Vorrichtung zum Nieten gespannter Stahlbänder. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Nieten gespannter Stahlbänder, bei der ein Teil der Nietvorrichtung an dem Arbeitsbtück befestigt ist. Das Wesen der Vorrichtung besteht darin; daß ein Führungsbalken für den Nietstöckel an den Gewindespindeln eines Bandspannapparates, in Laufrichtung des Stahlbandes verschiebbar, in der Nietreihe entsprechender Querrichtung angehängt ist.Device for riveting tensioned steel strips. Ein kräftiger Eisenbalken c hängt mittels Büchsen d an zwei gegenüberliegenden Spindeln des in bekannter Weise die Bandenden in Backen a und b festhaltenden Spannapparates. Der Balken c ist mit den Büchsen d nicht fest verbunden, sondern hängt an Bolzen e (Fig. 2), die lose durch die Kopfenden des Balkens hindurchgesteckt und durch Muttern festgehalten werden. In dem Balken c ist eine Führungsnut h vorgesehen, in welche der Nietstöckel f beliebig verrückbar eingesetzt ist. Eine besondere herausstehende Stahlunterlage g für den Niet ist in den Stöckel eingesetzt. Diese Stahlunterlage hat aber so geringen Durchmesser, daß jeweils nur ein einzelner Niet von dieser Stahlunterlage gestützt werden kann, wodurch unzulässige Spannungen im Bande während des N ietens vermieden werden. Da der Stöckel in Längsrichtung und durch Verschieben des Querbalkens auch in Querrichtung einstellbar ist,- so kann die Stahlunterlage jeweils genau unter die gewünschte Nietstelle gebracht werden. Auch in der Höhenlage ist längs der Haltebolzen e durch Verstellen der Muttern eine Einstellung möglich. Dadurch, daß die Haltebüchsen d gegen die Köpfe des Balkens b drehbar sind, kann derselbe Balken an Bandspannern verschiedener Spindelentfernung angebracht werden.A sturdy iron bar c hangs by means of bushes d on two opposite spindles of the tensioning device holding the tape ends in jaws a and b in a known manner. PATENTANSPRUCH: Vorrichtung zum Nieten gespannter Stahlbänder, bei der ein Teil der Nietvörrichtung an dem Arbeitsstück befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Führungsbalken (h) für den Nietstöckel (g) an den Gewindespindeln eines Bandspannapparates, in Laufrichtung des Stahlbandes verstellbar, in der Nigtreihe entsprechender Querrichtung angehängt ist.
