Verfahren zum Verbinden der freien Enden des flexi­ blen Transportbandes eines Bändertischs für Bogen ver­ arbeitende Maschinen, wobei das Transportband quer zu seiner Ebene durchgehende Saugluftlöcher aufweist, die nach einem bestimmten Verteilungsmuster angeordnet sind, das sich gleichmäßig nebeneinanderliegend über die ge­ samte Transportbandlänge vielfach wiederholt, mit sich in Längsrichtung eines Transportbandes erstreckenden, zu den Transportbandenden hin auslaufenden, keilar­ tigen Anschrägungen, die sich überlappend aufeinander­ liegend zur normalen Transportbanddicke ergänzen und in der sich überlappend aufeinanderliegenden Position mittels einer Verbindungsvorrichtung zu einem Endlos­ band fest miteinander verbindbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mit den keilartigen Anschrägungen (6) an seinen freien Enden versehene Transportband (5) in Transportrichtung um den Bänder­ tisch (9) und gegebenenfalls eine Spannrolle (10) ge­ führt wird, daß die freien Enden des Transportbandes (5) sich überlappend in der Verbindungsvorrichtung ange­ ordnet werden und daß die freien Enden des Transport­ bands (5) mittels der Verbindungsvorrichtung zu einem Endlosband fest miteinander verbunden werden.1.
