Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an indirectly heated py Rolysis reactor for the carbonization of carbon containing materials, especially for domestic and commercial use garbage, sewage sludge, solid and semi-solid special waste, with several material pipes for the throughput of waste terials.
Both directly and indirectly heated rotating drum reactors ren have long been known. Such reactors are before all as indirectly heated rotating drum reactors for the Pyrolysis used. From DE-AS 28 21 825 is an example an indirectly heated pyrolysis rotary drum reactor known in which the drum tube is frustoconical tapered and which is on the inside of the drum tube is a helical strip that has a uniform filling level and optimal utilization and Throughput of the reactor guaranteed.
Den bekannten indirekt beheizten Pyrolyse-Drehtrommelreak
toren haften folgende Nachteile an:
The known indirectly heated pyrolysis rotary drum gates have the following disadvantages:
Between the rotating drum tube and the stationary inlet and outlet housing, complex seals are required, which have to compensate for the constantly fluctuating expansion of the drum tube, which occurs primarily with heterogeneous materials such as household waste. Furthermore, seals between the rotating drum tube and the heating system as a whole, but especially seals between the individual smoldering zones, are necessary. Since the energy requirement falls over the length of the drum tube and fluctuates according to the composition of the feed material, it is not necessary to dispense with a regulated energy supply. The rotation of the drum tube creates a grinding effect (drum-ball mill) within it, which leads to the formation of an extremely high amount of fine dust. This fine dust, supported by the drum tube circulations and the unbraked case of the solid pyrolysis residues, is discharged into a common outlet housing for the pyrolysis gas and the solid pyrolysis residues with the pyrolysis gas, as a result of which the downstream units are heavily loaded and the system availability is far below the level of comparable incineration plants becomes.
A mixed gas of water vapor fills from the drum reactor, Light and high boilers. A separation into the aforementioned three fractions results in a very elaborate and, because of the aforementioned dusts, fault-prone additional system technology.
In the pyrolysis of metal-containing waste, such as household waste, it often occurs in the drum tube due to the higher space weight of the metals to a metal accumulation. Wires bil the skein and "sausages", especially in the outlet blockages and thus considerable operation lead interruptions. Because pyrolysis in a tube he follows, are only comparable to a limited extent Loading and because of the generally extremely heterogeneous Waste large fluctuations in the amount of pyrolysis gas and Composition unavoidable. Appropriate Operating conditions arise in the units that the Drum reactor are connected. The whole Process control in rotary pyrolysis reactors can be so only carry out in large border areas. In the end is the throughput in these reactors due to the possible sizes at approx. 5 to 7 t / h, based on Household waste, limited.
Furthermore, from DE 35 03 069 A1 is an indirectly heated Rotary drum reactor for the pyrolysis of waste materials, ins special household waste, with a rotatably mounted, driving bar drum and with several, inside the drum tubes arranged material tubes for the throughput of the Waste materials known, which deals with the drum tube rotating material tubes with liquid heat transfer salts indirectly via tube spirals wound around the material tubes or jacket pipes are heated. With such a shoot drum reactor is therefore not the goods to be converted in an externally heated drum tube, but in one Variety of small diameter material pipes, which in the Are arranged inside the drum tube. Each of these measures material tubes takes over the function that is involved in the shooting drum reactors is taken over by the drum tube itself. In this respect, the same also applies to such a reactor disadvantages of a conventional rotary drum reactor.
The invention has for its object an indirect heated pyrolysis reactor of the type mentioned create one due to its structural design high throughput allowed an equalization and frak tionation of the resulting pyrolysis gas enables a ensures low dust generation and is easy to seal is.
This object is achieved in that the Material pipes arranged vertically and stationary can be indirectly heated individually and in zones, and openings for one along the length of the material pipes fractionated pyrolysis gas vent are arranged, the Deduction of pyrolysis gas and solid pyrolysis residues done separately.
