Description

Der elektrische Zusatzantrieb ermöglicht grundsätzlich bei allen Fahrzeugen mit gelagerten Gelenkwellen (z. B. Fahrzeuge mit Hinterradantrieb oder Allradantrieb) ein wahlweises Fahren mit Elektroantrieb. Der Vorteil besteht im nahezu schadstofffreien und geräuscharmen Fahren im Stadtverkehr. Mit Solarstrom ist eine CO₂-Reduzierung möglich.
Ausführung 1
Der Kraft- oder Formschluß wird direkt zwischen E-Motor (am besten ein Drehstrom-A-synchron-Motor) und Gelenkwelle mittels Riemen, z. B. Keil- oder Zahnriemen, oder Kette erreicht. Es wird keine Kupplung benötigt. Getriebe wird nicht dazwischengeschaltet - wäre möglich. Untersetzung kann direkt am Motor angeflanscht werden. Das bedeutet, der Elektromotor dreht beim Fahren mit Verbrennungsmotor mit. Es ist daher bei eingeschalteter Fahrelektronik über E-Motor eine Batterieladung möglich. Bei abgeschalteter Fahrelektronik tritt bei Drehstrom-A-synchron-Motor ein Freilaufeffekt auf.
Vorteile: Kostengünstig, da wenig aufwendig, platzsparender als Ausführung 3.

Wie Ausführung 1, jedoch der E-Motor ist über eine Kupplung (siehe Zeichnung 2) vom mitlaufenden Antriebssystem trennbar.

Ausführung 3
Wie Ausführung 1 und 2, jedoch mit verschiebbarem E-Motor und 2 Kupplungen (siehe Zeichnung 2). Mittelstellung E-Motor ist ausgekuppelt. Durch Verschiebem und Auskuppeln in jeweils 2 Richtungen, sind 2 Übersetzungsverhältnisse mit einem E-Motor ohne Getriebe möglich.
Vorteile: Hoher Wirkungsgrad bei zwei Übersetzungsverhältnissen, daher gute Anfahrmöglichkeit (hohes Drehmoment) und gute Bergsteigfähigkeit.
Gesamtsystemvorteile: Durch die Art des Duo-Antriebs sind viele Serienfahrzeuge (auch gebrauchte Fahrzeuge) im Aktionsradius unverändert; im Nahverkehr können jedoch die Vorteile des Elektroantriebes, z. B. Nutzbremsung, voll ausgenutzt werden. Bei Allradfahrzeugen bleibt der Allradeinsatz erhalten!

Claims (4)

  1. a) Der neuartige elektrische Zusatzantrieb an der Gelenkwelle von Kraftfahrzeugen mit Verbrennungsmotor in 3 Ausführungen ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er grundsätzlich bei allen Fahrzeugen mit Hinterradantrieb (Brennmotor vorne) geeignet ist, sowie bei allen Allradfahrzeugen.
    Es muß nichts am Antriebssystem des Kraftfahrzeuges mit Verbrennungsmotor geändert werden. Der Zusatzantrieb wirkt auf die bereits vorhandenen Antriebswellen (Kardanwellen) und treibt diese auf Wunsch an.
  2. b) Die erste Ausführung ist gekennzeichnet durch nicht unterbrochenem Kraft- bzw. Formschluß an der Verbindung E-Motor/Antriebswelle. Der E-Motor dreht also beim Fahren mit (nur sinnvoll bei geeignetem E-Motor, z. B. Drehstrom-A-synchron-Motor).
  3. c) Die zweite Ausführung ist der ersten Ausführung gleich; nur dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Kupplung eine Trennung des Kraft- bzw. Formschlusses zwischen E-Motor und Antriebswelle erlaubt.
  4. d) In dritter Ausführung ist der E-Motor dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er eine durchgehende Welle mti zwei verwendbaren Antriebsenden hat. Dadurch können wahlweise zwei verschiedene Übersetzungsverhältnisse erreicht werden. Dies wird erreicht durch das Verschieben des E-Motors und das An- bzw. Auskuppeln von einem der zwei Kupplungen.
    Wenn keine der beiden Kupplungen greift, ergibt sich eine ausgekuppelte Position. Es können auch elektromagnetische Kupplungen verwendet werden.
