Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a tank container with the Features of the generic concept of claim 1. Such Tank container is open for example in DE-GM 79 12 473 beard.
In the case of generic tank containers, containers and Outer housing so matched to each other arranges that the container is held in a load-bearing structure which is led through the outer housing to the outside is abge on a supporting structure of the tank container to be supported. The outer casing is primarily exclusive isolating function. If necessary and in the aforementioned case in particular, the outer housing consists of a framework that is filled with insulating material and with which the support construction for the container, which is inside the outer casing lies, is connected. Therefore, the well-known Solutions to a significant extent from temperature bridges that one cause considerable additional energy requirements.
In addition, in the known tank containers and containers Outer housing so coordinated and assigned to each other, that they form a unit that separates Containers and outer housings are not provided and not permitted. The outer housing is built around the container, as it were and progressively connected to the container under construction. At The well-known tank containers are therefore maintenance and cleaning container complicates what is accepted and in general reason is to clean the outside of the container or not to clean the inside of the outer casing.
The invention now goes a completely different way in that as the one way to show how both the Reini gung as well as the isolation of the container with relative can be made considerably easier or improved with little effort can. The essential features to solve this task result from the characterizing part of claim 1, Appropriate design options arise from the Subclaims.
Tank in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt. The tank container according to the invention is a kit, as it were from two matched components that are independent manufactured from each other and kept in stock and if necessary can be combined with each other. If necessary, at only a component of the kit that has become defective a defective component is replaced or a Replacement component with the reusable second component be united. Manufacturing, warehousing and repair service are therefore considerably simplified. But above all, it can Outer housing optimally as an insulating housing be formed in which the container is supported without that given the slightest need for temperature bridges is. The outer housing is necessary in the invention a self-supporting structure that also relieves the strain the container, which, when filled, has a considerable weight can have, can take up without the container through the Outer casing directly on a supporting structure, at for example the frame of a rail or road vehicle, should be supported. The outer case can be under the face point of optimal temperature insulation - in addition to the mechanical Resilience - be made and the one given to it The ability of thermal insulation is built in when the Con tainer or tank in no way affected. Besides, is optimal cleaning possible by for the purpose of intensive Cleaning container and outer housing can be separated and with optimal accessibility to clean afterwards to be assigned to each other again with little effort.
In der Zeichnung zeigtA preferred embodiment of the invention is according to explained below with reference to the drawing. In the drawing shows

Der Festlegung des Containers im Außengehäuse in der Längs richtung dienen lösbare Anschläge 10 a, 11 a.The tank container according to the invention consists of the outer housing 1 and the actual container 2nd The outer housing 1 has the shape of a horizontal cuboid. Its walls are preferably made of appropriately thick steel sheet, which is covered on the outside with a temperature-insulating layer. However, the insulating layer is selected so that it can withstand the mechanical stresses to be expected during operation and, in particular, is able to transmit supporting forces between the outer housing and a supporting structure. This solution has the advantage that optimum temperature insulation can be achieved in every respect. However, when defining the insulation, care must be taken to take mechanical stresses into account. Regarding this problem, it is easier to apply the insulation to the inside of the outer case 1 . However, care must then be taken to ensure that no temperature bridges form between the container 2 and the steel wall, the outer housing 1 . According to a particularly expedient form of implementation, the walls of the outer housing are designed as sandwich panels in which an insulating support layer is arranged between two steel, aluminum or plastic panels held at a distance from one another. The container has the shape of a lying cylinder. An inlet valve 3 and an outlet valve 4 for the temperature control medium are installed on the left end face of the outer housing in FIG. 1, 2, but their function can also be reversed. The temperature control medium, which can cool or heat depending on the application, enters through the inlet valve 3 in the area between the outside of the container 2 and the inside of the outer housing 1 , flows around the container 2 as far as possible over its entire surface and leaves the outer housing 1 through the outlet valve 4th . The conditioning and conveying of the tempering medium is carried out in a very conventional manner by means of an appropriate unit that is appropriately assigned to the tank container. Optionally, Leitvorrich lines inside can provide the appropriate temperature control, which includes that a sheet 5 can be arranged on both sides of the container in the transverse center thereof, which supports the container laterally in the outer housing and creates two superimposed temperature control chambers 6, 7 , the on the end facing away from the end of the valves 3 and 4 of the outer housing. The wesent union, ie mainly vertical support of the container 2 in the outer housing 1 is carried out with runners 8, 9 , which are firmly assigned to this in the area of the underside of the container 2 and extend substantially over the entire length of the container 2 . With them, the container 2 is supported in guide rails 10, 11 , which are attached to the bottom of the outer housing near the side walls. If the outer housing 1 has external insulation, the requirements for the design of the support of the container 2 in the outer housing 1 result solely from the requirements from the masses to be supported and their mobility or locking relative to the outer housing 1 . If the outer housing 1 is provided with an inner insulation, this must be so firm, at least in the bottom region of the outer housing, that it can transmit the operating loads from the container to the sheet steel jacket of the outer housing, or the guide rails 10, 11 must have their own insulation be supported on the steel casing of the outer casing; if necessary, the guide rails 10, 11 can be supported directly on the steel jacket of the outer housing, but consist of temperature-insulating material. The least problems arise when the bottom of the outer housing is a sandwich construction. The definition of the container in the outer housing in the longitudinal direction serve releasable stops 10 a , 11 a .
Between the runners 8, 9 and the guide rails 10, 11 , friction-reducing means, for example balls or correspondingly arranged rollers, can be provided.
Jeder Tür flügel 12 a bzw. The right end of the outer housing in FIGS. 1, 2 is open and can be closed with a double-leaf door 12 . Each door wing 12 a or 12 b is mounted in several joints 13 with a common vertical axis of rotation on a side wall of the outer housing and pivotable so that it is in the open position at least in the extension of the associated outer housing side wall and both door leaves in the other end position open face of the outer housing is fluid-tight and closes without temperature bridges.
At this end of the outer housing are seen in the container 2 with a cover 14 manhole, a drain device 15 for emptying the container and a filling device 16 for filling the container 2 seen before. In this way, the container 2, when the door 12 is open but located in the outer housing 1, can be cleaned, filled and emptied on the inside. For larger cleanings, in particular for external cleaning, if necessary also for repairs to the container or on the inside of the outer housing, the container 2 can be pulled out as far as necessary and, if appropriate, completely continuously from the outer housing 1 . This measure is made possible by the guide rails 10, 11 and the runners 8, 9 and should not be hindered by the lateral support of the container 2 on the partition 5 . If necessary, the wall of the outer housing formed by the door 12 can be removed in its entirety and the other end wall can also be designed like this end wall.
As mentioned, the built-in container is locked in the longitudinal direction by the releasable stops 10 a , 11 a , but can also be done by locking means which can be made effective and ineffective from the side of the door 12 when the door is open. If necessary, it is sufficient to bring the outer housing to the plant and on the inside of the door 12 two respective saddles 18, the valve-side end of the container to a caliper 17 of the front side - divided between the two door leaves - to apply, to be applied with the door closed on the container , so that the container is without play in the longitudinal direction between the two saddles 17, 18, is guided in the transverse direction from the parts of the partition 5 and is vertically without play between the guide rails 10, 11 and optionally a ceiling rail 19 .
