Description
The invention relates to a device for balancing a rotor blade, in particular a rotor blade made of composite material according to the Oberbe Handle of claim 1, as known from DE 36 07 305 A1 is.
At this facility the body is made up of balancing masses in connection with dummies of the same by layering corresponding plates in the direction of extension the chamber formed to achieve a certain mass distribution, d. H. the moment of inertia (static longitudinal moment) of the rotor blade to influence. The layer sequence of the balancing masses is based on this and inserted dummy after a required Mass distribution over the sheet depth. This balancing device is for the deep balancing of the rotor blade, d. H. a shift of Center of gravity in the sheet depth direction without influencing the static longitudinal torque, of course, not easily usable. Especially the filling of a chamber intended for deep balancing with in The sheet depth direction to be layered for this a considerable Design and thus layering would require around one plate a defined position to that in the longitudinal direction of the sheet Blade axis, preferably the torsionally elastic axis of the rotor blade ensure.
In a device known from DE-PS 8 94 922 for balancing barrel bodies using two superimposed ones Rings of the same size and quality are not just these adjustable against each other, but as partial balancing masses each still divided into two ring halves of different specific weights, so that the entire balancing mass consists of four parts.
The invention has for its object a device of the type mentioned above for the deep balancing of the Rotor blade simple without influencing the static longitudinal torque to make it manageable.
This task is for a generic balancing device the characterizing features of claim 1 solved. After that is the position of the balancing body in relation to that in the longitudinal direction of the blade extending axis, e.g. B. the torsionally elastic blade axis unchangeable, but there is a shift in the focus of the Balancing body in the blade depth direction simply by replacing it Halves with identical halves of different medium density (Weights) possible, the focal points of the two halves each keep the same distance from the reference axis of the rotor blade.
The profile of the balancing body according to the invention or its two halves can be according to the spatial conditions within the leaf bowl choose so that even thin Leaf profiles of shallow depth can be considered: here there are empty spaces locked out. According to those marked in the subclaims Further developments of the invention, the predetermined position of the Balancing body secured in the rotor blade by simple structural means will.
Dazu zeigt die Zeichnung inThe invention and its developments are described below with the aid of a Embodiment explained further. The drawing shows in
Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt durch ein Rotorblatt; Fig. 1 shows a cross section through a rotor blade;
Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf einen Längenabschnitt des Rotorblattes: Fig. 2 is a plan view of a length of the rotor blade:
Fig. 3 einen Schnitt gemäß Schnittlinie III-III der Fig. 2. Fig. 3 is a section according to section line III-III of FIG. 2.
A rotor blade made of composite material of conventional design, e.g. B. a rotary wing aircraft, for deep balancing has a closable on the top of the sheet by a cover 1 chamber 2 , which extends in the sheet depth direction and is filled with a split into two halves 3.1 , 3.2 of the same shape 3 filled with a certain mass. Referring to FIG. 1, these two halves 3.1, 3.2 front of or behind a line extending in the sheet longitudinal direction of axis 4, z are. B. the torsional elastic leaf axis (so-called 25% line) each positioned the same; the centers of gravity of the halves 3.1 , 3.2 are each at the same distance from this leaf axis 4 . However, the two halves are 3.1 . 3.2 of the same mass only at the start of balancing. A requisite shift of the center of gravity of the balancing body 3 in the blade depth direction is then carried out by exchanging its two halves 3.1 , 3.2 for halves of the same shape corresponding to different masses, the total mass of the balancing body 3 being kept constant. The Darge presented position of the two halves 3.1 , 3.2 is simply secured by the fact that the front half 3.1 is positively embedded in the leaf nose-side chamber part 2.1 and then locked by the rear half 3.2 , which in conjunction with the lid 1 profiled as its socket, the rear Fills chamber part 2.2 . In order to secure the half 3.2 held by the cover 1 at the joint 3.3 of both halves 3.1 , 3.2 against transverse displacement from the chamber 2 , the joint surfaces are profiled in a step-like manner. Consequently, as shown in FIG. 2, securing the cover 1 by a screw connection 5 with the leaf structure outside the joint 3.3 is sufficient. Referring to FIG. 3, the force of the leaf structure is expedient in Journal centrifugal action towards the body 3 at a rib 6 for support.
Finally, this concept of the device for balancing the rotor blade also has the advantage that, as shown in FIG. 1, it can be integrated in the rotor blade without impairing the aerodynamic properties of the blade profile.
