Cell wheel for discharging the conveyed material with suction air conveyors for
Bulk material. The invention relates to a cellular wheel for discharging the conveyed material
with suction air conveyors for bulk goods. According to the invention opens up in front of the discharge opening
of the cell wheel the suction air pipe in the cell wheel and is against this through a
Filter completed. This is done by moving the cellular wheel on the filter
Retained goods are permanently removed and stripped into the cells going outwards.
A special cleaning of the filter is not necessary. Collection containers,
which otherwise serve to separate the conveyed material and to install filters, are omitted.

which is sucked off through the suction line 2. The conveyed air mixture flows like
the arrows indicate the open cells of the cell wheel 3. The cell wheel
rotates clockwise and conveys what is retained by the filter,
from this scraped material to the outlet nozzle 5. Between the filter q. and
the scraping edges 6 of the cellular wheel is left a gap 7, which is
fills in with one layer of the conveyed material during operation. This layer supports
the filter effect and prevents direct contact with the scraper edges
with the filter itself, so that it is protected. The arrangement is also for one
Rotating bucket wheel about a vertical axis can be easily carried out, such as
from Figs. 2 and 3 can be seen, of which Fig. 3 is the plan for Fig.

indicated. Here, too, the incoming flow of conveyed material enters the open cells
of the bucket wheel 3. In the example shown there are three cells (Fig.

The spacing 7 is in turn provided for this and the wiping edges 6 of the cellular wheel.
The use of a cell wheel rotating around a vertical axis has the
