Description
The invention relates to a microwave oven according to the preamble of claim 1.
In a known microwave oven of this type with high-frequency heating and electric resistance heating is on that directly assigned to the high-frequency oscillator (magnetron) Cooling fan a two-way air duct connected with a flap in the fork area. The flap has that It makes sense that in conventional heating mode none of the cooling fans coming cooling air is blown into the cooking space, during such a ventilation of the cooking space during high-frequency operation is quite desirable to be in the cooking mode evolving vapors generated and at the same time keep the window in the oven door fog-free. Here the flap is controlled via the selection element of the microwave oven in such a way that in a certain position this selector a solenoid is excited, the corresponding Adjustment of the flap causes. During this Operating mode, this solenoid must hold the flap always be excited. Overall, this type of control is spatial and relatively expensive in terms of cost.
The invention has for its object a microwave oven the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1 To be designed so that the means for controlling the flap be improved constructively and cost-wise and overall the Functionality of those related to the cooling fan Elements of the microwave oven is improved. This task is used in conjunction with the features of the generic term by the in the characterizing part of the claim 1 specified characteristics solved. Advantageous configurations the invention emerge from the subclaims.
The solution according to the invention results in simpler and cost-saving way the ability to effortlessly Circuits and switching means and without electrical energy one that occurs automatically with the setting of the selector Control the flap. The flap is controlled here only during part of the rotation path of the selector element, so the rest of the rotation range is full for adjustment the oven heating in different temperature ranges and if necessary also available in different operating modes stands. The flap is preferably in the zero position the selector in the open position, in both Airways are open. During the rotary movement in a partial area to z. B. 90 ° angle of rotation, the flap is closed. The flap remains closed in the rest of the rotation range, so that ventilation of the cooking space during pure oven operation is prevented. It is preferably the selector organ around the so-called oven selector switch. Since the flap is in the zero position of this switch is in the open position, there is the possibility to provide a separate switch for microwave operation, so that the microwave selector switch is not operated during microwave operation must be and thus it is ensured that a Part of the amount of air coming from the cooling fan into the furnace muffle is initiated.
The invention is based on of that shown in the drawing and below described embodiment explained in more detail:

Fig. 2 und 3 die für die Steuerung der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Klappe erforderlichen Teile des Mikrowellenofens als Einzelheit in Seitenansicht und Schnittansicht, Fig. 2 and 3 required for the control of the valve shown in Fig. 1 parts of the microwave oven as a detail in side view and sectional view,
Fig. 4 is a schematic representation of the Ausströmbereiches of the air guide of the microwave oven of FIG. 1.
Fig. 1 shows the elements essential for understanding the invention, showing parts of the microwave oven. Within a housing 1 there is an oven muffle 2 , which by a z. B. hinged oven door 3 can be closed. Above the oven muffle 2 (or laterally therefrom) there is a room 4 in which the control and regulating devices of the microwave device and the ventilation devices described below are accommodated. A high-frequency oscillator, not shown, is arranged in this space 4 and is connected to the furnace muffle 2 via a waveguide, which is also not shown and is known per se. The microwave oven also has electrical resistance heating elements, e.g. B. a grill radiator 5 . The schematically illustrated for cooling and magnetron or designated 6 which transformer is used, a cooling fan 7, connected to the air guide 8, to which a two-way air duct is connected with a first air path 9, which leads into a in free leading outflow channel 10 , and with a second air path 11 , which opens into the furnace muffle and which is directed obliquely and directly against the furnace door 3 to be ventilated. In the area of the fork in the two-way air duct there is a flap 12 which can be folded about an axis of rotation 13 . This flap 12 is connected to a leg 14 'a return spring 14 formed as a wrap spring, the other leg 14 ''is stationary. This return spring tries to push the flap from the closed position shown in dashed lines to the open position shown in solid lines, in which the flap can strike a stop (not shown). In the closed position of the flap 12 , the airway 11 is closed and the airway 9 is fully open, while in the open position both airways are open in such a way that the airflow emanating from the cooling fan 7 is divided and only a partial amount, e.g. B. a third, in the air path 11 and in the furnace muffle 2 . The flap 12 has a concentric to its axis of rotation 13 approach 15 which is coupled via a spring 16 as a coupling member with a two-armed and pivotally mounted rocker arm 18 at 17 , on the one hand the other end of the spring 16 is attached and on the other hand a fork-like bearing point 19 for a tie rod 20 . The parts 18 and 20 are part of a lever mechanism. Another component of this lever mechanism, as shown in FIG. 2 in particular, is an eccentric lever 21 which is pivotally connected to the pull rod 20 via a joint 22 and which is mounted in a stationary and pivotable manner at a bearing point 23 . The aforesaid eccentric lever 21 is supported on a control disk 24 with prestress by the return spring 14 . As shown in FIG. 3, this control disk 24 is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to a selector member 25 designed as a rotary knob, which serves as a so-called oven switch and is connected to a switching device 26 . This selector switch 25 is the electrical resistance heating elements, for. B. 5 assigned, by rotating the same, for. B. in a rotation angle range of 300 ° different operating temperatures in the furnace muffle 2 can be set. Temperature controllers and other control devices, not shown, are provided for this operating mode. The control disk 24 , starting from the zero position according to FIG. 2, has an eccentric cam track 27 within a rotation range of 90 ° and z. B. 210 ° a concentric curve shape 29th The flap 12 is adjusted from the open position to the closed position counter to the force of the return spring 14 when the rotary knob and thus the control disk 24 are rotated about the axis of rotation I in the eccentric curve area of 90 ° (arrow direction according to FIG. 2). Due to the rising curve with respect to the axis of rotation I, the eccentric lever 21 is pressed downward in the direction of the arrow together with the feeder 20 . The pull rod 20 in turn pivots the rocker arm 18 in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. 1, whereby the spring 16 , through which tolerance deviations can be compensated for and the flap 12 closes softly, the flap 12 is brought into the closed position shown in broken lines, in which the Airway 11 is closed. As the selector 25 continues to rotate, the oven radiators can be set to different operating modes or to different operating temperatures, the flap 12 always remaining in the closed position due to the concentric curve shape 29 and being held in the closed position by the spring 16 with prestress. The flap 12 is moved into the open position by turning the rotary knob of the selector 25 back to the zero position according to FIG. 2, the closing movement of the flap again taking place during the rotation in the angular path a according to FIG. 2. The microwave oven is operated purely in the open position of the flap 12 . A part of the air flow from the cooling fan 7 flows into the furnace muffle 2 , flows over the inside of the furnace door 3 and is discharged into the open through the discharge duct 30 together with the condensate or vapors taken up in the direction of the arrow. It is possible to let the discharge channel 30 open into the outflow channel 10 . Preferably, however, as shown in FIG. 4, a separate outflow channel 31 is provided in the area of the upper switch panel of the microwave oven, which, for. B. is separated by an intermediate wall 32 from the outflow channel 10 for the air flowing through the air path 9 and heated by the magnetron, so that no mixing of the two air flows takes place within the device.