In the pyrolysis reactor according to the invention, many can Material pipes are fed independently of each other, whereby the pyrolysis gas accumulation, especially with heterogeneous Waste material, such as household waste, is largely homogenized becomes. The pyrolysis gases are primarily separated in mostly water vapor, mostly low boilers and predominantly medium and high boilers subtracted. Due to the stationary arrangement of the material pipes will be little dust generated, whirled up and carried away with the pyrolysis gas. This allows a simple pyrolysis gas piping system and pyrolysis gas dedusting system are used. The reactor according to the invention is suitable for pyrolysis large Quantities of waste materials containing hydrocarbons, especially for the smoldering of household and commercial waste, Sludges, solid and semi-solid special waste and Contaminated sites, each of which, for themselves, but also together can be. By choosing the length and number of Material tubes can be used for throughput reactors Household waste, up to 100 t / h can be built.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention the material transport within the material pipes through the Gravity of the feed material and the formed fe most pyrolysis residues. The material input into the mate rial pipes therefore take place from above. By gravity the feed material and the resulting solid pros decrease products according to the controlled, at the bottom of the material pipe deducted quantity through the material pipes and are here at temperatures above 500 ° C, in particular in the range between 500 and 650 ° C, degassed.
In an advantageous development of the invention Solution are the pyrolysis gas vents inside the Material pipes through baffles to prevent solid material shielded and the spacing of the openings among each other along the length of the material pipes ent speaking of the decreasing amount of pyrolysis gas. The pyroly segas is hereby made from stub tube and collecting pipelines subtracted. Expedient The guide plates with the assigned pyro are usually lysegas vents alternately on gap in the Mate rial pipes arranged. The baffles produce alternately Material jam and loosening zones. The respective on Loosening zones are located under the baffles, so that here are the appropriate areas for pyrolysis gas extraction. In addition, the baffles create a layer of material reached.
To achieve easy loading of the material pipes, are according to a further embodiment of the invention Material pipes arranged in a circle on the feed side and over a rotating loading device can be filled. Prefers the loading device comprises a carousel chassis with opposite, over a common material feed funnels, dosing screws. The dosing screw ken can be controlled via the carousel chassis Start up individual material pipes and fill them in a controlled manner.
To prevent pyrolysis gas from escaping from the material In an advantageous further development, tubes are the inventor solution according to the first meters of the material pipes not heated on the fork side, being in these areas the existing material columns form a gas seal.
Furthermore, it is preferably provided that parallel to the Do sierschnecken on the carousel chassis the consolidation and support of the transport of the task are arranged. This will make the seal effect of the material columns increased and at the same time the mate rialtransport through the material pipes.
For this purpose, the carousel chassis preferably comprises one Washer with a liquid seal from "cup" and "Diving chute", which together with the material plug in the Dosing screws and the material in the hopper Forms gas closure system from the atmosphere. Expedient It is necessary to further increase the security of the through the material columns in the material pipes (feed zone A) the liquid seal of the washer and the mate from the sealed space in the dosing screws sucked. This will definitely prevent system leaks bound.
In a further preferred embodiment of the invention the material pipes below the feed zone go from the circular arrangement in a square, six or octagonal arrangement over. This facilitates the constructive Design of the removal of the solid pyrolysis residues.
The last few meters are preferably subject to the material pipes indirect cooling on the discharge side. So there is one advantageous cooling of the solid pyrolysis residues. Purpose the cooling of the material pipes takes place moderately by means of water or air.
To avoid additional seals on the discharge side ten, go according to a further embodiment of the Invention the material pipes directly on the discharge side Discharge devices via. Expediently subject to the solid pyrolysis residues in the discharge devices indirect cooling. So they are out of the reactor no longer send solid pyrolysis residues auto-ignite.
This means that the material pipes are sufficiently expandable is guaranteed, according to a further embodiment the invention, the material pipes in the upper area, under free expandability downwards, open on a stage hang.
The material pipes are preferably single or multi-row in equidistant from each other, and the number of Material pipes can be more than twenty pieces per row. The material tubes expediently have a clear one Inside diameter from 700 to 900 mm.
To achieve a favorable heat transfer, are according to an advantageous development of the subject of Er finding the material pipes with liquid heat transfer salts indirectly via tube spirals wound around the material tubes or jacket pipes heated, the material pipes individually and / or regulated in zones with different amounts and temperatures of the heat transfer salts can be applied. Alternatively, however, it is also possible to use an indirect one Heating the material pipes with electrical current or with Gases.
