Description
The invention relates to a slide projector consisting of a light source with a lamp and a reflector, one lens and one between light source and lens arranged image stage, on which the slides in the optical beam path are pushed in the immediate A lens is arranged in front of and / or behind the image stage whose convex surface faces the stage, and the one between itself and its holder on the one hand and the slide, on the other hand, includes an air duct, whose inlet opening immediately to the side of the Image stage is arranged, and in which another air duct is provided in which the lamp and the condenser lie.
Such a slide projector is known from DE-AS 10 97 171 become. This slide projector sucks on the floor the fan attached to the housing through the bottom holes and blows this air into two channels, one of which is to Image stage that leads others to the light source. The air kicks in here through slits from the surface of the housing of the slide projector out. With this device, the fan must be quite strong be executed because it can promote air in two air ducts one of which has an intensive cooling of the slide must achieve because this slide as a result of its Coloring or blackening absorbs heat and under the Influence of heat moves, causing image blurring leads. If the cooling is not sufficient, it can Slide can even be damaged if the projec duration is long. Powerful fans have the disadvantage an often annoying noise.
Two effective cooling channels through which the air from a single blower is sucked in Overhead projectors known from DE-GM 82 24 767 become. Here are the legs of a support arm for the lens as air channels in which is one leg the light source, in the other leg the power supply orderly.
Bei dieser Anordnung liegt aber das gegen Erhitzung empfindliche Diapositiv im Windschatten und wird somit von der Kühlung während der Projektion nicht erreicht.DE-GM 67 53 283 made it known to air into a slide projector through two locations on the housing suck in and again by a blower at one point to push out of the housing. With this arrangement but the slide is sensitive to heating in the slipstream and is thus from cooling during the projection is not reached.
The invention avoids the disadvantages of the prior art Technology. It is the object of the invention to cool of the slide in a slide projector improve to reduce the thermal load of the slide and the airflow generated is particularly good for cooling everyone Use parts of the slide projector.
The invention is that the air channels behind switched differently and during the fan operation in each case are flowed through by the entire cooling air flow and that a Redirecting the one on top of the slide projector housing sucked air flow in this case on the way between the lenses and the image stage on the one hand and the lamp, the reflector and the blower on the other is provided.
With this guidance of the cooling air, the cooling air becomes special well used because it only cools the slide, then serves to cool the light source. The cooling of the Slides are made with the cold air on the Slide itself is warmed only slightly. This ge Annually heated air is then used to the to cool hot light source. This particularly good use The cooling air has the advantage that the blower is no longer as large as if it were two cooling supply air ducts with cooling air.
It is very advantageous if the outlet of the air duct is designed in the form of a shaft by higher than that Entry lies between the shaft and the picture stage is arranged. In this way, the slide warm air leaving the projector so that it is on no case can enter the slide projector again.
But not only slide and light source can be in Cool this one air stream together, there is also Possibility of cooling the power supply when in the air duct between the lenses and the blower the lamp and / or the Reflector and / or the deflecting mirror and / or parts of the Power supply are arranged.
Es zeigen:The essence of the present invention is shown below of execution shown schematically in the drawing examples explained in more detail. Show it:
Fig. 1 einen Diaprojektor mit horizontal liegendem Dia positiv, an dem die gesamte Luftströmung, die vom Gebläse erzeugt wird, vorbeigeführt wird; FIG. 1 is a slide projector with slide horizontally lying positive at which all of the air flow generated by the fan is passed;
Fig. 2 shows a slide projector with a vertical slide positive, past which the entire air flow generated by the blower is guided.
In the housing 1 of the slide projector of FIG. 1 there is a deflection mirror 2 in the middle, which directs the light emitted by the light source through the horizontally lying slide 3 and the lens 4 . Above the objective 4 there is a further deflecting mirror 5 , through which the light is supplied to the projection screen. On the left side of the housing 1, the light source consisting of lamp 6 and reflector 7 is arranged, above the light source a fan 8 is arranged that is driven by the electric motor 9 , which is arranged on the same axis 10 . Air inlet slots 12 are provided in the surface of the slide projector housing. Next to it is a shaft 24 in which the air outlet slots 14 are provided. In the housing, a horizontal inner wall 15 is provided, which includes an air duct between the housing surface 20 and in which the slide 3 is sensitive, which is on the image stage 16 , which has the shape of two angular supports below the lens 4 , lies. The housing inner wall 15 serves here as a support for a lens 17 , which is arranged directly under the slide 3 and with its convex surface faces the slide 3 . A further lens 18 is arranged on the opposite side of the slide positive, which also turns its convex side towards the slide 3 . This creates a guidance of the air flow in the air channel 23 , in which the air flowing past the slide is directed towards the surface of the slide, so that behind the frame 19 of the slide 3 there is no slipstream. Since the spaces between the convex surfaces of the lenses 17 , 18 and the slide 3 are narrow, particularly good cooling of the slide is achieved since the slipstream behind or in front of the spars of the frame 19 is avoided.
The entire air flow, which is conveyed by the blower 8 , first passes the slide 3 . To the right of the image stage 16 and the slide 3 is a deflection plate 22 , which is part of the air duct 23 , which leads the air sucked in through the air inlet opening 12 down into the housing, where it is at the deflection mirror 2 , the lamp 6 and the The reflector 7 passes and is sucked into the shaft 24 by means of the blower 8 , where it emerges through the air outlet openings 14 . In this way, the parts 25 of the power supply are also arranged.
While the slide in the embodiment of FIG. 1 lies horizontally and is displaced in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the paper, in the embodiment of FIG. 2 the slide 3 is arranged vertically. As in FIG. 1, those parts in FIG. 2 that are also contained in FIG. 1 are designated by the same reference numerals. Thus the air inlet openings are in Fig. 2 is arranged above the image 12 stage 16, the U-shaped in the area between the lenses 17, 18 of two carriers exist.
The optical axis of the beam path is provided with the reference number 26 in all figures.
The lenses 17 , 18 can either be spherical lenses or cylindrical lenses, the curvature of which is transverse to the air flow. The advantage of lenses is that the light distribution over the surface of the slide 3 is more uniform.
Instead of the lenses 17 , 18 , however, curved glass plates or curved plates made of transparent plastic can also be used.
