Description
The invention relates to a method for comminution or grinding brittle ground materials such as cement clinker, ore, coal or the like chen, with the regrind before it takes place in a tube mill grinding is pretreated in the nip of a high-pressure roller press, and after the roller press is divided into two partial streams, one part electricity is recirculated to the roller press. The invention also relates to a facility for performing the method.
Considerable efforts have been made recently, the very low energy utilization in the shredding machines, in particular increase in the tube mills. So is a two-stage facility for Zer shredding and grinding brittle grist such as not pre-shredded smaller cement clinker known (EP-A-00 84 383), in which the regrind first in a first stage in the nip of a two-roll machine Roll press is pressed under relatively high pressure, which partly for particle destruction, partly for creating cracks in the particle leads and expresses itself visibly in the formation of agglomerates, which then in a second stage in a tube mill or ball Mill destroyed with comparatively little energy and on Fer fineness can be ground. The be with a high pressing force Driven roller press creates agglomerates during material pressing (Schülpen), the grindability increase compared to unpressed material Lich is improved, so that the well-known two-stage size reduction together with a significant reduction in the specific energy requirement leads. The individual material particles are combined in one in the roller press Gut bed, that is in a compressed between two surfaces Material crushed each other, so that at the first Stage speaks of a so-called material bed comminution, which in the gap of the High pressure roller press is realized. In the roller press switched tube mill, the discharge material is deagglomerated and ground to fineness. The fineness of the finished goods, for example Cement, is from the second stage of crushing and grinding, that is determined by the tube mill, which the desired final fineness of the Finished goods and thus product quality must be achieved. The Throughput of the high-pressure roller press to the throughput be adaptable to the downstream tube mill.
In the known two-stage crushing or grinding brittle milling good of the aforementioned EP-A-00 84 393, it is known from FIGS. 4 and 6 there to recirculate a partial flow of the discharge of the roller press to the roller press, with the recirculated proportion of the roller press discharge is always guided over a classifying screen, ie only the coarse fraction of the roller press discharge is returned to the roller press. Apart from the fact that the arrangement of a classifying sieve for grain size classification of the roller press discharge causes good additional investment and operating costs, it has been found that the recirculation of only the coarse fraction to the feed shaft (not shown in EP-A-00 84 383) High-pressure roller press whose good pull-in capacity is not improved. Because when operating the roller press for compaction or for pressure treatment (material bed size reduction) of the granular feed material, the feed material fed to the roller gap must be grasped by the rollers driven in opposite directions and be drawn into the roller gap by friction, so that the roller press has to be able to pull in well .
The fill level in the feed hopper that receives the fresh goods must be arranged above the nip of the roller press have so far been essentially maintained that in the Depending on the fill level, feeds a more or less large volume flow all of the sifting has been recirculated, but this has made it unfavorable Good intake conditions with the high pressure roller press, an unequal moderate control behavior and fluctuations in the system occur can. Up to now it was thought that the press feed capacity of the press whale zen for the fresh material (e.g. cement clinker) can be improved would, if as many as possible between the two between the chunks or grains of the fresh goods in the feed voucher air spaces that form are filled with sifting the. Large amounts of sifting in the over the nip of the High-pressure roller press built high feed material can however, cause the following difficulties: Is that in the feed shaft feed material given to the roller press, at least in part, very much fine-grained, by adding large quantities of the semolina to the fresh feed downstream classifier can be recirculated, so in particular at Feed chutes with high material levels and low bulk weights of the feed material fed to the feed chute, reinforced caused by large quantities already relatively fine with air inclusions through recirculated semolina to the roller press, solved the problem stand that by high pressure from the feed bulk compressed air can no longer escape, which the good intake capacity and the good pressing capacity of the rolls deteriorates, the throughput the roller press reduced, to an uneven operation of the Finally, the roller press leads through the material bed shredding achievable energy savings are impaired. Besides, make up high feed chutes with high feed packs, one have a significant amount of sifting, significant wall clearance Exercise resistances of the feed material noticeable, which the afterflow of the feed material in the nip, especially in the area of the two Obstruct roller ends or the two edge zones of the roller gap.
From DE-OS 20 32 736 a grinding plant with a pre-mill (none High-pressure roller press) and with a downstream fine mill knows, with a classifier in the inlet of the pre-mill using a classifier can be recirculated.
The invention has for its object an easily controllable two-stage Common comminution or grinding of the type mentioned at the beginning (EP-A 00 84 383) to create where the good collection and press the high-pressure roller press and thus its throughput capacity stung is increased and overall a lower specific total the two-stage comminution or grinding can be achieved.
This task is procedural with the measures of claim 1 and solved in terms of device with the measures of claim 2.
In the two-stage comminution or grinding according to the invention does the material recirculated to the high pressure roller press not from the agglomerated roller press discharge material, i.e. from undissolved and unclassified slugs. The amount of crop electricity is increased after leaving the Roll nip of the roller press due to a non-classifying Gutmen divider divided into two partial flows: one good partial flow becomes a pipe conveyed to the mill and the excess produced by the roller press Partial stream is fed to the roller press feed shaft returned. Because the nip of the roller press is intentional always supplied a higher amount of crop electricity than the downstream one Can process tube mill in volume. Through the common up delivery of fresh goods and non-deagglomerated (unclassified) menu partial flow of the roller press discharge to the roller gap of the high-pressure Roll press is surprisingly the described venting pro diminished in the feed of the roller press and their Good draw-in and good pressability improved. Overall, that is inventive two-stage crushing or grinding by a low specific total energy requirement (kWh / t). Erfin In accordance with at least a partial flow of the feed material is due to the Schülpen recirculation several times the high pressure in the nip subjected to the roller press, i.e. the ener several times in succession subjected to low-cost material bed stress without the installation several high-pressure roller presses connected in series are required is.
