Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a turbo air classifier Separation of granular solids into different grain fractions, consisting of a cylindrical housing with conical lower part and with connections for the feed and removal of solids and gases as well as with an in Housing arranged centrally on a drive shaft Sifter rotor, the at least two spaced apart has ring disks arranged on the drive shaft, the ver on the periphery evenly on the circumference divided turbo elements are provided.
From European patent specification 00 23 320 is a Turbo air classifier of the above type is known, in which the outside Turbo elements arranged on the ring disks with the Ring discs are firmly connected. However, since the Turboele elements in the operation of the turbo air classifier one more or exposed to less high wear, these must be worn Be replaced from time to time. The replacement of the but worn out turbo elements against new ones very time-consuming and costly, because the classifier rotor is used for this removed and the worn turbo elements with the help of cutting torches or the like from the washers have to be solved. Also the firm connection of the Turbo elements with the washers by welding, soldering and the like is with a high work, time and Cost associated and is beyond that in some Cases also difficult to carry out. In addition, that these known turbo elements relatively often need to be changed because they are simple, not ver wear-resistant material. The high wear and the associated frequent change of the worn out Turbo elements against new ones also has an increased material loss which in turn leads to an increase in Costs.
Based on this well-known turbo air classifier the object of the invention, the turbo elements, esp special with regard to their training, arrangement and Improve tool life considerably.
This object is achieved in that the ring disc-arranged turbo elements made of wear-resistant Material exist and releasably connected to the washers that are. In that the arranged on the washers turbo elements are made of wear-resistant material, the service life of the turbo elements becomes very important increases, and therefore they are used relatively rarely be replaced with new ones. As wear-resistant Materials can be high-alloyed, sintered Tungsten carbites, ceramics and the like used who the. The long service life of such materials also leads to a significant reduction in material losses and the associated costs. Since the Turboele elements according to the invention with the washers releasably ver tied, replacing the worn door boelemente against new in a particularly simple manner and with very low labor, time and cost leads. The classifier rotor does not need here either to be removed because the turbo elements are replaced from the side through a closable opening in the Housing wall can be made.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the Invention are the washers on the inside with ring segments provided, the turbo elements between the ring segments loosely inserted. In this way, the replacement The turbo elements are particularly relieved because they are out the turbo elements only change the ring segment must be loosened, which is screwed to the washer or can be tense in some other way.
Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung werden nachfolgend anhand von in den Zeichnungen schematisch dargestellten Turbo-Windsichtern beschrieben:Embodiments of the invention are as follows with reference to schematically shown in the drawings Turbo windsifters described:

Fig. 2 shows a classifier rotor with only two spaced ring disks and turbo elements in between in longitudinal section and on an enlarged scale.
Fig. 3 shows a turbo-wind sifter with the drive motor arranged below the sifter and the spreading disc above it with a central crop in longitudinal section.
As shown in FIG. 1, the turbo air classifier for separating granular solids in different grain fractions consists of a cylindrical housing ( 1 ) with a conical lower part ( 2 ) for the discharge of the coarse fraction. Since Lich, a line ( 3 ) for supplying the classifying air is tangentially connected to the cylindrical housing ( 1 ) and a pipe socket ( 4 ) is placed on top of the classifier ( 1 ) of the classifier, through which the classifying air with the fine grain fraction laterally in the arrow direction ( 5 ) is discharged from the classifier. On both sides of the pipe socket ( 4 ), connections ( 6 ) and ( 7 ) are provided for the supply of the solids to be separated into the air classifier from above.
A drive shaft ( 8 ) leads centrally from above into the housing of the air classifier and is connected to a drive rotor ( 9 ) with a gear ( 10 ) arranged on the pipe socket ( 4 ). At the lower end of the drive shaft ( 8 ) is a three-level sighting rotor ( 11 ) is attached, the four spaced one above the other ring discs ( 11 ', 12 , 13 ) and ( 14 ), the top ring disc ( 14 ) with one Good distribution disk is connected. On the periphery between the ring disks ben ( 11 ', 12 , 13 , 14 ) turbo elements ( 15 , 16 ) and ( 17 ) are arranged, which are evenly distributed on the circumference.
These turbo elements ( 15 , 16 ) and ( 17 ), which can very advantageously be designed as rods or plates, are made according to the invention from wear-resistant material and, as shown in FIG. 2, with the washers ( 18 ) and ( 19 ) releasably connected.
