Schneidmaschine für Rüben u. dgl. Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist
eine Rübenschneidmaschine mit durch einen Rost schlagenden :Messern. Die Erfindung
besteht darin, daß in der Maschine eine zweite Welle angeordnet ist, die sich in
der gleichen Richtung und mit derselben Umdrehungszahl wie die Messerwelle dreht,
und die mit gebogenen, schraubenförmig angeordneten Zinken ausgerüstet ist. Jeder
Zinken der zweiten Welle schlägt in einem anderen Zeitpunkt von unten her durch
den Rost als das an der M=esserwelle sitzende, von oben her durch denselben. Schlitz

Messer möglichst günstig zu gestalten, verlaufen die den Rost bildenden Stäbe f
in schräger Richtung von oben kommend über die Messerwelle c, gehen von hier aus
in einen eine Mulde bildenden Halbkreis üher und verlaufen dann in senkrechter Richtung
