Abstract
Description
Inverters are known in which the series formwork device of two transistors to a DC operating voltage is connected and the transistors through a control circuit in push-pull alternately controlled and ge be blocked. The load lies between the connection point of the two transistors and the connection point of one Series formwork connected to the DC operating voltage device of two capacitors. With such a circuit it is known to be parallel to the transistors and therefore practical also a high resistance to the capacitors switch. These two resistors are necessary in order to Turn on an even voltage distribution on the to ensure both capacitors and transistors and to avoid overvoltage on these components.
In such a circuit it is also known in front of the Base of the transistor each a network from the parallel circuit of a capacitor and one or more diodes to switch. This network provides a base at the base voltage in the sense of blocking the transistor, the same is the sum of the forward voltages of the diodes of the network. Through such a network, the necessary periodic Blocking of the transistors improved.
It has been shown that such a circuit is immediate exhibits undefined behavior after switching on. This is because a transistor initially fires several times det. The exact causes of this behavior at the one circuit of the transistors initially seemed difficult to overlook bar.
The invention has for its object a transistor Train the output stage of the type described so that the and defined behavior of the transistors immediately after the Turn on no longer occurs.
This task is by the He described in claim 1 finding solved. Advantageous developments of the invention are described in the subclaims.
The invention is based on the following knowledge. The through that described network generated at the bases of the transistors Preload is sufficient in the steady state chatting. Immediately after switching on the circuit ent however, this preload is too slow and therefore forms to the extent ascertainable, the cause of the undefined switching behavior. It was found that immediately after the Turn on a bias on the network of approximately 0.5 V is sufficient to avoid the undefined behavior. Therefore, an additional charging path for the network is ge create a sufficiently fast after switching on Charging the network capacitor to a blocking chip voltage of about 0.5 V.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention this loading path with one of the two described symmetry resistances are formed if this is at a different location le of the circuit is relocated. The symmetry resistance be then holds its desired function for symmetrization of the voltages at the transistors and also forms in Switch on instantly the desired charging path for the condensate gate of the network at the base. The invention then needs no additional circuitry.
The invention is based on the drawing of an embodiment example explained.
The figure shows the output stage of an inverter with the line rectifier 1 , the charging capacitor CL , the two capacitors C 1 , C 2 , two so-called free-wheeling diodes D 1 , D 2 , the two transistors T 1 , T 2 and the consumer V. The transistors T 1 , T 2 are controlled by the control circuit St via the transformer U alternately in a push-pull manner and blocked, so that an alternating current with the frequency of the control voltage is generated in the consumer V. The collector gate / emitter paths of the transistors T 1 , T 2 are two resistors R 1 , R 2 'connected in parallel, which after switching on a uniform distribution of the practically immediately occurring operating voltage UB of about 300 V to the transistors T 1 , Ensure T 2 and the capacitors C 1 , C 2 . The network N 1 with the diodes 2 and the capacitor 3 lies between the secondary winding S 1 of the transformer U and the base of the transistor T 1 . On this network, a bias voltage with the polarity shown and the sum of the forward voltages of the diodes 2 for the transistor T 1 is generated. A corresponding network N 2 is provided at the base of the transistor T 2 , which is controlled by the secondary winding S 2 through the control circuit St. The current through the transistors T 1 , T 2 flows in each case through the consumer V and additionally through the winding S 3 belonging to the transformer Ü . As a result, a base current dependent on the collector current is induced in the windings S 1 , S 2 for the control of the transistors T 1 , T 2 . The circuit described so far be known and described in more detail in DE-PS 34 00 671.
The circuit described so far is now abge converts that the resistor R 2 'parallel to the transistor T 2 omitted there and is instead connected between the base of the transistor T 1 and ground. The function of the resistor R 2 for the symmetrization of the voltages over T 1 , T 2 and C 1 , C 2 is practically not changed by this, since R 2 is practically also between point b and earth for this function. In addition, the resistor R 2 forms a charging path for the capacitor 3 immediately after switching on. After switching on, the operating voltage UB of 300 V is present practically without delay. As a result, a charging current flows from terminal a via resistor R 1 to point b , via winding S 1 , capacitor 3 and resistor R 2 to earth. As a result, the capacitor 3 is quickly charged to the polarity shown in the desired manner. In this way, a bias voltage of about 0.5 to 1.0 V is built up sufficiently quickly on the capacitor 3, which avoids the undefined behavior of the transistors T 1, T 2 after switching on. Since the diodes 2 have a total forward voltage of about 2.1 V, the diodes 2 initially remain blocked during this charging of the capacitor 3 in a desired manner and have no influence on this charging.
The resistors R 1 and R 2 each have a value of approximately 100 kOhm and the capacitor 3 a value of 220 µmF. This results in a relatively high time constant for charging the capacitor 3 . However, the charging takes place sufficiently quickly because the charging effect voltage UB is about 300 V and the capacitor 3 only has to be charged to a voltage of about 0.5 to 1.0 V to achieve the desired effect. At the base of T 1 there is still the low resistance R 3 of about 1 kOhm relative to R 1 and R 2 . Since this resistor is practically parallel to the capacitor 3 , it forms an additional current path for the charging current from point a and reduces the effective time constant. But since in the equivalent circuit diagram the equivalent charging voltage is smaller by a factor of 100, the described desired charging of the capacitor 3 by R 3 to 0.5 V is not adversely affected.
At the base of the transistor T 2 , a negative bias voltage in the sense of blocking the transistor T 2 is additionally generated on the capacitor 4 by rectifying the pulse voltage derived from the control circuit St by means of the diode 5 and the diode 6 . With this additional measure, the overall behavior of the circuit after switching on can be further improved.
