Besagter Zylinderkopf 3 ist mit einem Einlaßkanal 6 und einem Auslaßkanal 7 ausgestattet, die an einen Brennraum 8 angeschlossen sind. Übrigens ist der Kanal 12 in etwa koaxial zur Zylinderbohrung 13 angeordnet. Außerdem ist der Kanal 12 an eine Bohrung 14 im Zylinderkopf 3 angeschlossen, die in einen ersten Längskanal 15 des besagten Zylinderkopfs mündet. Der Längskanal 19 ist an einen zweiten, im Zylinder 2 vorgesehenen Kanal 20 angeschlossen, der konstruktiv dem ersten Kanal 12 im wesentlichen entspricht. Mehrzylindrige Brennkraftmaschine mit einzelnen Zylindern, die mit einem Kurbelgehäuse und einem Zylinderkopf verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in an sich bekannter Weise im Zylinderkopf (3) und in jedem Zylinder (2) von flüssigem Kühlmedium durchströmte Kanäle (12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 und 20) vorgesehen sind, dergestalt, daß von einer seitlich der Zylinder (2) verlaufenden Zuführungsleitung (11) aus ein ringartiger, sich über einen Teilbereich der Zylinder (2) erstreckenden ersten Kanal (12) versorgt wird, der an einen ersten Längskanal (15) im Zylinderkopf (3) angeschlossen ist, von dem aus - in Querrichtung (A-A) der Brennkraftmaschine (1) gesehen - das Kühlmedium über Ventile (9, 10) umgebende Kanäle (16, 17, 18) in einen zweiten Längskanal (19) des Zylinderkopfs (3) gefördert wird, der an einen zweiten ringartigen Kanal (20) des Zylinders (2) anschließt, wobei das Kühlmedium nach Durchströmen dieses Kanals (20) in eine seitlich vom Zylinder (2) verlaufende Sammelleitung (21) gelangt.1.
