Description
The invention relates to a device for depalletizing and / or inclusion of limp flat parts, esp special bags or not combined with aids Bag bundles, with a gripper unit.
Such devices are known. The gripper unit is at these facilities mostly in the form of a suction cup designed. DE-AS 25 49 264 discloses a device for separating stacked bags, the bags through a sucker can be included. From DE-OS 37 42 637 is another device for the individual removal of empty sacks described from a pallet. The gripper unit is trained in this device in the form of a sucker det. According to DE-PS 32 42 181, the device is so out stalten that the plastic bags by suction on one Corner area are raised, then pivoted about 90 ° and then removed from the stack of bags below pulled. All of these facilities have one Suction pad together. These facilities are suitable for Separation of limp parts. A batch pickup or a recording of several limp parts once is not possible with these facilities. This is disadvantageous.
In addition, facilities are known, e.g. B. from DE-OS 38 05 974, which bend a stack or individual bend allow slack parts. This happens so that fork tines a forklift either the pallet on which the bend slack parts are arranged, or the slack Go under parts yourself and by lifting from the one below Lift off the stack and transport it further. This Lö solution is particularly disadvantageous if the parts in under different stacking patterns are stacked or when the parts are designed so that they can interlock with each other, such as B. valve bags. The inclusion of open, i.e. H. Not stacks grouped with tools is not at all possible because the parts simply slip off the fork tines.
The object of the present invention is a genus moderate furnishings so that when used advantageous design a recording of slack flat parts both individually and in open stacks is made possible safely and precisely.
This task is by the He specified in the main claim finding solved. The subclaims represent advantageous Wei training.
In the device according to the invention, the gripper unit designed so that they have a hold-down, underride means to reach under the parts to be picked up and with them cooperating clamping means. It is special Meaning that the underride means during the entire Un the driving process, d. H. throughout the time of the sub driving the stack to be picked up or to pick up individual parts in a positive connection the underlying parts are. Because the parts limp, d. H. are compliant, the form fit causes that an engagement gap for the Grei's underride means unit is formed. It also makes him is enough for the bottom stack to hold its position and not even its uppermost parts through the recording process of the top stack.
In an advantageous embodiment, the invention provides that the underride means by at least one in the low holder arranged, flexible underride element formed are. The intervention process or the take-up process of the Sta pel bundle is made so that the hold-down is first in a positive connection is brought to the lower stack and thereby an engagement gap for the compliant bottom driving element forms. The prerequisite for the form-fitting Connection or the formation of an engagement gap is that the slack parts divide by the approach of the never let the holder squeeze. It can be dependent on the nature of the flaccid part to be picked up le the force with which the hold-down device approaches it and these are squeezed selectively, with which the Size of the engagement gap or the path of the Niederhal ters can be defined. The hold-down is in a positive connection to the lower stack and If the engagement gap is created, then that Compliant underride element arranged in the hold-down device through horizontal movement in a positive connection brought to the bottom stack. Then the further horizontal movement of the underride element on underneath increasing bundles. Purpose is included moderate that clamping means are provided, which with the common underride element after the completed underride work together. In detail is a pneumatic cylinder the provided which after completion of the underride is lowered by the resilient underride element and that part or bundle to be picked up from the underside with tel presses. Is the underride as an elastic Tongue formed, so the part / bundle through the pneuma tik cylinder to the sufficiently stiff ela in this area tongue pressed. This creates a clamp connection and the limp parts can be transported safely.
According to the invention provides an embodiment that according to the Inclusion of the stack bundle, the gripper unit such Space curve describes that the relative movements between the gripped part or the gripped parts around the one below lying stack can be avoided. In this way it is ge ensures that the lower parts are not by the on them possibly passing, picked up parts moved the. The movement of the gripper unit depends on the length of the depending on the parts to be picked up because of the space curve described above to record the end point of the the parts is pulled. Furthermore, this space curve is the the gripper unit must describe from the gripping point of the Part or the distance from part end to part center. they is also of the depth of engagement or the length of the Dependent on as well as on the part material. Will All of these parameters are taken into account, so a necessary one Space curve can be calculated.
According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention manure is the compliant underride element as one elastic, flexible, under tension and never the holder arranged tongue formed. The tongue is in the hold-down device until there is an engagement gap pressing the hold-down device into the lower stack create is. The elastic, flexible tongue can be made of art fabric or metal. It is made of thin material manufactures and points at their, facing the underride direction End up an arch shape. This arch shape ensures that the Tongue retracted, d. H. as long as they are inside half of the hold-down, is under tension and a positive lock when moving out of the hold-down device the bottom stack through their relaxation.
Another configuration of the underride element concerns egg ne rigid tongue, which resiliently in the hold-down is ordered. This tongue is in the retracted state also under tension, but the tension is not by the shape and material properties of the tongue, such as described above, but by the action of a spring on End of the tongue arrangement realized in the hold-down device. Becomes this tongue moved out of the hold-down device, so relaxed the spring and brings the tongue into a positive fit the parts underneath. It can be done by suitable Choice of tongue material or spring constant and through a suitable arrangement of the tongue in the hold-down a defi the same preload can be achieved, whereby a suitable elasticity of the positive connection to the bottom stack or a defined pressure on the bottom Parts is made possible.
In an embodiment, the invention provides that a rigid Tongue connected to a flexible spacer and thus forms a flexible underride element.
