Die Kragen selbst befinden sich drehverschiebbar in der Hülsennut (9). Befinden sich die Haltekrallen (8 a, 8 b) am Anschlag (10), so ist die Hülse (2) als Wasserablaufventil verschlossen. Geöffnet ist das Ventil, wenn sich die Haltekrallen (8 a, 8 b) am Anschlag (11) befinden.
