Abstract

Mit einer solchen Vorrichtung ist es in einfacher Weise möglich, einen oberen Randbereich des Kunststoff-Müllsackes über den Halterungsring umzuschlagen und sodann ein Gummiband oder ein sonstiges elastisches Band um die Außenfläche des Ringes zu legen, wodurch der Müllsack an dem Halterungsring mit einfachen Handgriffen festlegbar ist und auch wiederum entfernbar ist. Die Profilierung des Halterungsringes ist bevorzugt in einer solchen Stärke vorgesehen, daß sich (auch) eine formschlüssige Halterung des elastischen Bandes ergibt. Das elastische Band kann weiter zur Sicherung noch seinerseits unlösbar mit einem Befestigungsteil oder einem sonstigen Teil der Vorrichtung, wie dies nachstehend noch im einzelnen erläutert ist, befestigt sein. Zur Anpassung bei der Zusammenwirkung mit dem elastischen Band ist der Halte rungsring bevorzugt in Form eines nach außen sich öffnenden C-Profils ausgebildet. Zwischen die oberen und unteren C-Stege kann das elastische Band einliegen. Alternativ zu der vorgeschriebenen Ausführungsform ist auch vorgesehen, daß die Vorrichtung zur Halterung im wesentlichen nur aus dem Halterungsring besteht und daß der Halterungsring über den Umfang verteilt Rastvorsprün ge aufweist. Diese Rastvorsprünge können den darüberge legten Rand des Müllsackes haltern. Beispielsweise durch Durchbohren an einer Vielzahl von Stellen des Müllsackes. Die Rastvorsprünge können beispielsweise eine drei ecksförmige Grundfläche aufweisen. Hierbei kann die Spitze der Rastvorsprünge radial nach außen weisen. Darüberhinaus können die Rastvorsprünge auch durch in Umfangsrichtung orientierte Ausklinkungen gebildet sein. Weiter ist auch bevorzugt, daß der Halterungsring offen ist, das heißt zwei zueinander zugewandte Enden auf weist. Durch die offene Ausbildung kann der Ring je nach seiner Anbringbarkeit an dem Befestigungsteil, was weiter unten noch im einzelnen ausgeführt ist, im Befestigungs zustand mit einer gewissen Vorspannung befestigt sein, was zur Stabilität der Befestigungsverbindung beiträgt. Hierzu ist es auch vorteilhaft, an dem Halterungsring Ösen auszubilden, zur (lösbaren) Verbindung des Halte rungsringes mit einem Befestigungsteil. Diese Ösen sind weiter bevorzugt innenseitig des Ringes angeordnet. Wenn die Achse der Ösen etwa parallel zu einer Mittelachse des Halterungsringes verlaufen, können diese Ösen auf Halterungsdorne des Befestigungsteils aufgesetzt werden, womit in einfacher Weise eine jederzeit wieder lösbare Verbindung des Halterungsringes mit dem Befestigungsteil geschaffen ist. Die Vorrichtung selbst besteht bevorzugt weiter aus einem Vertikalträger, wobei das Befestigungs teil, das zur Befestigung des Halterungsringes an den Vertikalträger dient, in dem aus einem offenen C-Profil ausgebildeten Vertikalträger höhenmäßig stufenlos ver- und feststellbar ist. So ist beispielsweise eine einfa che Anpassung an unterschiedlich große Kunststoff-Müll säcke möglich. Das Befestigungsteil kann hierzu einen Führungsschlitten aufweisen, der geeigneterweise in Form eines öffnungsseitig dem Vertikalträger zugewandten U-Profils ausgebildet ist. Weiter ist dann bevorzugt eine in der C-Schiene des Vertikalträgers laufende Klemmplatte vorgesehen, die mit einer von dem Führungs schlitten her zugänglichen Klemmschraube dezentral durch setzt ist. Vorzugsweise ist die Schraube in oberer Rand nähe der Klemmplatte vorgesehen. Das Befestigungsteil, nämlich besonders die weiter unten noch erläuterten Halterungsdorne, sind in ihren Endbereichen mit dem Führungsschlitten fest verbunden, beispielsweise ver schweißt. An dem Führungsschlitten sind entsprechend Befestigungsdorne ausgebildet, die in den weiter oben bereits beschriebenen Ösen aufnehmbar sind zur Halterung des Halterungsringes. Die Befestigungsdorne besitzen eine Breitenerstreckung, d. h. erstrecken sich - in entge gengesetzten Richtungen - in einer solchen Breite, daß die Breite des Führungsschlittens überragt ist. Die Ösen des Halterungsringes sind hierzu auch bevorzugt jeweils nahe eines Endes des Halterungsringes ausgebildet. Im unbelasteten Zustand des Halterungsringes fluchten die Ösen nicht mit den Halterungsdornen. Vielmehr ist eine Durchmesserverjüngung oder -erweiterung des Halterungs ringes notwendig, um den Halterungsring mittels der Ösen auf den Halterungsdornen zu befestigen. Dies erbringt die bereits angesprochene Vorspannung in dem Halterun gsring, welche den Befestigungszustand stabilisiert. Weiter ist vorgesehen, daß die Vorrichtung einen Deckel aufweist. Der Deckel kann zunächst lose vorgesehen sein. Es empfiehlt sich jedoch auch, den Deckel an dem Befesti gungsteil bzw. dem Führungsschlitten anzuscharnieren. In weiterer alternativer Ausgestaltung ist auch vorgesehen, daß der Halterungsring geschlossen ausgebildet ist. In diesem Fall ist es möglich, den Halterungsring mit dem Befestigungsteil bzw. dem Führungsschlitten fest zu verbinden, unter Belassung eines Freiraumes zwischen dem Führungsschlitten und der nach außen weisenden Fläche, dem C-Profil, des Halterungsringes.
