Die Erfindung betrifft einen Korntank für
Mähdrescher mit einem das Korngut zum Korntank
transportierenden Förderer sowie einer diesem
Förderer zugeordneten Verteileinrichtung. The invention relates to a grain tank for
Combine with the grain to the grain tank
transporting conveyor and one of these
Distribution device associated with conveyor.
Ein derartiger Korntank ist beispielsweise aus der
Deutschen Auslegeschrift 11 75 931 bekannt. Dabei
Such a grain tank is from, for example
German publication 11 75 931 known. Here
the goods conveyed up by the elevator are replaced by a
Feed opening in the grain tank. in the
The area of this loading opening is a rotating one

Tanks provided bearings are kept. To this

gradually settles under the first snail
Pile. If this has become so high that it
in the effective range of the first worm gear
first snail gets caught, the good is captured and in
Direction of the second snail to the end of the
promoted first snail. At the end of the first
The snail is then released and forms the good
a second pile that grows so high until
it gets into the area of the second screw conveyor.
As soon as this height is reached, a lateral one occurs
Distribution of the goods by the second screw.
In this way, extensive use of the
Loading capacity of the grain tank in the area of the first
and second snail ensured. It has
however, it was found disadvantageous that a
such distribution can only be achieved in that
both snails constantly grind in the grain, causing

can be.
in Verbindung steht.
Korngut in Berührung kommt. The following invention therefore has the problem
based on a grain tank closer to the beginning
designated type so that the in the
Grain tank conveyed goods during distribution
is not subject to grinding. this will
achieved according to the invention in that the
Distribution device above the maximum
Bulk height is arranged in the grain tank. On
there is an advantageous manner
Distributor from a cross section
circular housing with an ejection opening that
from a lower bottom edge and one adjusts to that
upper housing part connecting screen formed
is. For the purpose of feeding the grain to it
Distribution device has a distributor housing
on the end of the task opening to which a
Connects tube, which with the discharge housing of the
the grain to the conveyor transporting the grain tank
communicates. In a structurally simple way
is a shaft at one end in an end wall of the
Distributor housing and with its other end in
an end wall of the discharge housing can be driven
stored. The shaft is in the area of the pipe
with a screw plate and in the area of
Distribution housing with at least one paddle
occupied. According to an essential characteristic of
Invention wraps around the bottom of the distributor housing
the envelope circle of the paddle in the area of the material feed
more than in the area of the floor where the goods are fed
farthest away. Another very
advantageous feature of the invention is
that the front bottom edge referred to in
Vertical vertical axis
Distribution housing middle level in the area of
Good job protrudes and straight from there
diagonally back towards
Distributor housing middle level runs. This will
achieved that the good over the entire width of the
Ejection opening of the distributor housing evenly
is distributed and ejected. Part of the good
from there falls directly into the grain tank while
another part of the good from the paddle up
is hurled against the screen, the purpose
Provide good distribution with adjustable guide plates
is. On the one hand by the invention
Training the bottom of the distributor housing and
on the other hand with the upper screen
adjustable baffles find an even one
Distribution of the goods in the grain tank instead of without
the one above the maximum good height
Distribution device with the one in the tank
Grain comes into contact.
Im folgenden soll die Erfindung anhand eines

Mit 1 ist ein Korntank eines nicht näher
dargestellten Mähdreschers bezeichnet, wobei an
einer Korntankseitenwand ein Verteilergehäuse 2
befestigt ist. Dieses Verteilergehäuse besteht aus
zwei Stirnwänden 3 und 4, einem im Querschnitt
kreisförmigen Teil 5, einem Boden 6 und einem
oberen Schirm 7. Die Auswurföffnung 8 ist demnach
umgrenzt von der vorderen Bodenkante 9, dem
oberen Schirm 7 und den Stirnwänden 3 und 4.
Der obere Schirm 7 ist auf seiner
Innenseite mit einstellbaren Leitblechen 10
versehen.
1 designates a grain tank of a combine harvester (not shown in more detail), a distributor housing 2 being fastened to a grain tank side wall. This distributor housing consists of two end walls 3 and 4 , a part 5 with a circular cross section, a base 6 and an upper screen 7 . The ejection opening 8 is therefore delimited by the front bottom edge 9 , the upper screen 7 and the end walls 3 and 4 . The upper screen 7 is provided on its inside with adjustable guide plates 10 . A tube 12 connects to the end wall 4 via a flange 11 , which tube represents the connection in the elevator discharge housing 13 of an elevator 14 to the housing 2 . As can be seen from FIGS. 3 and 4, in the side wall 3 of the distributor housing 2 and the end wall 15 of the elevator housing 13, a shaft 16 is drivably mounted, which in the region of the tube 12 with a screw plate 17 and in the region of the ejection housing 2 a paddle 18 is occupied. It can be seen that the front bottom edge 9 of the distributor housing 2 relative to the axially extending vertical distribution center plane 19 protrudes and in the region of the material feed through the screw plate 17 from there rectilinearly obliquely backwards towards the distributor housing center plane extends. Since the distributor housing is still circular in this area, the bottom 6 of the distributor housing 2 wraps around the enveloping circle 20 of the paddle 18 in the area of the goods supply through the screw plate 17 more than in the bottom area which is furthest away from the goods supply. Such a design of the bottom 6 causes the material given up by the screw plate 17 to be distributed uniformly over the width of the distributor housing 2 , part of the material being thrown down into the grain tank and another part being thrown against the inside of the screen 7 , which the material is diverted in the direction of the distant part of the grain tank, the spreading width being determined by the adjustable guide plates 10 .
