The outer edge (9) of the edging (7,7a), as viewed in the projection on the support-surface (10) of the tray (22), has two backward projections (11,12) diverging from a rectangle (R) containing the tray (22), near the front (4). The width (B) of the shower-tray (22) is reduced, near the sides (1,2) by at least 10 per cent compared with the width of the rectangle (R). The length (L) of each backward projection is at least 10 per cent of the length of the rectangle (R).
