Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to super insulation according to the preamble of claim 1.
The basic idea of the invention earlier patent application P 34 12 785.2 existed in super insulation between two pressure loads surfaces, the pressure force support by means of crosswise to make superimposed webs so that the Junction points form contact pillars, which are left in to some extent are squeezed.
The patent application mentioned is mainly about to create stable contact pillars that a strong Druckbe withstand the load. Such rigid structures are suitable not for insulation between two strongly curved surfaces, such as. with a tube pushed into a second tube management.
From DE-PS 21 49 088 intermediate layers are known which as a bandage made of a braided wire mesh, helical around elongated core elements of sodium cooled core reactors are wound. The be in this patent Insulated jacket written is neither of the structure nor of ver used material as insulation in the cryogenic area suitable.
The invention has for its object super insulation to be designed so that the total heat transfer between two surfaces kept at different temperatures, preferably pipeline walls, limited and moderate pressure forces between the surfaces (e.g. as a result of the inherent important of a pipeline), i.e. that noticeable deformations of the insulation are permissible. The insulation should be easy to apply.
The above problem is solved with a Superiso tion according to the preamble of claim 1 fiction according to its characteristic features.
Die Unteransprüche kennzeichnen vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen und Ausführungen der Erfindung. The subclaims characterize advantageous further developments and embodiments of the invention.
The particular advantages of the invention are that in addition to the soft support of external compressive forces of heat passage is lowered and the super insulation above all can be applied to pipelines cheaper, whereby a possible use of machinery further costs would mean lowering.
In contrast to the earlier patent application P 34 12 785.2 are pressure-resistant in the soft according to the invention Super insulation the contact pillars undesirable. this will achieved in that the individual lattice layers under Intermediate placement of a reflective film so offset be placed on top of each other so that the crossing points are not to build up contact pillars. With nickel insulation the crossing points usually take random positions. As tests have shown, the essential thing here is the shape the grid. The supporting bars are designed to be wave-like Have structure and thus limited in their number of touches offer possibilities with the reflective foils as well as a ensure that the foils are sufficiently far apart. The lattice structure can, for example, by cross connectors be ensured so that a windable network is formed becomes.
A strong twisting of the filaments from which the grid-forming rods 2 are made results in a high bending strength of the load-bearing grid rods. This increases the mechanical rigidity of the grid, which allows pressure loads up to approximately atmospheric pressure. The thermal conductivity of the bars should of course be as low as possible. The invention is explained using two exemplary embodiments with the aid of FIGS. 1, 1a, 1b and 2, 2a, 2b.
Fig. 1 shows the staggered arrangement schematically in the plan view of the junction faces of the webs 1 and 2 the intermediate layers of the films 3, 4, 5. The section AA through the lattice layers 6 , 7 , 8 is shown in FIG. 1 a and clearly shows the layered structure with the wave-like webs 2 .
Since a certain elasticity of the superinsulation is sought, the crossing surfaces 1 must not form contact columns, as are required in the main application. Multiple waves between the intersection areas 1 reduce the contact areas between the grid layers 6 , 7 , 8 . The fewer and smaller the contact surfaces, the more effective the superinsulation. The section BB from FIG. 1 is shown in FIG. 1b.
. The Figure 2 shows a particularly favorable embodiment with rectangular meshes, using as starting material from a glass fiber fabric TACONIC 7305 is used, which some weft 9 - and warp yarns were located 10. The grid produced in this way is very flexible and is well suited for mechanical winding on small diameter pipes. When the layers are applied, the orientation of the elongated grid is rotated 90 ° from layer to layer.
Fig. 2a zeigt stark vergrößert den Ausschnitt D aus Fig. 2.The section CC from FIG. 2 is shown in FIG. 2b. FIG. 2a shows a greatly enlarged detail D from FIG. 2.
