The invention relates to a sensor arrangement for a Pot detection system regarding hotplates, the pot Detection with high-frequency circuit technology takes place and a High frequency generator with a high frequency mo dul connected pot detection sensor is connected, wherein the pan detection sensor underneath hobs, at for example, glass ceramic cooktops.
Pot detection systems are, for example, by the DE-OS 28 31 858 and DE-PS 37 33 108 have become known. From the DE-OS 28 31 858 a circuit arrangement can be removed, which is applicable for pot detection. The carried out Pot detection takes place with high-frequency circuit technology, a high frequency generator connected to a sensor is. With the help of this circuit arrangement is primarily the task solved, the hotplate only after putting on a To heat cookware. The detection of different Materials related to cooking containers, or a pot size ß detection, can not be suggested by this solution the. DE-PS 37 33 108 is a circuit arrangement claimed, with the help of which it is possible to cook place to realize a pot detection, whereby difference Liche materials, such as metal, glass or porcelain lan be recognized reliably and only then an energy supply to the hob when a pot is on the selected one Cooking area is available, with special features of microwaves len hotplates are taken into account. That kind of potty however, pot size detection is not possible ren.
The object of the invention is therefore a pot detection to combine with a pot size detection, where possible radiation that is already mass-produced heaters retrospectively with the pot size detection prepare.
The arrangement according to the invention for solving this problem is characterized in that at least two capacitive acting, electrically conductive, temperature-resistant pots identification sensors preferably on the outer edge of conventional Radiant heaters are arranged, with a pot sizes Detection takes place and by means of auto evaluation electronics the necessary active heating zone to the detec pot size is adjustable.
Conventional glass ceramic cooktops have a 3 to 4 mm strong glass ceramic plate on the underside of which is strah heating (single-circuit zone or roaster heating) with suitable, resilient elements to the glass ceramic Un be pressed down. These usual radiant heaters gene essentially consist of one, or in zones more Circular heaters from several heating circuits, the heating wires in Form of heating coils radiating freely in plate-shaped bowls made of thermally and electrically insulating material are. To give these heating dishes mechanical stability too lend, they are in the thermal insulation shell exposed heating coil still covered by a sheet metal plate, on which there is a row of holes on the back on the outer edge, for Attachment of the heater, is installed in a hob. This plate is also used to attach Terminal blocks in protection regulator elements.
The solution according to the invention also allows for hitherto Standard radiation heaters as well as new ones right, equipped from the outset with pot detection sensors Radiant heaters, pot size detection.
According to Fig. 1 and 2, a heater and a recording Strah are lung radiator sensors with the devices and the equipment for Topferkennungssen displayed with these. There, Figs. 1 and 2, a sheet-metal plate 1, a hot wire shadow mask 2, connection terminal stones 3, sensor terminals 4, protection controller elements 5, the sealing rings 6 and 8, Heizwendelauf acquisition for external 7, Heizwendelaufnahme inside 9, a sensor assembly 10 and a Sensor arrangement 11 .
For the effect of the sensors 10 , 11 , it is important that they are attached as close as possible to the underside of the glass ceramic between the radiant heating and the glass ceramic plate. The sensors, which are electrically conductive and must withstand high temperatures up to about 900 ° C, are preferably attached to the outer edge of the radiant heaters and must be electrically insulated from the grounded plate plate of the radiant heaters, and can be contacted using suitable electrical connection means. The geometrical shape of the sensor plates is lenticular. The linsenför shaped sensor plates must be attached between the underside of the glass ceramic and the sealing ring 6 , 8 of the radiant heaters made of insulating material so that on the one hand they are as close as possible to the underside of the glass ceramic, but on the other hand to avoid notch stresses on the glass ceramic as flush as possible Complete sealing ring 6 , 8 of the radiant heaters.
The sensor plates exist due to the high temperature fittings, preferably made of stainless steel sheet with a Thickness of about 0.2 to 0.3 mm. The electrical connection the preferably blackened sensor plate with that of Heating plate, electrically insulated plug connection takes place, depending on the type of heating, either by direct Weld these plates onto the flags or at Zo heating by welding a suitable wire preferably pure nickel between the plate and the flag.
Referring to FIG. 3, a single-loop radiator is shown which is equipped with sensor types 11. The sensor types 11 have a directly attached to the sensor plate flag 12 , which has an elongated hole to compensate for thickness tolerances of the heating plate, whereby an optimal Einju stierung the sensors can be made possible.
According to FIG. 4a) and 4b) the constructive Vorrich obligations for placing the sensors on the sealing rings 6 and 8 illustrated the heater unit. The Sen types 10 and 11 are each with flags 12 and their Ju bull-recognizable. The plug-in tabs 12 with welded sensor plates 10 are connected to the holders made of high-temperature-resistant plastic 13 , which are fastened to the sheet metal plate by means of a screw 15 . Since the heating plate have very rough thickness tolerances, the plug-in tabs 12 are made with long slots, so that regardless of the thickness or height of the heating plate there is the possibility of pressing the sensors with or without a wire connection so far into the sealing or insulating ring of the heating that a protrusion of the sensor parts and thus a direct point or line contact of the connecting wire to the glass ceramic is avoided. Via the locking screw 14 , the sensors are then attached to the sensor holder 13 at the correct height. The advantage of the embodiment according to the invention consists in a cost-effective possibility of attaching sensors to standard radiant heaters.