The pyrolysis reactor comprises twenty-five vertical stationary material tubes 1 , which are arranged on the feed side in a circle at the same distance from one another and merge into a square arrangement on the load side. In the upper area, the material tubes 1 are hung on a stage 2 , which allows them to expand freely downwards. Each material tube 1 has a hopper 3 debouching into a stage 4 for receiving a feeding device 5 at its upper end. The loading device 5 has a carousel chassis 6 , which receives two opposite, funnel 7 fed via a common task dosing screws 8 . On the discharge side, the metering screws 8, each driven by a motor 9 and a gear 10 , are aligned with the feed funnels 3 of the material pipes 1 . The feed hopper 7 assigned to the Dosierschnec ken 8 can be loaded with waste material via continuous conveyors or crane grabs. The carousel chassis 6 comprises an annular disk 12 sealed with respect to the material tubes 1 by means of a liquid seal 11 . The liquid seal 11 consists of both sides next to the feed hopper 3 of the material tubes 1 on the stage 4 arranged, fluid-filled "cups" 13, engage the corresponding BEFE on the annular disc 12 stigte "Tauchschurren." 14
Parallel to each dosing screw 8 is a plunger plunger (not shown) on the carousel chassis 6 through which the loose feed material is compressed in the upper area of the material pipes 1 after each loading operation. This area represents the application zone A of the material tubes 1. In the charging zone A, the material is not heated pipes 1 and not isolated. The feed material compressed in the feed zone A via the plunger tappets forms a first gas seal with respect to the degassing zone E of the material tubes 1 adjoining the feed zone A. A second gas seal is given by the liquid seal 11 and the material plug in the metering screws 8 and the material above in the feed funnel 7 . The space between the material plug in the Do sierschnecke 8 and the compressed material column in the task zone A is suctioned off. This ensures that no gas can escape from the material pipes 1 into the atmosphere on the feed side. In the area of the degassing zone E, which is followed by a cooling zone K, the material tubes 1 are provided with increasing pyrolysis gas discharge openings 15 from the feed side at increasing intervals, in accordance with the decreasing amounts of pyrolysis gas, to each of which a baffle plate 16 is provided within the material tubes Shielding against intrusion of solids is assigned. In addition to the protective function of the guide plates 16 for the pyrolysis gas discharge openings 15 , the guide plates 16 fulfill the task of alternately creating material densifications and material loosening areas with material coatings. Go of three superposed pyrolysis gas vents 15 stitches pipelines 17, which are an open into a collecting pipe 18, the pipe lines 17 and 18 heated and iso lines.
The material tubes 1 are heated in the degassing zone E with liquid heat transfer salts guided in jacket tubes 19 , the material tubes 1 being individually and zone controlled with different amounts and temperatures of the liquid heat transfer salts can be applied. The heat transfer salts are suitable for heating temperatures up to 650 ° C. Instead of the casing pipes 19 1 wound tube coils or on the outer wall of Mate rialrohre 1 welded half-shells can also be used for the material pipe. It is also possible to carry out electric heating or heating with gaseous heat transfer media instead of heating with heat transfer salts.
From the end of the feed zone A, the material tubes 1 change from a circular arrangement to a square arrangement, which means that four specifically controlled conveyor units can be used for the discharge of the solid pyrolysis residues with little technical effort. Each conveyor unit consists of an indirectly water-cooled screw conveyor 20 , through which the solid pyrolysis residues can be discharged when cooled. In each case, two screw conveyors 20 lying opposite one another at a corner open into a common discharge 23 . The screw conveyors 20 are firmly connected to the material pipes 1 . However, it is also possible to insert the material tubes 1 slidingly into the connecting pieces of the screw conveyors 20 , so that the screw conveyors 20 can be supported on the stage 21 without any problems. To support the pyrolysis residues which are indirectly cooled in the screw conveyors 20 , the material tubes 1 in the cooling zone K are cooled by water flowing through the jacket tubes 22 . Air cooling can also be used instead of water cooling.
