Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Trommelwaschmaschine nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to a drum washing machine according to the preamble of claim 1.

Im unteren Teil einer nicht weiter dargestellten Trommelwaschmaschine nach Fig. 1 ist mit 1 ein Laugenbehälter bezeichnet, der eine darin drehbar gelagerte Wäschetrommel 2 aufweist. Der Laugenbehälter 1 ist über eine Bodenöffnung 3 und einen daran anschließenden Abfluß 4 mit einem Zulaufstutzen 5 eines Waschflottensammelbehälters 6 verbunden. Am Waschflottensammelbehälter 6 ist links und rechts von dessen Zulaufstutzen 5 je ein Pumpengehäuse 7 und 8 aus- bzw. angeformt. Das Pumpengehäuse 7 ist das Gehäuse für eine Entleerungspumpe und das Pumpengehäuse 8 ist das Gehäuse für eine Umwälzpumpe. Vom Entleerungspumpengehäuse 7 geht ein Anschlußstutzen 9 für eine Entleerungsleitung zum Abführen der Waschflotte ab. Ferner ist am Entleerungspumpengehäuse 7 ein Entwässerungsanschluß 10 angebracht. Am Anschlußstutzen 1 des Umwälzpumpengehäuses 8 ist eine Waschflottenumwälzleitung mit einem elektrisch beheizten Durchlauferhitzer 12 angeschlossen, die im Gehäuse der Trommelwaschmaschine hochgeführt und im Bereich der frontseitigen, üblichen Beschickungsöffnung für die Wäschetrommel 2 endet.In the lower part of a drum washing machine according to FIG. 1 (not shown further), 1 denotes a tub which has a washing drum 2 rotatably mounted therein. Mit Inbetriebsetzen der Umwälzpumpe 8 wird die Umwälzflotte aus dem Waschflottensammelbehälter 6 über den Durchbruch 16 in die Vorkammer 14 des Fremdkörperfallengehäuses 13 gepumpt und gelangt aus dieser in die Nachkammer 15 und durch den Stutzen 11 sowie Durchlauferhitzer 12 zur Wäschetrommel 2. Die vom Waschgut nicht gebundene Flotte gelangt über die Laugenbehälter-Bodenöffnung 3 und Abfluß 4 durch den Zulaufstutzen 5 wieder in den Waschflottensammelbehälter 6 zurück. In der Vorkammer 14 werden schädliche Fremdkörper vom Fremdkörper-Auffangbehälter aufgefangen bzw. zurückgehalten. Außerdem bleiben in dieser Vorkammer 14 und vor allem aber in dem geneigt verlaufenden Waschflottensammelbehälter-Boden 18 mit anschließender Vertiefung bzw. Sammelmulde 19 ungelöste Waschmittel bis zur völligen Auflösung liegen. Da die Flotte während des Umwälz- bzw. Kreislaufvorganges ständig in Strömungsfluß gehalten wird, wird das zurückgehaltene bzw. abgesetzte Waschmittel auch rasch aufgelöst und dem Waschgut zugeführt. Ist der Wasch- oder der Spülvorgang beendet, so wird mit Inbetriebsetzen der Entleerungspumpe die Flotte aus dem Waschflottensammelbehälter 6 über den Durchbruch 16 in die Vorkammer 14 und in die darauffolgende Nachkammer 15 und über den an dieser angeschlossenen Abpumpkanal 20 zur am Anschlußstutzen 9 des Umwälzpumpengehäuses 7 angebrachten Entleerungsleitung gefördert bzw. gepumpt. Wesentlich bei dieser Trommelwaschmaschine ist, daß sowohl die Umwälzflotte als auch die abzupumpende Flotte über ein gemeinsames Fremdkörperfallengehäuse 13 mit Vor- und Nachkammer 14, 15 und damit durch einen dort untergebrachten Fremdkörperauffangbehälter gepumpt wird.The operation of the drum washing machine described is as follows:
