Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for thermal Treatment of bulk goods such as earth, sand and the like. According to the Preamble of claim 1.
Such a device can be used to Sterilize soil in horticultural plants etc. to micro eliminate organisms such as harmful fungi and weed germs. The device can also be used to sand of sandboxes in kindergartens, public children's play disinfect places etc. The direct flaming of the spread out on a flat receiving device Bulk material leads to very intense heating, which thorough sterilization and high Throughput of the bulk material enables.
According to the prior art (older patent application DE 41 43 260 A1), this is in one device Genus an inclined step plate as a receiving device provided, over which a gas-fed surface burner is arranged. The step plate is vibrated sets, so that the bulk material slides over the plate and the crosses the flamed zone. The bulk material is over a Feed hopper abandoned on the receiving device and at the lower end of the receiving device after flame treatment caught and carried away.
This device has been used to sterilize soil, Sand, gravel and the like. Excellent proven. The disadvantage is however the high energy consumption when lighting the Bulk goods on the receiving device.
The invention has for its object in a front direction for the thermal treatment of bulk material to reduce energy consumption ren.
This object is achieved by a pre direction with the features of claim 1.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are in the sub claims specified.
The essential idea of the invention is that of Flame the bulk material to use the hot air generated preheat the bulk material fed to the receiving device men. For this purpose, the hot air generated during flaming is passed through a shaft in which sieve levels are arranged are. The bulk material is passed through the shaft through this Siegetage supplied to the receiving device. The bulk material trickles down over the sieve days and is from the hot air flows through. The sieving days loosen that up Bulk material, so that an intensive large-area contact between the hot air and the bulk material that creates the Favored heat exchange.
Because the hot air moves the bulk material against the feed direction flows through, the bulk material heats up when torn down continuously over the sieve days and is already reaching with a high temperature on the receiving device. Because of this preheating of the bulk material, only one less heating energy is required when flaming, so that Burner device can be operated with lower energy can and / or the bulk material the flame zone more quickly can cross. The device can therefore do the same Throughput with less energy consumption or the same Energy consumption can be operated with greater throughput.
The hot air can be forced through the shaft, why a fan in the shaft, preferably on its Exit end, is arranged. Such forced control offers the advantage of great freedom of variation in the Design and arrangement of the shaft.
The shaft is of an advantageously simple design arranged vertically so that the hot air is thermally in the Shaft rises and a fan is not required. The shaft is expediently located directly above the flamed receiving device arranged so that the Hot air directly from the flame zone into the shaft can rise.
The vertical arrangement of the shaft still has the front part that the bulk material under its own weight over the Siegeagen can fall down. They are advantageous Siege floors out as vibrating or vibrating sieve floors forms to facilitate the falling through of the bulk material.
To keep the heat content of the hot air as complete as possible To transfer the bulk material, the hot air is preferred horizontal in cross flow between the sieve days leads. The hot air rises more slowly and over you longer way up the shaft, so that there is a larger one Contact time between hot air and bulk material results.
To prevent the bulk material in the sieve days Passage cross section for the upward peeling hot air blocked, the sieve floors of the sieve floors point for the Bulk impermeable surface areas, which at sieve trays directly on top of each other against are staggered. Because inadmissible by this no bulk material passes through the surface areas cavities free in each of these surface areas, in which no bulk material arrives. Through these cavities sufficient passage of hot air is guaranteed.
To make optimal use of the warmth of the rising hot air zen, the shaft is thermally insulated on its outer jacket, so that no heat loss on the outer surface of the chess tes arise.
Es zeigenIn the following the invention based on one in the drawing voltage illustrated embodiment explained in more detail. Show it

The device for the thermal treatment of bulk material such as earth, sand and the like has a frame 10 made of stable iron carriers. On the frame 10 are 12 by means of a bearing 12 serving as a receiving device inclined step plate 14 and a vertically cal up above this step plate 14 leading shaft 16 vibratably mounted. On the underside of the step plate 14 , a vibration generator 18 is attached, and a vibration generator 20 is also attached to the side of the shaft 16 . The vibration generator 18 and 20 are, for example, electromagnetic vibrators or unbalance motors. By the Schwingungserzeu ger 18 and 20 , the step plate 14 and the shaft 16 can be set in oscillating or shaking motion.
The vertical shaft 16 has a rectangular cross section, which corresponds substantially to the horizontal projection surface of the step plate 14 . At the upper horizontal edge of the step plate 14 , the shaft 16 sits directly on the step plate 14 . At the other edges of the step plate 14 , the gap between the step plate 14 and shaft 16 is completed by a hood 22 adjoining the lower end of the shaft 16 . Only on the lower horizontal edge of the step plate 14 does an exit gap 24 remain open for the bulk material between the latter and the hood 22 .