In FIG. 2, designed as plates (20), detachably arranged Turbo elements of the classifier rotor are shown clearly evident. A further washer ( 21 ) is screwed onto the upper washer ( 19 ) and is provided with recesses ( 22 ) which are adapted to the cross-sectional profile of the plates ( 20 ). With the lower ring washer ( 18 ) an outer washer ( 23 ) is attached, while within the plate ( 20 ) a washer ( 24 ) is arranged, which consists of several segments, which can be detached by means of screws or the like with the washer ( 18 ) are connected. Within this ring disk ( 24 ), which consists of several segments, a further ring ( 25 ) is releasably connected to the ring disk ( 18 ), which serves to hold the support elements ( 26 ) arranged between the ring disks ( 18 ) and ( 19 ). In addition, the ring discs ( 18 ) and ( 19 ) by a conical bottom ( 27 ) and struts ( 28 ) with the drive shaft ( 29 ) are firmly connected.
The replacement of the Bo boelemente shown in Figs. 1 and 2 ( 15 , 16 , 17 ) and ( 20 ) is done from the side, namely by a not shown in the cylindrical housing part ( 1 ) in the drawing, closable to the outside Opening. For this purpose, shown in FIG. 2, loosened by screws with the washer ( 18 ) connected ring segments of the washer ( 24 ) and the segments removed. Subsequently, the plate ( 20 ) is moved inwards at the bottom and is lowered downward through the slot-shaped opening ( 30 ) arranged in the ring disc ( 18 ) until the upper end of the plate ( 20 ) is a little below the ring disc ( 21 ) be found. Now the plate ( 20 ) can be moved very slightly obliquely outwards between the ring disks ( 18 ) and ( 19 ) and removed from the air classifier. The installation of the new plate ( 20 ) takes place in the reverse manner, namely, the plate ( 20 ) is lowered from the side first with the lower end into the opening ( 30 ) of the annular disc ( 18 ), then upwards in the recess ( 22 ) of the washer ( 21 ) is inserted and then brought to the stop with the lower end of the outer ring ( 23 ). Then the segment of the ring ( 24 ) is screwed onto the ring disc ( 18 ).
The disassembly of the worn-out turbo elements and the assembly of the new turbo elements is considerably simplified in this way and can be carried out with very little effort, time and costs. Also, the classifying rotor does not need to be removed to replace the worn plates or rods with new ones, as a result of which the assembly and disassembly of the turbo elements is further considerably favored. In addition, the turbo elements made of rods or plates according to the invention consist of wear-resistant material, so that they have a very long service life in comparison with the previously known turbo elements and therefore only have to be replaced very rarely. In order to be able to influence the fineness of the end product, it may also be advisable to remove several turbo elements. The turbo elements can also differ in shape and quality from one another in accordance with the respective requirements in the individual sections, in order to optimize the separation effect and reduce the acquisition costs and wear of the turbo elements. This is of particular importance in the case of turbo air classifiers, the classifier rotor of which, as shown in FIG. 1, has a plurality of classifier cage floors arranged one above the other at a distance, and which are relatively large and have to be designed for high throughputs. Otherwise, the turbo elements ( 15 , 16 , 17 , 20 ) formed from rods or plates according to the invention are loosely inserted between the ring disks ( 11 ', 12 , 13 , 14 ) or ( 18 ) and ( 19 ), which are in operation of the air classifier under the influence of centrifugal forces to the outside against the ring disks ( 21 , 23 ) and thereby stabilized.
In the operation of the turbo air classifier according to the invention, the classifying air is fed to the air classifier through the line ( 3 ) tan potential, from where it penetrates in the direction of the arrows ( 31 , 32 ) the feed material flowing from top to bottom in cross flow and thereby the receives fine fraction from the feed material and takes it in the flow direction shown in FIG. 1 between the turbo elements ( 15 , 16 ) and ( 17 ) into the interior of the classifying rotor ( 11 ) and from there upwards over the pipe socket ( 4 ) discharges. The coarse grain fraction not detected by the classifying air arrives in the conical lower part ( 2 ) of the air classifier, from where it is discharged downwards from the air classifier in the direction of the arrow ( 33 ).
As shown in FIG. 3, the classifying rotor ( 11 ) of the turbo-classifier according to the invention, which is basically the same as that in FIG. 1, can optionally also be very advantageously connected to a drive motor ( 34 ) arranged below the classifying rotor ( 11 ) on the classifier , whose drive shaft ( 35 ) is guided centrally through the classifier rotor ( 11 ) from bottom to top, which is provided at the upper end, namely above the classifier air discharge ( 36 ) with a spreading plate ( 37 ), which the solid to be separated centrally from Above (arrow 38 ). This design of the turbo-air classifier achieves a particularly uniform, homogeneous distribution of the task in the annular gap around the classifier rotor ( 11 ), thereby improving the visual effect. At the same time, the digestion of the feed material is also improved and incorrect discharges are largely avoided. In addition, this embodiment of the turbo-air classifier according to the invention makes a significant simplification in terms of construction and operation.
