Mechanics for keyboard instruments. The invention relates to a mechanism
for keyboard instruments, table pianos and the like, in which the pusher is directly included
connected to the key. The innovation is that there is a rotatable handle on the hammer handle
Saddle is arranged, which is under the action of a spring, regulates the stop
and leans against the pusher as a catcher when kicking back. For safe guidance
the button is drilled through this according to the invention a screw that is through a
Guide fork is passed.
The drawing shows the subject matter of the invention in exemplary embodiments,
namely Fig. i a mechanism for a table piano, Fig.2 a grand piano mechanism in
the rest position and Fig. 3 parts of the wing mechanism during the attack.
Blattfeder i in Verbindung.
The mechanism (Fig. I) consists of the button a, the fixed pusher b, a rotatable saddle c, a holder plate d and the spring f.Saddle c and holder plate are arranged on the hammer handle l. As a spring, the usual spring for the movement of the rotatable saddle c is expediently used in mechanisms with knocking down hammers for returning the hammer to the rest position. As is known from silent pianos, the end of the key is connected to a leaf spring i. According to the invention, a screw g is arranged on the button a for better guidance, which screw is passed through a guide fork h. By pressing button a, the hammer hits the string in. The saddle c slips off the end of the pusher b, goes along the side of the pusher b (Fig. 3) and thereby acts as a catcher. The saddle c is pushed back into its old position by the spring f when the button is released. The stop of the hammer is regulated by the control dummy e, which leans against the holder plate d. The screw g is expediently connected to the damper k. It is for example provided with an incision at the top in order to be able to regulate its position in relation to the damper. The guide fork h is provided with felt in a known manner. With grand piano mechanisms (Fig. 2) a special spring f is required for the saddle c. For the key can be performed here in the usual way with grand piano mechanisms, so that the parts g and Ir can be omitted.
