Um zu verhindern, daß die Lagerzapfen in den Führungsschlitzen translatorische Bewegungen ausführen können, ist die Lehne bei der bekannten Ausführung in ihrem oberen Bereich zusätzlich fixiert. Diese Fixierung muß jedoch gelöst werden, wenn die Lehne umgeklappt, also um ihre untere Lagerung geschwenkt werden soll, um sie beispielsweise zur Vergrößerung eines hinter ihr befindlichen Gepäckraumes in eine horizontale Lage zu bringen. Im Innern des Gehäuses 1 ist mittels einer Nietverbindung 6 ein zweiarmiger Hebel 7 schwenkbar an der Gehäusewandung befestigt. Einer der beiden Hebelarme weist einen hakenförmigen Abschnitt 8 auf, während der andere als Steuerstück 9 dient. In Fig. 1 ist der Hebel 7 in zwei verschie­ denen Positionen a und b dargestellt. Position a (ausgezogene Linien) gibt die Stellung des Hebels 7 wieder, die er einnimmt, bevor die Lehne 4 eingesetzt ist, Position b (strichpunktierte Linien) diejenige bei eingebauter Lehne 4. Wie man sieht, ragt in Position a das Steuerstück 9 in die Führungsbahn, welche der Lagerzapfen 5 beim Einsetzen der Lehne 4 in den Führungsschlitz 3 durchläuft. Beim Auftreffen des Lagerzapfens 5 auf das Steuer­ stück 9 wird infolge des Eigengewichts der Lehne 4 der Hebel 7 im Gegenuhrzeigersinn verschwenkt, dabei gelangt der hakenförmige Abschnitt 8 oberhalb des Lagerzapfens 5 und versperrt sozusagen dessen Rückweg (Position b).
