Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a circuit arrangement according to the Ober Concept of claim 1.
Dazu gibt es verschiedene An triebsregelungen:Plants for the production and processing of strip material need tape guide rollers for the deflection of the tape between two manufacturing processes and speed measuring roller len to determine the actual belt speed for length calculation. Such roles have due to the need agile stability compared to above all thin strip material moments of inertia and roll ver lust. Therefore, the execution as non-driven, empty idler role often. Acceleration and ver deceleration processes, such as when starting up the system or often due to interruptions in the manufacturing process would occur if the belt and Roll so strong forces on the tape that this could be damaged. With a less tight coupling would the tape slip over the roll, so that in a ver Use the roll to measure the speed of the tape errors occur. Roles of the type described above are therefore motor-driven, it depends on the circumference speed of the roll as closely as possible to the actual Adjust belt speed. There are different types drive controls:
The so-called soft speed control. The Reg Characteristic curve chosen so that control deviations to one of the Deviation proportional correction of the current setpoint lead so that the speed of the roll to the belt speed is adjusted. But first you have to turn deviations in the actual value from the setpoint occur before it can be corrected by the control loop, which results has that with such deviations the above Forces between tape and role with their disadvantageous us kung occur.
The so-called electronic overrunning clutch. The Speed of the motor-driven roller is only as high leads to the peripheral speed of the roll of the minimum speed of the belt corresponds. Then on a case-by-case basis If there is still a difference in speed, the Tape to be transferred to the role force balanced which especially during the duration of acceleration phases can become so large that the disadvantages already mentioned Effects occur.
The invention has for its object the control loop for to design the belt drive motor so that the roller drive Changes in speed of the belt follow so precisely that between the role and tape practically no longer occur forces that can lead to stretching or slipping effects.
This object is achieved by the He specified in claim 1 finding solved. This ensures that deviations of the Roll peripheral speed and thus the roll speed of the belt speed with the consequence of the occurrence of force The control loop recognized the roll and belt in good time and corrected.
The further features according to claim 2 the control dynamics for acceleration and deceleration processes thereby improved that the occurring during the speed adjustment Rate of change of the belt speed as current correction size is also activated.
Es zei gen:.Further details of the invention will follow from in the the described embodiment explained in more detail. It shows gene:.

Fig. 2 ein Blockschaltbild der Schaltungsanordnung. Fig. 2 is a block diagram of the circuit arrangement.
In the symbolic representation according to FIG. 1, the strip-shaped rolling stock 1 runs between the work rolls 2 , 3 of a roll stand not shown. The emerging between the rollers 2 , 3 is fed via a tape guide roller 4 to a reel 5 , on which it is wound up into a coil. The tape guide roller 4 is driven by a motor 6 , the rotational speed of which is determined by a tachometer 7 . The rolling stock 1 is rolled down from the entry thickness to the exit thickness between the work rolls 2 , 3 . The resultant rolling stock exit speed depends on the rolling stock parameters, the pass reduction and the rolling mill parameters. If the circumferential speed of the band guide roller 4 corresponds to the exit-side rolling stock speed, this must either be calculated from the parameters mentioned or measured using special measuring methods.
With the present invention will be achieved now that the circumferential speed of the tape guide roller 4 via a corresponding control of the capstan motor 6 is adapted as accurately as possible and with the least possible force exerted between the roller and belt at the respective rolling stock, so that even under belt speeds changing neither by the moment of inertia of the roller system are still exerted on the belt by inadmissible tensile stresses due to frictional forces caused by rolling losses or the belt slips on the roll The latter is particularly disadvantageous if the roll is used at the same time to measure the speed of the rolling stock.
By the speed control arrangement shown schematically in FIG. 2, it is possible to sufficiently synchronize the circumferential roller speed by a corresponding speed adjustment of the roller drive motor 6 with the actual rolling stock speed. The control arrangement consists of a known basic control loop for the motor speed with PI characteristics and subordinate motor current control. The DC motor 6 is connected to the three-phase network R , S , T via a thyristor rectifier 8 . The basic speed control circuit consists of a speed comparator 10 , a speed controller 11 with PI characteristics, a current comparator 12 , a current regulator 13 with PI characteristics and a DC-pulse converter 14 as a control rate for the thyristor rectifier 8 . These components of the control arrangement serve in a known manner by comparing the target speed n 1 with the actual speed n 2 and the resulting speed difference variable n 'to form a manipulated variable i 1 in the speed controller 11 , which leads to the current comparator 12 that leads from this and the measured by the current transformer 15 actual motor current value I is the current difference value i 'forms as an input variable for the current controller 13 . At its output arises the corrected manipulated variable i ' 1 for controlling the DC-DC converter 14 for the thyristor rectifier 9th Would you leave it with this control loop, the peripheral speed of the strip guide roller 4 could only be properly synchronized with the strip speed via this speed control if the calculated target speed n 1 exactly corresponded to the actual rolling stock speed on the strip guide roller 4 . Such an accurate calculation of the speed setpoint, however, encounters difficulties if the effort required for this is not to be disproportionately high. In the event of deviations of the calculated speed setpoint from the actual value, the circumferential speed of the tape guide roller 4 would also vary from the rolling stock speed accordingly. This would lead to the disadvantages already described (increased tape tension in one or in its direction or tape slip relative to the tape guide roller). In order to achieve the most accurate possible adjustment of the speed of the strip guide roller and thus its peripheral speed to the rolling stock speed even in the case of an inaccurate calculation or approximate measurement of the speed setpoint, the control circuit is equipped with a motor characteristic function element 16 which generates a speed-dependent current worth forms. The speed setpoint n 1 is fed to this functional element on the input side, so that a current value i v associated with this is produced on the output side. This is compared in a correction comparator 17 with the ge formed by the speed controller 11 , the respective actual speed of the roller drive motor 6 corresponding current value i 1 and, in the event of deviation, a corresponding current correction value i K is formed. This is fed to a correction controller 18 , which forms the value corresponding to the speed deviation as an input variable for a correction switching element 19 , in which it is multiplied by the speed setpoint n 1 , so that a speed correction value n K arises that corresponds to the speed setpoint value adder 9 is supplied. This corrects the speed reference value n 1, so that the n to the speed controller 11 supplied setpoint value the speed value did neuter required 'corresponds to L corresponding to the rotational speed correction value K n.
In order to be able to adapt this control principle to changes in rolling stock speed, a further correction loop is provided. From the calculated speed setpoints n l and the corrected speed setpoints n ' 1 , the quotient is formed in a quotient stage 20 and a correction acceleration applying element 21 is supplied as a factor and with a further factor, which is formed from the calculated, the speed change of the Rolled goods corresponding speed change quotient multiplied and in this way receive an acceleration correction value i B , which is fed to a correction acceleration comparator 22 , which increases or decreases the value i 1 formed by the speed controller during the duration of the speed change of the rolling stock by such an amount that the speed change of the roller drive motor the precalculated change part corresponds as closely as possible to the rolling stock speed.
