanks, the chip movement preferably taking place out of the tooth. In this direction, out of the tooth, the feed also takes place, so that any burrs are formed towards the end face of the tooth. The special form of the deposit, as is shown, for example, in FIG. 4 of European patent application 55 0877, is generated by superimposing an infeed movement perpendicular to the feed in the axial direction of the workpiece, preferably in the radial direction of the axis of rotation of the workpiece. According to a preferred development, the tool is designed with a tool head, which is a carrier of gear-shaped tools, this head being oscillated together with the tools in the axial direction of the tool spindle. The stroke of the oscillation is preferably 2/10 mm and the oscillation frequency is a multiple of the speed of the tool. Preferably, the tool spindle is arranged on a device, as is known for example from the European patent 0 107 826 of the applicant. Accordingly, two single impact cutters are provided, which are driven in the manner described there in synchronous operation with the workpiece, and each of which mills one roof edge and the other the other roof edge of the toothing. The tool spindle of the toothed ring-shaped backing milling tool consequently forms the third rotationally driven axis of the device. It is provided that the deposit is milled first and then the end faces of the tooth flanks are then considered as described in EP 0 107 826. It is provided that the tool and workpiece are each driven by synchronized individual drives. All three tool drives are preferably synchronized with the workpiece drive. A preferred development of the invention according to the invention provides that tools are arranged axially one behind the other, the tools in the advancing direction decreasing radial distance sen. An advantage of this configuration is that the cutting edges of the tools, which are the least distant from the axis of the tool, first process the material, ie produce the smallest depth of cut. It is only as a result of the feed that the radially further spaced tool cutting edges come into engagement with the tooth. The movement of the tool head overlaid with the feed movement causes file-like material removal. The oscillator can be driven by a cam disk, which surrounds the rotating shaft in a ring shape and which is at rest relative to this shaft. A scanning pin of the head, which is movable, for example with ball bearings, is mounted on the shaft, can scan this curve and consequently be converted into an axial oscillation movement. The resetting of the oscillating tool takes place via an elastic medium. The cutting edges of the tool can be formed by a plurality of reversible plates arranged in a star shape or by so-called "wafers" in the form of toothed rings. These wafer or indexable inserts can also be arranged one behind the other in the axial direction. Preferably, the tools are staggered one behind the other, each with a cutter plate which processes one tooth flank and the immediate bar axially behind it the other tooth flank. Sprocket-shaped wafers are preferably provided which have mirror symmetry in pairs, so that one wafer always mills the left tooth flank and another wafer always the right tooth flank. The advantages of the method and the device is a cost-effective, "burr-free" method that conforms to the drawing. No reworking operations by broaching or deburring are necessary. Fewer operations are therefore required. The method enables the production of deposits, in particular sliding sleeves. A transition slope of the deposit to the fully formed flank can be formed without jumps of approximately 20. If you prefer to use carbide or similar inserts, dry machining is also possible. The process also enables a high cutting speed with good synchronous conditions for heat dissipation through the chips generated. It was also found on the device according to the invention that the processing time is significantly shorter compared to the prior art. In addition, the combination of the rotary tool shaft with the two roof milling cutters enables a modular assembly.
Es zeigen:An embodiment of the invention is based on the attached drawings explained below. Show it:

Fig. 6 two superimposed gear-shaped tools, in which one tool each mills one and the other tool each the other tooth flank of the toothing.
In the machine tool according to the invention, of which only the part relevant here is shown in FIG. 1, an externally toothed tool 1 , of which only the end of the tool spindle 4 is shown, engages in an internally toothed workpiece 2 , which is carried by a tool spindle 12 becomes. The tool spindle 12 with its outer jaws 10 receives the workpiece 2 shown here as a gearwheel with internal teeth. The workpiece 2 is counter-supported by two diametrically opposed inner jaws 11 which engage on the inside in the toothing of the gear wheel 2 .
The diameter of the tool head 3 is significantly smaller than the diameter of the toothed gear of the second The module of the teeth 5 and the incisors 7 are roughly the same here, but it is ensured that a material breakdown occurs due to the meshing of the teeth. The cutting holes can then have a corresponding oversize. As can be seen in particular from FIG. 5, a deposit 8 consists of a milling in the tooth flanks 5 'of a tooth 5 . The device 8 incorporates the deposit 8 from the tooth towards the end face 5 '', where a chip 9 is then optionally formed, which is milled off by a subsequent roofing step (compare EP 0 107 826).
