Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a device to generate ionized air, d. H. ionized atmospheric acid substance and ionized atmospheric nitrogen according to the generic term of claim 1.
Even if the exact mechanism of combustion processes to date not fully understood and understood one thing can be ascertained beyond doubt, namely, that the fossil fuels, such as oil or Burn coal with combustion air and Generate thermal energy, which is then used to operate power machines can be used. In connection with Ver internal combustion engines and combustion processes in general it is also known that with an admixture of ionized Air, i.e. ionized oxygen and ionized stick material, to combustion air a more complete combustion fossil fuels can be achieved (see DE 41 13 484 A1). The ionized oxygen and the ionized Nitrogen serve as an electron carrier and this Electrons accelerate the combustion reactions.
A generic device for generating ionized Air is known from US Pat. No. 4,325,691. Here is the Bubble chamber for the generation of ionized air in one By-PASS line of an air supply line, which in turn for Combustion chamber leads. This air supply line has a venturi Nozzle through which the ioni. Generated in the bladder chamber air is sucked in. The combustion chamber is thus a Air mixture of normal air and ionized air supplied. This air mixture is then in the burner housing with the (Main) combustion air mixed and into the burner house, d. H. into the combustion chamber.
In view of the fact that the air to be ionized (O₂⁻ and N₂⁻) is sucked through the bladder chamber, and only due to the build-up in the venturi nozzle pressure, is also only a relatively low feed rate reachable to the burner housing. This has to Consequence that the mixing with the combustion air is insufficient.
The object underlying the present invention consists of a device of the generic type admit with a much higher feed rate ionized air to the burner housing can, so much more intensive mixing with the To get combustion air.
This task is carried out in the characterizing part of the Features specified claim 1 solved.
With other than in claim 1 cited above ge the core of the present invention Thus, the air is not blocked by the bladder chamber suck but push. It is thus achieved that the ionized air at a much higher speed is introduced into the combustion chamber.
A special embodiment (claim 2) consists in the pressure line inside the burner via an inlet lance to extend the ionized air indirectly into the combustion zone, d. H. to flame, jealousy is tested. This leads to a much improved Mixing the combustion air with the ionized Air. The feed lance is preferably with the Negative pole of a DC voltage source connected 3).
The bladder chamber is preferably filled with water (Claim 4) from distilled water, which during the Ver Burning itself is conditioned in a certain way is presented as constant, constant conditions lie (dependent claims 5, 6 and 7).
Diese zeigt inThe invention will now be described with reference to the drawing explained. This shows in

Fig. 1 shows a more or less complete combustion device.
A compressed air pump 1 sucks in and compresses atmospheric air via an intake port 2 with a dirt deflector. The compressed air is then fed through a compressed air line 3 into a container partially filled with distilled water 36 , preferably plastic container 5, and passes into a compressed air distributor 33 (see partial view XX) which is below the level (water surface 38 ) of the distilled water 36 lies. From the compressed air distributor 33 , the compressed air is passed through air flow valves 4 into compressed air distributor pipes 34 . The air leaving the air distribution pipes 34 into the distilled water 36 forms air bubbles 37 th in distilling water 36 rise and burst at the surface 38 of the distilled water 36th When the bubbles 37 burst, that is to say in the air space 39 above the distilled water, part of the charge is separated from one another, ie torn off, according to COEHN's law. The after the bursting of the bubbles 37 again in / from the distilled water 36 liquid proves to be positively charged. In the air 41 above the distilled water 36, however, there are numerous submicroscopic negative electricity carriers (negative ions O₂⁻ and N₂⁻) 40. These negative ions 40 are generated by an air pressure of approx. 25 generated by the pump 2 . . . 600 mbar via a negative ion line 6 and possibly through a feed lance 12, which is preferably led up to the flame 9 , to a burner housing 8 where it is mixed with the combustion air supplied (see air line 18 ). The combustion air ( 18 ) receives a swirl in the burner housing 8 ; as a result, it is thoroughly mixed with the fossil fuel 42 atomized by a fuel supply line 10 and by a burner nozzle 17 .
The shape and quantity of the bubbles 37 produced in the distilled water 36 and rising here are controlled with the air quantity valves 4 mentioned.
At the exit of the negative ion line 6 from the plastic container 5 , a pressure and check valve 7 is hen vorgese, through which the amount of air is controlled. In the event of an outage of the pump 2 , the prevailing back pressure or back pressure in the combustion chamber 19 , which would cause a negative ion reflux and a pressure on the water surface 38 , is regulated so that no distilled water 36 can get into the compressed air pump 2 .
About a water filling with a valve 11 possibly lost distilled water 36 is refilled.
Since the negative charge carriers (negative ions O₂⁻ and N₂⁻ 40 are to be supplied to the flame 9 by means of the compressed air via the negative ion line 6 and the feed lance 12 , it is important that the negative charge carriers (O₂⁻ and N₂⁻) 40 does not come bond with grounded or zeroed metal parts, in particular not with grounded relationship as zeroed metal parts of the burner housing 8 in United;. in this case would be destroyed on the grounded or zeroed metal parts, the negative charge Therefore, the feed lance 12 with an insulating sleeve 14 and secured with two insulating sockets 16 on a holder 15 of the supply lance 12 against equalization of the negative charge carriers (O₂⁻ and N₂⁻) 40. An insulating flange 13 ensures the insulation against the negative ion line 6 led out of the plastic container 5 The feed lance 12 is preferably still with the nega tive pole of a DC voltage source 20 connected.
Since according to COEHN's law, when air bubbles rising through distilled water 36 burst, electrons ⁻ are thrown into air space 39 , this means that electrons ständig are constantly removed from the distilled water 36 . As a result, the pH of the distilled water 36 shifts towards a value "9" to "12". In order to obtain an optimal yield of negative charge carriers 40 , the pH of the distilled water 36 is stabilized at a value of "7".
Die Konditionierung des destillierten Wassers 36 dann dabei wie folgt erfolgen:The distilled water 36 is then conditioned as follows:
A copper probe 44 in the plastic container on the one hand and to earth or to the neutral conductor of the energy supply network on the other hand is connected. So the emitted electrons e are fed back to the distilled water 36 (see FIG. 1).
The aforementioned copper probe 44 can also be connected to the negative pole (cathode) of a DC voltage source 21 (see FIG. 2).
The pH of the distilled water 36 is constantly measured and readjusted. If a shift in the pH value is determined, an alkali metering station 35 is activated, which sets the pH value of the distilled water back to "7" (see FIG. 3).
For the sake of completeness, it should be mentioned that a manometer 43 is provided on the plastic container, ie in the region of the air 41 above the distilled water 36 . This manometer 43 is used in conjunction with the air flow valves 4 and the pressure and check valve 7 to set the correct operating pressure.