Another advantage of the two-stage shredding according to the invention or grinding lies in optimal use of the operating state of the tube mill adjoining the roller press, because these pass through a controllable optimal supply of goods in its best operating condition can be. The high-pressure roller press upstream of the tube mill is always fully utilized and in its effect of particle destruction or generation of cracks inside the particles always fully utilized, because the roller press always has a constant, optimally set speed and is operated with maximum and optimal throughput. The non-grading division of the roller press discharge is advisable notices via a control element that depends on the operating state, e.g. B. from the fill degree of control of the downstream tube mill can be controlled. With With the help of the controlled regulating device, this becomes compared to the Kapa quantity of the tube mill in excess amount of the roller press regulated, but otherwise not disagglomerated, for the task the roller press is recirculated. Elaborate speed controllable to drives of the roller press as well as intermediate storage between rollers press and tube mill are not required. Through the constant maintenance Speed of the roller press, the shredding result remains as large as possible constant; in addition to influences of grindability and grain size not additionally influenced by changes in the speed of the roller press. The grinding plant operation is more uniform overall. Is the Sig nalgeber the tube mill, z. B. on the degree of filling of the tube mill signaling electric ear requires less regrind to the tube mill, First, more regrind is placed in the feed chute of the roller press returned and pressed at least a second time, whereby the Grindability is further improved and so the tube mill quickly again the regrind requirement, d. H. can increase the throughput of regrind.
Es zeigt:The invention and its further features and advantages are based on the exemplary embodiments shown schematically in the figures explained. It shows:
Mah lung spröden Mahlgutes mit vorgeschalteter Hochdruck- Walzenpresse und nachgeschalteter Mahlanlage mit we nigstens einer Rohrmühle; und Fig. 1 shows a first embodiment of the two-stage device according to the invention for comminuting or milling brittle regrind with an upstream high-pressure roller press and a downstream grinding installation with at least one tube mill; and
Mahlung. Fig. 2 shows a second embodiment of the comminution or grinding according to the invention.
According to Fig. 1, the first stage of the two-stage comminution or grinding according to the invention consists of a high-pressure roller press ( 10 ) which feeds the material to be comminuted ( 11 ), for example non-pre-comminuted cement clinker with a grain size of up to 100 mm, for example, via a fresh material feeder ( 12 ) and via a shaft-like feed device ( 13 ) is abandoned. The grain size of an essential part of the feed material ( 11 ) is larger than the width of the narrowest nip of, for example, 20 mm between the two press rolls, which have a diameter of, for example, 900 mm. The pressing force on the material ( 14 ) of the rollers of the roller press ( 10 ) is more than 2 t / cm roller length, for example 6 to 8.6 t / cm. The feed material ( 11 ) is crushed in the gap between the rollers by a combined single-grain comminution and material bed comminution. To carry out the last-mentioned shredding principle, the feed material ( 11 ) to be shredded is fed via the shaft-like feed device ( 13 ) arranged above the nip in such large quantities to the nip of the press ( 10 ) that the material to be shredded and drawn in between the rollers ( 14 ) pushes the rollers apart and crush the particles of the feed material in the roller gap in a bed or collectively or in a bed of goods. The cement clinker emerges from the nip of the roller press ( 10 ) comminuted and partially agglomerated, that is to say pressed into slugs ( 15 ), which are actuated via a regulating device ( 16 ) such as a distributor element, overflow control or the like or / and via a belt conveyor ( 17 ). , Dosing belt weigher or the like with re gel organ ( 16 a) are transported into a grinding plant comprising at least one tube mill ( 18 ) or ball mill, in which the roller press discharge is deagglomerated and ground to the desired fineness of the finished product ( 19 ) (cement). A significant proportion of the slugs ( 15 ) of the roller press discharge already contain particles reduced to the desired cement fineness (approx. 30% and more 90 µm).
The discharge of the roller press ( 10 ) is divided into a tube mill ( 18 ) leading the material flow ( 20 ) and into a feed device ( 13 ) of the roller press recirculated material flow ( 21 ). In the area of the Gutstromauf division, in which the recirculated partial stream ( 21 ) (Schülpen) is not desagglomerated, the control device ( 16 ) controlled by the operating state of the tube mill ( 18 ) is arranged, by means of which the compared to the capacity of the tube mill ( 18 ) Excess portion ( 21 ) of the roller press discharge ( 15 ) (Schülpen) via a bucket elevator ( 22 ) or the like regulated to the feed device ( 13 ) of the roller press ( 10 ) can be recirculated. The control element ( 16 ) for returning the excess electricity portion ( 21 ) for the tube mill ( 18 ) of the grinding system is connected via a dashed signal line ( 23 ) to a Meßwertge sensor ( 24 ), for example acoustic signal transmitter such as an electric ear, the sensor ( 24 ) measures the degree of filling of the tube mill ( 18 ). The tube mill ( 18 ) thus always receives exactly the proportion of the roller press discharge ( 15 ) that it can grind to the desired finished product ( 19 ) under optimal operating conditions.
In the exemplary embodiment in FIG. 2, the control element ( 16 ) is used to divide the roller press discharge ( 15 ) leaving the roller press ( 10 ) into the material flow portion ( 20 ) conveyed to the tube mill ( 18 ) and into the feed device ( 13 ) of the roller press ( 10 ). recycled crop flow portion ( 21 ) arranged above the feed device of the roller press. Here too, the control element ( 16 ) is controlled as in FIG. 1 by the operating state of the tube mill ( 18 ).