On the lower horizontal edge of the step plate 14 corresponding side, a gas blower burner 26 is inserted into the hood 22 . The gas-blown burner 26 has burner nozzles 28 arranged in a surface grid, the grid of the burner nozzles 28 extending in several parallel rows over the entire width of the step plate 14 . An ignition device 30 serves to ignite the burner flames.
The outer jacket of the shaft 16 , the hood 22 and the underside of the step plate 14 are enclosed by a jacket 32 made of a heat-insulating, heat-resistant material.
In the shaft 16 , which widens at its upper end to form a filling funnel 34 , a plurality of horizontal, spaced-apart stacking stages 36 are arranged. Each sieve stage 36 has a sieve plate 38 with a mesh size or hole size that is matched to the respective bulk material. As shown in FIG. 5, the sieve trays 38 each consist of alternating surface areas 40 for the bulk material through permeable surface areas 40 and 42 for the bulk material. The permeable regions 40 and the impermeable regions 42 are designed as parallel strips of the same width, which run continuously over the entire width of the sieve plates 38 . In the sieve trays 38 , which follow each other directly in the vertical sequence of the sieve days 36 , the permeable areas 40 and the impermeable areas 42 are offset from one another in such a way that the permeable areas 40 of a sieve tray 38 each lie above the impermeable areas 42 of the immediately below sieve bottom 38 and vice versa.
On the two opposite vertical inner walls of the shaft 16 , which correspond to the two horizontal edges of the step plate 14 , air ducts 44 are formed in the jacket 32, respectively. The air guides 44 have the shape of half circular cylinders which extend horizontally across the entire width of the shaft 16 . The vertical width of the air ducts 44 is selected such that they each span twice the vertical distance between the screen days 36 . The air ducts 44 in the two opposite walls of the shaft 16 are offset from each other in the vertical direction by a vertical distance of the sieve days 36 , as can be seen from FIG. 3. The sieve days 36 and the air ducts 44 thus result in an air path that meanders through the shaft 16 .
Die Vorrichtung arbeitet in folgender Weise:The device works in the following way:
The bulk material to be treated, e.g. B. loose earth or sand, is filled, for example by means of a conveyor belt, in the top of the hopper 34 . A arranged in the Einfülltrich ter 34 upwardly tapered grid sieve 46 distributes the bulk material evenly across the cross section of the shaft 16 and keeps disruptive larger components parts. The bulk material trickles downward in the shaft 16 from the sieve days 36 to the sieve days 36 , wherein the vibration generator 20 sets the sieve trays 38 in shaking motion in order to favor the trickling down of the bulk material. The arrangement of the strip-shaped permeable regions 40 and impermeable regions 42 causes thereby, that the through the transmissive areas 40 of a Siebbo dens 38 falling bulk material 42 reaching the underlying screen deck 38 falls on a impermeable be and accumulates there. Therefore, continuous accumulations of the bulk material form on the non-permeable areas 42 of the sieve trays 38 in the transverse direction (in FIG. 3 parallel to the plane of the drawing), which then slowly slide through the shaking movement into the permeable areas 40 adjoining on both sides and to the next screen days 36 fall. The bulk material falling through the lowest sieve level 36 reaches the inclined step plate 14 and slides down on it, which in turn is favored by the vibration generator 18 . When sliding down on the step plate 14 , the bulk material passes under the surface grid of the burner nozzles 28 of the gas fan burner 26 and is directly exposed to flame and heated to the temperature required for sterilization. The bulk material then slides through the exit gap 24 and can be collected and transported away.
The hot air generated by the flames of the burner nozzles 28 rises above the flamed zone and reaches the clear space between the lowest and the second sieve days 36 . Between these two sieve days, the hot air flows to the left in FIG. 3, passes through the air duct 44 of the left shaft wall into the space between the second and third sieve days 36 , flows to the right in this space, enters via the air duct 44 in the right shaft wall the space between the third and fourth sieving days 36 , etc. In this way, the hot air flows in a meandering manner in the shaft 16 until it emerges between the two uppermost sieving days 36 and reaches the outside via a vent 48 . Since the flow cross-section between the respective sieve days 36 is substantially larger than the passage cross-section through the sieve trays 38 , the hot air essentially flows this meandering path and only a small fraction of the hot air passes through the sieve trays 38 . The hot air thus flows in cross flow through the bulk material falling from the top to the bottom through the screen days 36 . In particular, the hot air flows in the direction of the continuous strips of the permeable and impermeable areas 40 and 42 , so that the hot air flows along the bulk material accumulating on the respective impermeable areas 42 . The flow of the bulk material in cross flow and the accumulation of the bulk material on the impermeable areas 42 of the sieve trays 38 leads to a long contact time between the hot air and the bulk material, so that a very intensive heat exchange from the hot air to the bulk material takes place. The hot air increasingly emits its heat on its way up the shaft 16 , while the bulk heats up well on its way in the shaft 16 from top to bottom.