As can be seen from Fig. 1, the axis A of the tool 1 with respect to the axis of rotation D of the tool spinning del by an angle alpha inclined (the axis D 'is parallel to the axis D). The tool spindle 4 has at its free end a head 3 which has cutting teeth 7 arranged in the form of a ring gear. The cutting teeth 7 form with their edges Schnittkan th 6 . In the exemplary embodiment, three cutting teeth 7 are arranged one behind the other in the axial direction in such a way that the radial distance between the cutting edges 6 decreases in the direction from the tooth, ie in the direction of the advance x. As can be seen in particular from FIG. 4, the axis A 'which is parallel to the axis A, relative to the axis B, which runs parallel to the axis D ver inclined. This angle of inclination alpha is smaller than the angle beta of the axes C and B. The axis C is the connecting line of the cutting edges 6 arranged axially one behind the other.
Dies geschieht mittels CNC-gesteuerte Servomotoren. The tool 1 can be moved in the direction of the axis of rotation of the workpiece (direction x). Likewise, the tool 1 is displaceable in a direction perpendicular to this direction x, namely in the direction z. The Z direction corresponds to the radial of the axis of rotation D of the workpiece carrier 12th Depending on the shape that the deposit 8 is to have, the tool is fed or advanced in the direction and in the direction z during the machining of the toothing. This is done using CNC-controlled servo motors.
In superposition to the tooth-directed feed movement of the tool 1 , the tool head 3 is designed so that the cutting teeth oscillate in the axial direction A of the tool.
An exemplary embodiment of an oscillator in the head 3 of the tool 1 is shown in FIG. 3. The drive shaft 4 for the tool is mounted in a tube 19 which does not rotate. On the drive shaft 4 (tool spindle) sits a ball socket support 17 , which is mounted on the end with a ball bearing 18 opposite the tube 19 . Downstream of the ball socket support 17 is an elastic layer, for example a rubber spring element. This elastic element 16 is sandwiched by a plate 15 and the ball socket support 17 . The plate 15 is opposite the ball socket support 17 due to their storage via a central ball 14 movably arranged. It can be shifted like a wobble. Due to the elasticity of the intermediate layer 16 , the initial position is reset. Through an opening of the elastic layer 16 , which is aligned in an opening of the Kugelpfannenträ gers 17 , a pin 20 is inserted, which disc with a spherical head 21 on a ring-shaped curves 22 rotates during the rotational movement of the spindle 4 . The cam is designed in a wave-like manner in the circumferential direction. This has the consequence that the pin 20 moves back and forth when rotating in the axial direction and thus causes a rocking movement of the plate 15 . A tool 7 made of hard metal or the like is clamped on the plate 15 with a cap 13 . The cutting edge 6 of the ring gear-shaped tool 7 oscillates when the shaft 4 rotates.
An embodiment of a cutting tool is shown in FIG. 6. There are two so-called wafers 25 which are essentially toothed. The wafer lying on top forms the cutting edge 23 for the tooth flanks lying on the left, and on the bottom wafers are the cutting edges 24 for the wafer on the right. The cut edges 23 and 24 together form a cutting tooth 7 so the actual tool. Such tools can be stacked on top of one another, it being provided according to the invention that the cutting teeth 7 then have a different radial distance.
To mill a deposit, the cutting teeth 7 are first immersed in the tooth with simultaneous feed in the direction x. The immersion takes place to a depth T in the direction Z. With simultaneous oscillation, a feed takes place in the X direction, the tooth flank is then milled by the tool in the opposite direction to the Z direction, with simultaneous feed in the X direction Tooth shifted out. To avoid burrs, this milling movement takes place with simultaneous oscillation of the teeth 7 . Where appropriate, a ridge 9 is formed on the end face of the tooth. This ridge 9 is removed in a subsequent Bear processing step by roof edge cutters. As a result of the inclination by the angle alpha of the workpiece axis relative to the tool axis, there is also a frictional movement component. The stroke of the oscillator is preferably 2/10 mm. Single indexable inserts, that is to say individually for each tooth, can also be used as the tools forming the teeth 7 . However, so-called wafers made of hard metal or coated tool steel are preferably used.
All rotary spindles are controlled by a CNC Control synchronized with each other.
