Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for tempering a rough mes, with the heat from a flat heating element air filling the room is emitted and that from the heating element given heat in the area of the heating element through a conversion is generated by electrical energy.
The invention also relates to a device for tempering ration of a room, which is a flat heating element, a supply connection for supplying electrical energy and at least one electrical resistance to convert elek has tric energy in thermal energy.
To carry out such a heating process, it is an example known to use electric radiators in the egg nes interior are provided with electrical resistors and the thermal output given off by these resistors liquid medium, for example an oil filling, to a metallic transferring the heat to the ambient air gives. In addition, electric heating elements are also considered Radiant heater or fan heater trained. Except for the electrical ones There are also a variety of other heating elements devices that heat either directly via separation processes supply, or via suitable supply systems tral installed energy supply facilities connected are.
However, all known heating systems have disadvantages that result from compromises that result in a constructive reality sation between technical requirements, building physics Boundary conditions as well as environmental necessities closed Need to become. When finding these compromises are in the Past biophysiological requirements arising from the men result in poor sensibilities for the respective indoor climate or insufficiently considered. In particular there is an essential feature of most known heating systems in that the respective heating element to a comparatively high Temperature is brought to a high local air temperature leads in the immediate vicinity of the heating element. These high air temperature in the immediate vicinity of the heating element tes causes air turbulence, due to which air turbulence tion occurs, which results in a distribution of the thermal energy. Heating with a comparatively low heat output So far, temperature has only been achieved for underfloor heating systems that are however, due to their considerable mass, they are very inert point and are therefore not suitable for short-term adjustments solutions to a changed heat demand.
The object of the present invention is therefore a method of to improve the type mentioned in such a way that a biophysio logically favorable temperature control of the room is made possible.
This object is achieved in that the heat energy through a current flow through a high-resistance crystalline surface conductor and the surface conductor with a one biological heat radiation from living beings beam characteristic is provided.
Another object of the present invention is a Vorrich device of the type mentioned to improve such that a biophysiologically favorable room air conditioning is made possible.
This object is achieved in that the elec trical resistance as a high-resistance, crystal-like area ter is formed, the at least one with a physiological the heat radiation characteristic provided area.
The crystal-like structure of the surface conductor enables heat radiation at a comparatively low level, which one Heat radiation from living things comes close. Beyond that it is possible through a suitable selection of the crystalline material to realize as a heat radiation characteristic, the widespread based on a heat radiation characteristic of living beings is.
The combination of features according to the invention makes a series of advantages united. It is just a little warmer Constructive and thermally conductive mass, so that in an extremely short zen period of time a reaction to a changing heat demand can be done. Implementation of the electrical energy in the heat Meenergy takes place directly at the point of need, so that line losses are avoided. In addition, a Ma material selection and a suitable arrangement of the surface conductor realize physiologically favorable heating that a user of the room conveys an extremely pleasant living atmosphere.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, it is provided hen that the surface conductor is formed from carbon crystals is. This selection of materials takes into account that the body of Le consists essentially of carbon and the physical boundary conditions of a particular heat radiation ultimately determined by the chemical structure of the heat radiator will. By using the carbon crystals, this will be Heating element thus provided with a structure, the heat ab beam characteristics very largely with the heat radiation character teristics of a human body, for example.
According to a further preferred embodiment, that the area conductor is provided with a thermal area performance which corresponds to a human thermal surface performance in the range of Skin corresponds. Through this training in addition to one qualitative adaptation of the heat radiation characteristics also a quantitative adjustment made. At least in one environment of the area conductor, a user of the room therefore gets the Ge feel conveyed to beings warming near him are located. This significantly increases both the phy physical as well as psychological well-being.
According to another preferred embodiment, that the area conductor in the area of its to be heated Luftvo lumen-facing expansion is provided with insulation, which avoids heat loss. In particular, it is thought a heat reflector between the surface conductor and an insulation arrange material. The heat reflector guides an essential one Proportion of thermal energy striking it in the range of Surface conductor back and thereby enables heat transfer to indoor air. An additional improvement results from the Use of the insulating material that emits heat in the Area of a building construction, for example in the area of masonry, prevented.
Further details of the present invention result from the following detailed description and the attached Drawings in which preferred embodiments of the invention for example are illustrated.

Fig. 2: a schematic diagram of a surface conductor with separate areas, each having different heat radiation characteristics.
A device for tempering a room consists in wesent union of a heating element ( 1 ) which is designed as a crystal-like surface conductor. In particular, it is contemplated to form the surface conductor from carbon crystals. In principle, however, it is also possible to use other high-resistance materials, which can be formed, for example, as semiconductors, which are provided with a physiologically appropriate doping for specifying their properties.
For supplying electrical energy, the heating element ( 1 ) is connected via a connecting line ( 2 ) to an actuating element ( 3 ) which is connected to an energy supply ( 4 ) and whose energy delivery behavior is specified by a controller ( 5 ). The controller ( 5 ) is connected to a thermostat ( 6 ) which detects the temperature of an indoor air. In addition, it is possible to provide additional sensors, for example to detect a material temperature in the area of the heating element ( 1 ), in particular a surface temperature.
In order to improve the energy yield, the heating element ( 1 ) is provided with a heat reflector ( 8 ) in the area of a surface facing away from a room ( 7 ) to be heated. The heat reflector ( 8 ) conducts heat reaching its area to a substantial extent in the area of the heating element ( 1 ). In the area of its boundary facing away from the heating element ( 1 ), the heat reflector ( 8 ) is provided with insulation ( 9 ), which additionally reduces heat emission to a structure ( 10 ) holding the heating element ( 1 ).
In the area of its surface facing the room ( 7 ), the heating element ( 1 ) is provided with a cover layer ( 11 ) which, for example, is designed as a protective or decorative layer.
In order to enable uniform heat radiation, special consideration is given to forming the heating element ( 1 ) from a substantially uniform material. In principle, however, it is also conceivable to enable a predeterminable heat profile by using heating areas ( 12 ), each of which has different heat characteristics. To prevent hazards, the device is provided with an electrical protection circuit.
When the device is in operation, a respective room temperature is detected with the aid of the thermostat ( 6 ) and compared with a specifiable setpoint. Depending on a determined temperature difference, the control element ( 3 ) is set via the controller ( 5 ) in such a way that the heating element ( 1 ) is supplied with a required amount of electrical energy. From the formation of the heating element ( 1 ) as a high-resistance surface conductor, it follows a physiologically favorable large-area heat radiation. The use of carbon crystals results in a heat radiation characteristic that largely corresponds to heat radiation from living beings. The combination of the heating element ( 1 ) with the heat reflector ( 8 ) and the insulation ( 9 ) ensures a very high energy yield and thereby minimizes the required operating current. The arrangement of one or more heating elements ( 1 ) in the area of the room to be heated ( 7 ) takes place according to the respective biological and physiological requirements.
