When mining deposits of great thickness, as z. B. have salt deposits,
So far one has proceeded in such a way that one, with the formation of chambers for example
in the size of each 12 m height and width and 100 m length, these chambers from bottom to bottom
has degraded above. In order to be able to use the shaking chutes without having to step out and
It has been proposed to make installation over the entire dismantling period of a chamber economical,
after or with driving one or more stretches to accommodate the vibrating slides, these stretches through stages
to cover, to provide the stages with passages and after winning the whole
Above the stage pending mineral this through the passages to the below
pull off the vibrating chute. With this, however, the shortcoming is connected that
rieh the passages of the stage both as a result
the easy adhesion of the mineral as well as especially when larger pieces are extracted
become, clog and disrupt the production. Furthermore, the stages need to
to be able to cope with the stresses and strains that occur when shooting, made of extremely resistant
Material are produced, the installation of which is time consuming. With the expected
large pieces it can still happen that both the stage and the slide arranged below it are damaged and
is even destroyed. In addition, the drilling work can only be carried out on a scaffold
that would have to be removed with each blast. The ones occurring through the large pieces
Blockages in the stage openings are difficult to clear because the blocks are blocked beforehand
cannot be crushed, but just as they are won in, in front of them
Lay openings. The production of a regulated promotion is difficult and with
time-consuming work is linked, especially with the type of winning it is difficult to do with this
Blocks are to be approached for the purpose of crushing.
wird, so daß eine Verbindung von der Strecke 11 bis zur Firste hergestellt ist, von derAccording to the invention, the complained of defects should be eliminated in principle, while the full cost-effectiveness of dismantling with vibrating chutes should be achieved. The use of a vibrating chute and its remaining in the chamber over its entire dismantling period without intermediate dismantling and installation should in turn be made possible. For this purpose, it is proposed according to the invention to dismantle the chamber from top to bottom. A dismantling from top to bottom can be done in the disc dismantling, funnel dismantling or some other suitable way, but according to the invention a kind of roller hole should be formed for all cases, which both a convenient removal of the in; material obtained such as protection of the vibrating chute. This roller hole is made in the form of a broken slit, which either follows the dismantling or is made over the entire length of the chamber from the start and connects the roof or the dismantling sites with the sole section in which the slide is housed. How to proceed with the dismantling should be illustrated with the help of the drawing. This is shown in Fig. 1 is a cross-section and the distance is α a longitudinal section through a chamber part in schematic form. On the sole 10 of the degraded chamber in Fig. 2 ascended 11, which serves to receive the transport means of the vibrating chute 12th According to the invention, the slot 13 is made from this section 11, which extends through the entire length of the chamber and either follows the breakdown or is broken open from the start. The line of this slot 13 is broken according to the invention, so that one or more slopes 14 are created, the inclination of which is expediently above the angle of slope of the excavated material. The broken lines of the slot mean that the goods gained from the roof, which are toppled through the slot and further shattered by the fall, always hit the natural ground and, above all, cannot damage the slide, so that a There is no need to set up special stages. If you have it in your hand to allow the opening of the route 11 and slot 13 to take place one after the other or together, it is advisable to proceed in such a way that the route 11 is first opened over its entire length, then the entire length of the slot 13 Chamber length is shot up, so as to increase the economy while utilizing the working capacity of the vibrating chute through a larger number of jobs. It can, however, also be economical if, after driving the section 11, the slot 13 is shot up to a length of only a few meters up to the roof, so that a connection is made from the section 11 to the roof
dann kann im Maße des erfolgten Abbaues auch das seitlich noch anstehende hereingewonnen werden.from then the Abbati of the chamber α from top to bottom disk-shaped etc. is going on. As the mining progresses, the slot 13 is then lengthened. The procedure, however, is always to drive up a section 15 at the roof which is directed crosswise to the slot 13 and from which the degradation proceeds in the length of the chamber. At the work site, a grate 16 of a corresponding length of about 3 m is placed over the slot 13, which holds back the large pieces of salt so that they can only be smashed before falling into the slot 13. In front of the slot mouth, iron rods 17 can be loosely inserted, which act as rakes and at the same time allow the loading of the chute to be regulated. Such a regulation can be carried out in the simplest way in such a way that a man at the mouth of the slit always releases the required quantity of the fallen goods. The transition into the shaking chute from the slot mouth does not cause any difficulties, since z. B. hanging slides can be hung in the immediate area of the slot mouth, while a chute-like frame 18, which can be moved, for roller slides, the material gained and loosened at the slot mouth passes into the slide. The economy can also be increased by increasing the number of jobs in such a way that the dismantling according to Fig. 2 takes place in stops 19 and thus the working capacity of the vibrating chute is used in the best possible way. If the mineral above the invert is completely recovered, then the mineral that is still present at the side can also be recovered to the extent of the degradation that has taken place.
In the case of the dismantling according to the invention taking place from top to bottom, above all
nor the fact that no special work platforms are created
must rather that a natural place to stand for the work equipment is given everywhere
which is benevolent to both the speed and the goodness of the mining
acts. In addition to being a roller hole, the slot 13 is also closed as a weather guide
use and thus in turn improves the possibility of work.
