Warmlufterzeuger. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Warmlufterzeuger
derjenigen.
Warm air heater. The invention relates to warm air generators
of those. Kind in which a water-laden, through .a hood to electric
Resistances passing and thus strongly heated partial air flow through
a suction fan with large amounts of fresh air to an immediately in human
Lounges injectable warm air is mixed.
Two previously known warm air generators: this type is
the air is sucked through the water, so that it works with great effort
Fan must be placed directly above the water tank. The through .that
Air passing through water is relatively cold and therefore for
: the absorption of water is not particularly suitable. The saturation with water becomes
here made even more difficult by the fact that the surface of the water is caused by the work
the fan is cooled again and again and the water itself by the electric
Resistance body cannot be heated: because between the resistance bodies
and .the water surface has a fan.
The purpose of the invention is now to provide a device
which the air significantly with effort: lower force significantly better with
Moisture is made pregnant and thus the one to be blown into the lounge
Warm air: has the desired degree of humidity.
schematisch dargestellt. In the drawing is an embodiment of a warm air generator
shown schematically.
a gerichtet in diesen einmünden.
liefert.Within a hood a, electrical resistance bodies b b ' are arranged, which are connected to a wall c which extends upwards from the base of the hood and is designed as a cutting edge. The bottom of the hood a, which is divided into two compartments by this cutting edge c, is filled with water d d '. The hood itself is surrounded by a jacket f, which is connected to a suction fan g and at its lower. free end is open to the outside air. Lines ee ' branch off from the pipe k emanating from the blower g, and lead into this at an acute angle downwards towards the bottom: the hood a. In the hood a, which is open at the top, a flap i is attached, while flaps 1z are provided in the jacket f surrounding the hood. The amount of fresh air drawn in or the amount of hot air drawn in can be regulated by flaps h and i. The mode of operation of the warm air generator according to the invention is briefly as follows: Fresh air is sucked in through the jacket f, while at the same time air is sucked in through the hood a, which is open at the top, and through the lines ee 'from the duct k emanating from the fan g. The water in the bottom of the hood a is heated by the resistance body b b ' , namely to approximately boiling temperature. The air to be impregnated with moisture then hits the surface of the water through the pipes e e ' , which is easily atomized so that the air absorbs a large amount of liquid, whereupon it is passed through the inclined surface c against the resistance body b b' and is heated in the process. The air, heated in this way and heavily saturated with moisture, is mixed by the blower g with the fresh air also drawn in through the latter and then fed to the room to be heated. By adjusting the flaps h and i : the ratio of the fresh air to: that of the heated and moisture-laden air can be regulated at any time as desired, so that the warm air pipe k always supplies air with the desired moisture content.
