The invention relates to a device for X-ray diagnostics Television chain, comprising an x-ray source, a device to generate a visual signal, which the X-ray image of the examining body part or object corresponds to a Device for processing and storing the image and a Control device for controlling the X-ray generator. A from processing the X-ray absorption distribution, the optical Image at the image intensifier output, the electronic intermediate image or the signal obtained from the camera output controls the Dose power of the X-ray source around optimal To achieve exposure conditions in the examination image section.
Solche Anordnungen sind aus der Literatur ("Bildgebende Systeme für die medizinische Diagnostik", Hrsg.: Erich Krestel. Berlin, München: Siemens-Aktiengesellschaft, Abt. Verlag, 1980) und aus der Patentliteratur bekannt (z. B. EP 29 57 28, DE 19 63 312, DE 31 15 000). Such arrangements are from the literature ("Imaging systems for Medical Diagnostics ", Ed .: Erich Krestel. Berlin, Munich: Siemens-Aktiengesellschaft, Abt. Verlag, 1980) and from the Patent literature known (e.g. EP 29 57 28, DE 19 63 312, DE 31 15 000). Arrangements are also known in which a change in the Light intensity, e.g. due to instabilities of the X-ray generator or by moving the patient or one of his organs is proven. The information is used as a decision criterion for the usability of the image information in downstream Arithmetic processors used (e.g. in the digital Angiography). All known facilities have in common that they with unchanged X-ray absorption ratios and the presence of stable picture conditions constantly pictures about the irradiation of Generate X-rays, although the information content of the images is always unchanged, which makes the patient to be examined is unnecessarily burdened with X-ray dose.
The object of the invention is therefore to perform an X-ray diagnosis to create direction with the lowest possible x-rays dose for the patient a maximum, non-redundant information supplies the examining doctor.
The object is achieved in that always if the examination picture in the target area no changes in terms of intensity or shift that X-ray generator is switched off for a certain time or the emitted dose rate by changing the Tube parameters (e.g. lowering the acceleration voltage) is greatly reduced. After these "X-ray breaks" is triggered by a periodic or randomly generated clock Clock generator, one dose required to achieve a stable image on the Given the object of investigation and in an electronic Circuit checks whether the image information has changed since the last Clock has changed. If this is not the case, the generator switched off again for a certain time. The break lengths will be in practice do not exceed 1 second, otherwise the danger is that at slow, stroboscopic X-ray fluoroscopy processes that take place periodically in the body (e.g. the heartbeat) cannot be recognized. In the X-ray breaks, for the examining doctor with the help of a refresh memory last image taken with the help of X-rays displayed. In the event of a change in the image information, e.g. B. by proven shift in the video signal or in the image memory the pauses between the X-ray pulses are shortened to the extent how the absolute change in image information increases. Are the Requirements for a stable picture are no longer given through the plant control unit, the tube parameters high voltage and current new for the existing absorption ratios optimized.
The invention is illustrated by the figure. In Figure 1 , an X-ray generator ( 1 ) is connected to an X-ray emitter ( 2 ). The emitted x-ray radiation ( 3 ) penetrates the patient ( 4 ) and generates a flat x-ray intensity distribution on the input screen ( 6 ) of an x-ray image converter ( 5 ). This is converted into a visible image at the image converter output window ( 7 ) by known methods of image conversion. A part of the optical beam path is decoupled by a semitransparent mirror ( 8 ) and fed to a light detector ( 9 ). The greater intensity of the light passes through the semitransparent mirror and falls into a television picture tube or a semiconductor image sensor (e.g. CCD element) ( 10 ). The signals of the image sensor are processed in an electronic circuit ( 11 ) in such a way that they can be fed to an image repetition memory ( 12 ). From this image repetition memory, the image signals are made visible on a monitor ( 13 ) and optionally stored on an image memory (video recorder, image plate, hard disk) for later image processing and documentation.
The information about the intensity and the temporal change in intensity is optionally derived from the signal of the light detector ( 9 ), from the output signal of the image recording device ( 10 ) processed in the electronic circuit ( 11 ) or from the memory content of the image repetition memory ( 12 ) and in the plant control unit ( 15 ) processed. This unit ( 15 ) regulates the high voltage of the X-ray tube via a setpoint generator ( 18 ) and the X-ray dose rate via the impressed current-voltage characteristic. If stable conditions have been reached in the control process with the mean brightness in the target field and the contrast as networked control variables, the current of the x-ray tube and thus the dose rate are clocked via a pulse generator ( 16 ) and a switch ( 17 ) in the x-ray generator. Similarly, in continuous wave systems, the acceleration voltage of the X-ray tube in the pauses between the pulses of the pulse generator can be reduced to such an extent that the resulting softer X-ray radiation is significantly absorbed in the tube filter, so that the dose rate in the pulse pauses on site is greatly reduced for the patient.
