Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittels zur Bekämpfung von Motten, Wanzen, Fliegen, Flöhen, Mücken und anderen Schädlingen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß poröse Gipsblöcke mit flüchtigen Desinfektionsmitteln, wie Schwefeldioxyd, Formalin, Chlor, Tetralin, Trikresol, Karbolsäure und ähnlichen, vollständig durchtränkt und hierauf mit zwei verschiedenen, sich wechselseitig ergänzenden Schutzschichten überzogen werden, wovon die eine Schicht selbst flüchtig sein kann, wie z. B. Naphthalin oder Paradichlorbenzol oder Mischungen dieser beiden Stoffe, während die zweite Schicht aus Wachsarten, Paraffin, Stearin, Talg, Harz, Leim, Lacken usw., besteht.
