Description

Anschluß des Pflasters an den Straßenbahnoberbau. Die Erfindung betrifft den Anschluß des Straßenpflasters an den Straßenbahnoberbau und bezweckt die Herstellung einer möglichst wasserdichten Verbindung zwischen Schiene und Plaster, welche auch durch die Erschütterungen der Schienen und die Einwirkungen des Verkehrs nicht vorschnell zerstört wird. Zu diesem Zweck ist der Zwischenraum zwischen dem nach der Schiene hin abgeschrägien Pflaster und der Schiene mit einer nachgiebig bleibenden bitumenhaltigen Masse ausgefüllt. Diese hat die Eigenschaft, daß sie durch die Witterung sowie auch unter dem Verkehrsdruck nicht spröde wird und den Bewegungen zwischen Schiene und Pflasteranschluß zu folgen vermag, ohne zu reißen; auch soll sie so klebkräftig sein, daß sich etwaige Risse unter dem Verkehrsdruck wieder schließen und daß sie an der Schiene und dem Pflasteranschluß wasserdicht anhaftet. Diese Masse überträgt infolge ihrer Nachgiebigkeit den Verkehrsdruck auf die Pflasterschrägfläche und wird ihrerseits selbst gegen die Schienen gedrückt. Damit tunlichst alle auf der Masse lastenden Druckkräfte auf die Schrägfläche des Pflasters treffen und die Füllmasse in ganzer Tiefe gegen die Schiene drücken, andererseits aber die Räder die Füllmasse nicht in ganzer Breite belasten, wird der Abstand der Pflasterschrägfläche von der Schiene zweckmäßig derart bemessen, daß die untere Spitze der Schrägfläche sich noch unterhalb des Schienenkopfes befindet. Ferner steht zweckmäßig die Füllmasse oben mit einer schwachen Wölbung über die Straßenoberfläche über, damit der Verkehrsdruck die Masse selbsttätig nachzustopfen vermag. An Nacharbeiten ist alsdann lediglich eine zeitweilige Auffüllung dieser Wölbung erforderlich.
