Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung gehört zum technischen Gebiet des Automobilbaus, Sparte Karosseriebau. Bei allen mir bekannten Automobilbaufirmen werden die Autotüren, abgesehen von Spezialausführungen, an der Vorderkante mittels Scharnieren dicht an die Karosserie angelenkt. Dies führt dazu, daß die Türen, wenn sie sich nur wenig öffnen lassen, wie zum Beispiel in engen Garagen oder Parkplätzen, nur einen geringen Spalt zum Stellen der Füße freigeben, so daß man oft nur mit großen Anstrengungen das Ein- und Aussteigen bewältigen kann. Je breiter die Tür, um so enger der Stellraum für die Füße. Dies und verkehrstechnische Gründe (Ausladung der Tür) bedingen, daß Autotüren kaum breiter als 1,00 m ausgeführt werden und für die hinten Mitfahrenden weitere Türen vorgesehen sind. Der Erfindergedanke beruht nun einfach darauf, daß die Türen um ihre senkrechte Ebene geschwenkt werden, d. h. die Vorderkante von der Karosserie weg und die Hinterkante zur Karosserie zurück. Damit wird größere Freiheit für die Füße erreicht, und die Türen können so breit ausgeführt werden, daß Fondtüren nicht mehr notwendig sind. Die Zeichnung Blatt 3 veranschaulicht die Gedanken nochmals. Fig. I zeigt eine Tür von 1,00 m Breite (gestrichelt) und eine Tür von 1,40 m Breite (Striche durchgezogen), beide geschlossen. Die 1,00 m breite Tür ist mit Scharnieren dicht an der Karosserie angelenkt, die 1,40 m breite Tür mit dem zum Patent angemeldeten Scharnierarm. Fig. II zeigt die Verhältnisse, wenn beide Türen nur 40 cm weit geöffnet sind. Es ist deutlich zu erkennen, wieviel mehr Platz die mit dem Scharnierarm angeschlagene Tür beim Ein- und Aussteigen in engen Räumen freimacht. Fig. III zeigt die Verhältnisse bei 80 cm Öffnungsweite. Auch hier ist noch ein Vorteil für die mit Scharnierarm angeschlagenen Tür zu erkennen. Der Scharnierarm selbst stört die Fußfreiheit nicht, da nur einer pro Tür nötig ist, und er in ca. 40 cm Höhe über dem Boden des Autos am Türrahmen angeschraubt werden kann. Die strich-punktierten Linien zeigen, daß sich die Verhältnisse auch bei einer 1,60 m breiten Tür wenig ändern, außer daß noch mehr Platz für die hinten Einsteigenden vorhanden ist. Er muß breit ausgeführt werden und gut gelagert sein, um die Kippkräfte der Tür aufzufangen. Ihm zugeordnet ist ein leichterer zweiter Hebel, der an den Enden ebenfalls drehbar an den Böcken gelagert ist. Er schwenkt die Tür um die senkrechte Ebene, das heißt die Vorderkante von der Karosserie weg und die Hinterkante zur Karosserie zurück. Die Drehpunkte beider Hebel und der Lagerböcke müssen zusammen ein Trapezoid bilden, im Extremfall ein Parallelogramm. Der Öffnungs vorgang der Tür hängt von der Lage (Zuordnung) der Drehpunkte ab.