Another advantageous embodiment is reali that a rigid tongue on a rigid spacer is arranged and with this the clamping means is connected, and that the unit thus formed is resiliently mounted. This configuration ensures that a small Ab use occurs at the tip of the tongue because the use of a rigid material is possible.
In the embodiment according to claim 11 is at least one Hold-down provided for the parts to be lifted, which is so is arranged so that it faces the engagement gap attacks the lying end of the parts to be lifted. That low the holder is immediately before the under drive driving element lowered onto the stack / parts to be lifted. With its pressure effect, it supports the opening of the on grip gap and also has the function of fixing the to be lifted and secures the parts to be lifted against Shift during the lower gripping process. That low holder can be designed as a pneumatic cylinder.
In an embodiment, the invention provides that at least one Scraper is provided. It is advantageous if two Ab Stripes are provided, which is to the side of the free to be lifted Attack bundle. They attack the moment that the bundle of sacks is lifted off and thus fix the one underneath lying stack of parts. This will make the unintentional with take or move the top part of the bottom sta pels prevented.
The device has sensors, which the stack pattern recognize and determine the gripping point. These sensors can designed as ultrasonic sensors or optical sensors be.

The device according to the invention has underrun means 1 , clamping means 2 , a hold-down device 3 , two wipers 4 and a hold-down device 5 . The underrun means 1 consist of an elastic tongue 6 arranged in the hold-down device 5 . The clamping means 2 are formed by a pneumatic cylinder 2 which acts with the elastic tongue 6 . The Grei fereinheit 1 , 2 is movable on a linear axis 7 and rotatable about a rotation axis 8 . The hold-down device 3 and the scraper 4 are formed according to the illustrated embodiment by pneumatic cylinders.
In Fig. 4, an elastic, resilient, in the Niederhal ter 5 slidably arranged tongue 12 is shown. The hold-down device 5 is located on the stack of parts 10 lying under the bundle 11 to be lifted. The flexible, resilient tongue 12 is during the lowering process and the process of creating the engagement gap 11 in the Niederhal ter 5th It is arranged under prestress. Before the voltage is dependent on the distance a between the tongue support 12 a and the inner surface of the hold-down 5 , the material of the tongue 12 and the radius R of the gene genbogens.
Another embodiment of the tongue is shown in Fig. 5 Darge. It is a rigid tongue 14 which is elastically mounted in the spacer 9 by means of spring 13 . The bias of this tongue 14 is realized by the choice of the spring bias and by the choice of the spring constant.
In Figs. 6 and 6a show embodiments in which the spacer 9 and the tongue are elastically 15, the tongue 15 itself and the connection with the spacer 9 are rigid. The elastic mounting of the sub vehicle is realized either by a compression spring 16 or by a tension spring 17 .
Different embodiments of a partially flexible tongue 18 , 19 are shown in FIGS . 7 and 7a. They correspond to the basic concept of the tongue 12/12 a in Fig. 4, which represents the preferred form. The tongue 18 shown in FIG. 7 is made of aluminum in the clamping area and has an oblique PVC insert in the flexible area. The sloping insert runs at an angle of 25 °. The construction of the flexible tongue 19 , which is shown in Fig. 7a, is similar, but this tongue 19 is made of fiber-reinforced plastic, the elastic tip being made of a particularly thin material.
A precise representation of the depalletizing or receiving device ges from a bag stack 11 is shown in FIGS . 2 and 3 Darge. The bundle of bags 11 to be gripped and its precise gripping point is first determined by means of sensors, not shown. The gripper unit 1 , 2 moves to the gripping position and places the hold-down device 5 on the lower sack stack 10 . As a result, the lower sack stack 10 is fixed in its position and the engagement opening 11 a for the underride element 6 is created. Next, the holder 3 extends and secures the bag to depalettierende bundle 11 for the direct wei fingering. This measure simultaneously relieves / opens the engagement gap 11 . Now the tongue 6 , which is at rest and prestressed in the hold-down device 5, can be pushed under the bag bundle 11 to be gripped by moving it out of the linear guide 7 in the direction of the bag bundle 11 . As soon as the bundle 11 is sufficiently undershot, it is clamped against the tongue 6 by the clamping cylinder 2 and thus non-positively connected to the gripper. The hold-down device 3 is now retracted and the two wipers 4 extend. They serve to dissolve any possible hooking of the tongue 6 with bottom sheets of bags from the lower stack 10 , which do not belong to the bundle 11 to be depalletized, during the vertical start-up of the overall system . The entire system with the sack bundle 11 clamped in the gripper unit 1 , 2 now travels approximately vertically upwards until the scraper 4 loses contact with the sacks underneath and any catches have loosened. Subsequent wipers 4 are retracted. The overall system describes a space curve around the free end of the gripped bundle of sacks 11 during the subsequent lifting process. Here by relative movements between the gripped bag bundle 9 and the bag stack 10 located underneath it are avoided, which can lead to faults in the stack pattern. The bundle of bags 11 is now lifted and is hanging freely on the Grei fereinheit 1 , 2 , transported to the storage position. In all depalletizing and picking operations using the device according to the invention, it is advantageous if the stacking of the parts according to FIG. 9 is offset.
The gripper shown in Fig. 1 is rigidly connected to a handling system on the outer jacket. If the gripper accordingly Fig. 2 with the hold-down 5 on the bundle of sacks 10 has been placed by the handling system, under driving and clamping means are linearly moved auxiliary motor, while the handling system is at rest until the end of the gripping process.
