Abstract

Die gezeichnete Figur zeigt in vereinfachter perspektivischer Darstellung einen Teilausschnitt aus einem Frontteil 1 eines nicht näher dargestellten elektronischen Geräts und eine Drucktaste 2, die in Pfeilrichtung von der Rückseite her in das Frontteil eingeschoben wird. Die Drucktaste ist als schmaler, quaderförmiger Hohlkörper ausgebildet und ragt im eingesetzten Zustand mit der Bedienungsseite 3 teilweise aus dem Frontteil 1 heraus. Über die Rückseite 4 werden in bekannter Weise elektrische Kontaktreihen betätigt. Die Drucktaste weist mittig an beiden schmalen Längsseiten 5, 5! je eine Führungsrippe 6, 6! auf. Weiterhin ist eine dritte Führungsrippe 6!! mittig zur Bodenfläche der Taste angeordnet. Als Gegenstück sind drei Führungsnuten 7, 7!, 7!! im Frontteil 1 des Geräts eingebracht. Im dargestellten Beispiel befinden sich die Führungsnuten in einem U-förmigen Profilteil 8, das einstückig mit dem Frontteil 1 verbunden ist. Die Führungsrippen der Drucktaste sind nicht bis zur Bedienungsseite der Taste durchgezogen. Ebenso sind die Führungsnuten im Frontteil nicht bis zur Frontseite durchgezogen. Diese Maßnahme ist einerseits aus optischen Gründen erforderlich und dient andererseits als Anschlag der Taste im Frontteil. Durch die entsprechende Ausgestaltung und maßliche Abstimmung zwischen den Führungsrippen und Führungsnuten wird erreicht, daß die Taste nahezu spielfrei und mittig zum Ausschnitt im Frontteil leichtgängig geführt ist. Bedarfsweise können auch die Führungsrippen im Frontteil und die Führungsnuten in der Drucktaste angeordnet sein, was natürlich zusätzlich eine optische Abdeckung für die Tastenvorderseite erfordert, oder ein Tasten-Frontanschlag gesondert vorzunehmen ist. Ein vollkommen spielfreies Führen der Drucktaste in dem Frontteil ist zusätzlich dann gegeben, wenn z. B. durch entsprechende Materialausnehmung die Führungsnuten in der Drucktaste leicht gespreizt und leicht federnd ausgeführt sind. Die Betätigung der nicht näher dargestellten elektrischen Kontaktreihen durch die Drucktaste kann auf verschiedene Weise erfolgen, weshalb die Rückseite der Drucktaste auch verschiedenartig ausgeführt sein kann.The drawn figure shows a simplified perspective view of a partial section of a front part 1 of an electronic device (not shown in more detail) and a pushbutton 2 which is pushed into the front part from the back in the direction of the arrow. Einrichtung zum Führen von Drucktasten in einem aus Kunststoff gespritzten Frontteil eines elektronischen Geräts, wobei vorzugsweise mehrere Drucktasten nebeneinander in einer oder mehreren Ebenen angeordnet sind, und die einzelne Drucktaste (2) vorwiegend als schmaler, quaderförmiger Hohlkörper ausgebildet ist sowie mit der Bedienungsseite aus dem Frontteil (1) des Gerätegehäuses ragt und über die Rückseite in bekannter Weise elektrische Kontaktreihen betätigt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an die Drucktaste (2) mittig an beiden schmalen Längsseiten (5, 5!) je eine und mittig zur Deck- oder Bodenfläche eine dritte Führungsrippe (5!!) in Bewegungsrichtung der Drucktaste angeordnet ist, und daß die Führungsrippen in drei Führungsnuten (7, 7!, 7!!), die im Frontteil (1) des Geräts eingebracht sind, eingreifen und die Drucktaste (2) spielfrei führen.1.
