Abstract

• a. Anhand einer Meßvorrichtung, die aus Klarsicht-Plexiglas besteht, wird wie bei einem Visier die genaue Knöchelposition anhand einer Koordinaten­ einteilung ermittelt.
• b. Die so ermittelte Koordinatenzahl wird auf ein Aluminium (Holz, Kunst­ stoff, etc.) Gerät, welches mit der gleichen Koordinateneinteilung versehen ist, übertragen.
• c. Mit verschiedenen Aufsatzteilen wird die so vorher ermittelte Knöchel­ position auf dem Ausweitgerät genau rekonstruiert.
• d. In den vorher erwärmten Skischuh wird nun die Knöchelattrappe (Ausweit­ gerät) eingebracht und der Skischuh geschlossen. Das erwärmte Kunststoffmaterial wird plastisch verformt und nimmt die Form des oder der Knöchel an.
