Abstract
Description
It is known to use the smallest dimensions for magnetic yoke packages Contactors that no longer allow riveting, to be produced using a joining process by laser welding. The The advantage of laser welding is that a flat weld bead is achieved. A disturbance of the magnetic flow only takes place marginally instead. However, it is disadvantageous in the beginning and the end to insert a magnetic disc in each magnetic yoke package because of it Protrude opposite the magnetic yoke, which is a branding in the first Sheet metal lamella should prevent other negative phenomena from occurring. So it is necessary to close the copper disc after welding clean as the metal vapors generated on the device knock down despite suction (Laser-Praxis magazine, June 1990, Pages 34 and 35).
A method for producing magnetic yokes and anchors is known DE-P1-36 37 411). This known solution relates to one Magnetic drive for electrical switchgear, in which the metal plates by means of weld seams arranged transversely to the sheet metal layers are connected, which are produced by means of beam welding processes. However, the simple cross welding cannot do the one here Solve problem.
Metal covers designed as a mask are also known No. 4,379,218), but blocks which can be pushed against one another are provided are in which there are a sufficient number of holes which the welding beam is directed. In general, this contains known Propose the principle of the welding beam by suitably shaped Openings.
The invention specified in claim 1 and claim 4 is the problem the excess energy of the laser beam at the beginning and end of a sheet metal package or at the beginning and end of one Sweat trail not detrimental to the first and last sheet metal To let effect come.
The advantages achieved with the invention are in particular that at the beginning and at the end shadowing of the laser beam is achieved can be without affecting the shading body entry. The laser beam can therefore be at the beginning of the welding track transfer full energy to the sheet metal fins. A special advantage lies in the fact that the one at the beginning of the welding point Energy of the laser beam can be metered so that the edge of the first sheet lamella and the edges of the last sheet lamella one Lamella pack will not be damaged. Such partial shading can therefore be varied.
A practical implementation also results from the fact that the carrier is rotated with the metal cover.
One way to locally meter the laser beam energy supplied is also opened by the fact that as a carrier with the Metal cover a mask as shading is moved accordingly quickly.
The facility for the production of magnetic yokes and anchors smallest dimensions for use in matrix printheads from Matrix printer goes from a jig with one between Package of electric jaws arranged on both sides insulated, to be welded sheet metal fins from and from one over the Clamping device arranged relatively transverse to the thickness of the Lamella pack movable laser optics to generate a weld trace.
This results in an advantageous device in that the Jaws and over the start and end edges of the plate pack Carrier is arranged with a metal cover, which by means of a Drive under the on the start or end edge of the plate pack directed laser beam is movable.
A possible embodiment here looks so that the carrier with the metal cover consists of a circular disc that is on a drive shaft of a rotary motor is attached.
The speed of rotation of the energy absorbing the laser beam Metal cover serves as a criterion for the unit of time in which one Surface unit exposed to laser beam energy. So is it is advantageous that the rotary motor is speed controllable.
This increases the heat storage capacity of the metal cover created that the circular disc with a high melting point Metal is coated.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and is described in more detail below.
Es zeigen:Show it:
Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht und Fig. 1 is a side view and
Fig. 2 is a plan view of the device (without laser optics).
The method for producing workpieces 1 of the smallest dimensions is explained on magnetic yokes 1 a or anchors 1 a for use in matrix print heads (for example of the hinged armature type) of printers. Lamella packs 2 are formed in order to fix the position of individual sheet metal lamellae 3 to one another. After package formation, fixation is performed to maintain the package shape. For this purpose, a welding trace 4 is drawn with a laser beam 5 . The weld trace 4 begins at the beginning 4 a and ends at the end 4 b. The impact of the laser beam 5 on a start edge 2 a and on an end edge 2 b would lead to destruction which would change the magnetic properties of the workpiece 1 in such a way that it would at least be defective. For this reason, the laser beam 5 is directed at the beginning 4 a and end 4 b of the welding trace 4 , ie the first and last sheet metal lamella 3 of a lamella pack 2 to be welded, each onto a metal cover 6 , which ends approximately at one edge on a sheet metal lamella 3 , whose carrier 8 is moved so quickly at least in a start-up and exit time section that melting of the metal surface 6 is prevented by the energy of the laser beam moving in a weld trace direction 9 . By this method, a unit area of the metal cover is not only supplied with less heat energy, but also a partial shielding of the top edge 2 a and 2 b of the end edge obtained (Fig. 1, left half).
A practical application is made by rotating the carrier 8 with the metal cover 6 .
It is of course also possible to influence the beam shape when the laser beam 5 strikes it by appropriate outline design or shaping of the carrier 8 , so that a design in the form of a mask 10 takes place.
Durch die Relativbewegung entsteht die Schweißspur 4.An advantageous device for performing the method for the production of workpieces 1 with the smallest dimensions such. B. yokes or magnetic armature 1 a for use in matrix print heads of matrix printers, consisting of a tensioning device 11 arranged on both sides with a plate pack 2 chucks 12th Laser optics 5 a can be moved relatively over the clamping device 11 . The welding track 4 is created by the relative movement.
Because a laser focus 13 but still a circular focal spot, which would also impinge on the leading edges 2 a and the end edges 2b of the disk pack 2 is formed. To adverse magnetic field distortions to prevent such uneven welding lanes 4, it is provided that on the clamping jaws 12 and the starting and end edges 2 a, 2 2 b of the disk set of the carrier 8 is arranged with the metal cover 6, which by means of a drive 14 under the laser beam 5 directed onto the start or end edges 2 a, 2 b of the plate pack 2 is moved therethrough. As shown ( Fig. 1 and 2), the carrier 8 with the metal cover 6 consists of a circular disc 15 which is attached to a drive shaft 14 a of a rotary motor 14 . The rotary motor 14 can be speed-controllable and the circular disk 15 can be coated with a high-melting metal.
